Quite clean. The staff is very nice friendly and attentive to our needs. If there is only a television a bar fridge in the room and variety of food to choose from for breakfast it will be an excellent hotel

The hotel is clean and cosy, it is a bit far from the beach, but there is a lot to do along the way. I really enjoyed the place. It has a silent, magical atmosphere, and you can sit on the balcony and have a coffee or read a book.

The breakfast is not so much, but I am a big person. Perhaps it would just be fine for a slim individual.

Had an amazing stay at Speed 8 Inn. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, outside of the room was a water dispenser for bottle refill which we really appreciated, breakfast was simple, eggs and sausages with bread, they prepared fruits as a vegetarian option for us, so cannot complain.... The real highlight was the staff—they were very welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. Thank you again! :-) The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of main hub and the beach (sardine run was 10 minutes walk). Would definitely stay here again!

Location was excellent. Rooms were clean and well appointed. All the staff were lovely, helpful and willing to help in any way they could.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. Perhaps rice could be offered in place of bread / toast

The owner and front desk staff waited for us until late at night to check us in. The front desk guy carried two suitcases weighing nearly 20kg without hesitation. Every breakfast was crispy toast and perfectly cooked soft-boiled eggs. The ocean welcomed us once again. Diving, canyoning—every day was a new experience. I will always be touched by the simple and kind people and the pleasant climate here. Highly recommended!

The bed (not comfortable at all and airconditioning was poorly placed so cooling keeps blowing wind on you directly rather than cooling the room). Somethings are executed very well in the room but others are missing (like second night stand, closet)

Excelente ubicación, al lado de Panagsama road que es la calle principal de Moalboal. Todo está a máximo 15 mins caminando. La ducha salía bien y caliente. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Destaco la atención de Kat, la persona más amable y competente de todos los trabajadores. El desayuno no es muy wow, en todos los lugares se puede desayunar mejor, pero al estar incluido te puede sacar de algún apuro gratis.

La ventana de la habitación era muy delgada, se podía escuchar todo lo que pasaba afuera (bocinas, gallos y ruidos de la casa que está pegada al hotel). Las horas de silencio no siempre se respetaban, considerando que las actividades en la zona pueden empezar muy temprano a la mañana, es un punto en contra. A su vez, las puertas son muy delgadas, podía escuchar a los huéspedes que estaban fuera de mi habitación viendo videos de TikTok como si los tuviese al lado mío. Las cortinas no eran muy gruesas por lo que si no te despertaba el ruido era la luz. Hay solo 2 secadores de pelo, los cuales los debes pedir en la recepción, y hubo un incidente respecto a eso. Uno tiene que pedir que hagan la habitación con un día de anticipación

Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück fällt etwas klein aus, aber komplett ausreichend. Zu Fuß erreicht man das Meer und viele verschiedene Restaurants. Für weitere Strecken kann man im Hotel einen Roller ausleihen. Wie waren vollkommen zufrieden.

Es ist etwas hellhörig, aber das hat kaum gestört, da alle Gäste und das Personal sehr umsichtig waren.

The staff were all wonderful, always friendly and very helpful, location was peaceful and great for exploring Moalboal as well as to access the beach. We asked for help regarding airport transfer and arranged it without issues, were able to borrow snorkeling equipment, beach towels etc. Breakfast option is also convenient and a great way to start the day.

Great location. Short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Drying racks for wet cloths is appropriated. Friendly reception and housekeeping staff.

Man konnte problemlos ein und aus checken. Der Flughafenshuttle war sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, man ist zu Fuß in 10 min am Meer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber hat immer geschmeckt.

Bardzo miły personel. Pan ochroniarz z własnej inicjatywy zawiózł nas tuk tukiem do głównej ulicy na autobus do Cebu. Personel pomocny i zaangazowany. Pokoje czyste, schludne. Ciepła woda dostępna cały czas. Blisko do plaży z sardynkami. Odległość około 500 m okazała się bardzo dobra, ponieważ na plaży można tylko zanurkować żeby popływać z sardynkami i żółwiami, a kompletnie nie ma na niej warunków do plażowania. Im bliżej plaży tym większy tłok, hałas, dlatego ta niewielka odległość od centrum zamieszania okazała się zbawienna. Nieopodal sklepiki, restauracje i możliwość masażu.

Śniadania bardzo słabe. Parówki fatalnej jakości. Oprócz nich zimne jajka sadzone, chleb tostowy i banan. Kawa tylko rozpuszczalna. Mało zrozumiałe były dla nas bardzo surowe reguły dotyczące konsekwencji za zabrudzenie ręczników. Płaci się depozyt 1000 pesos, przy wymeldowaniu personel sprawdza wszystko w pokoju, stan prześcieradła, ręczników itd. Z kolei ręczniki które zastaliśmy w pokoju na wejściu były nie tylko już mocno zużyte, ale też niedoprane, brudne. Uważam że jeśli ktoś wymaga tak restrykcyjnie czegoś od gości, dam powinien dołożyć starań i dostarczyć najwyższą jakość i standard.

Great budget hotel. It offers basic amenities minus a TV. Internet was good. Offers purified water and water heater. Clean, big space. Staff are awesome. Owner was awesome offered to take us to bus stop.

-no bidet and cannot flush dirty toilet paper. Understandable with the concern with low water pressure. Maybe in the future, bidet could be added in the bathroom. Didn’t realize rooms did not have TV. Workable so it’s not a big deal except the lack of bidet .

We loved the staff, they were all so welcoming and helpful between booking transfers and providing breakfast prior to activities. The rooms were so clean and the air con was excellent! Free WiFi was extremely fast also, we had a great stay!

Very nice place to stay. WiFi is super fast, it was comfortable working remotely. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Overall place is very clean and comfortable.

Najlepsze miejsce w jakim spaliśmy na Filipinach. Bardzo sympatyczny personel. Czyste pokoje, klimatyzacja pierwsza klasa, bardzo cicha,nie było jej w ogóle słychać- petarda! Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Obsługa mega pomocna. Maja skutery,wymiane walut,śniadania, tania wycieczke na wodospad oraz wszystko czeko potrzebujesz, nawet zalatwia Ci nastepny hotel. Miejsce jak najbardziej godne polecenia!

The young man who check me in asked an inappropriate personal question when checking me in, it made me uncomfortable for the rest of the stay. Bathroom had mold in it. Beds were hard. Breakfast was very basic. The staff was rude when I asked for a second cup of coffee.

Location is good. The size of the room is quite big (definitely enough for 2 people). Furniture and equip look new.

In our room it is almost impossible to shower during rush times (when most people take a shower) as the electricity keeps going off for the heater. They have a separate electricity supply for the heater, and for some reason, in our room, it keeps running off so it is very hard to get hot water. Our friends stay at the room next to us and there is no problem at all. We also tried to shower in the afternoon when other guests weren't taking shower and it was also fine.

Everything. Super location, clean room, staff were amazing and the breakfast was plenty for me. They could add a juice with breakfast. They arranged my trip and taxi to airport, they allowed me to use their goggles for snorkelling. I was a female solo traveller and felt very safe. I would stay there again in a flash. Well done team x

I just checked into the Speed ​​8 Inn and it was a horrible experience, we had to leave immediately. It was impossible to stay in this hotel - an unbreathable chemical smell, dirty room, walls full of mold/dampness. I have photos and videos to send proving the same. The hotel refunded our money (which was nice of them) but we have to leave immediately.
