Het personeel is super vriendelijk!!! Het is een mooie plek aan de rivier met leuke junglehutten met goed bed. Aan de centrumstraat. Tip: boek de tours via het hotel...super geregeld!! Bedankt voor alles.

Lastig te verwoorden....in principe viel er niets tegen m.u.v. de douche zonder douchebak of douchewand, gewoon zo in de ruimte met wc en wastafeltje. Alles was verder aanwezig en werkte goed maar het is wat klein en voelde voor ons te primitief ;) maar voor 2 nachten helemaal prima en een mooie ervaring!

La habitación no tenia mosquiteras en las ventanas, cosa que imposibilita la ventilación de la habitación. Había mucha humedad en el ambiente y la habitación olía a humedad y a cerrado, pero no podíamos ventilar porque dada la zona entraban muchos insectos. (Se colaban igualmente por rendijas y espacios entreabiertos de la puerta) El mal olor y la humedad de la habitación junto a los inscetos hicieron que la experiencia no fuera muy agradable entorno a comodidad.

Beautiful Riverside Stay in Khao Sok Khao Sok River Resort is a beautiful place to stay, located right beside the river and surrounded by lush greenery. The peaceful natural setting really adds to the experience. The staff were very cordial, welcoming, and flexible with any requests or needs. Breakfast was good, and the room was quite comfortable and of a very good standard for this area. I would consider it one of the better places to stay around Khao Sok. Another advantage is that there are several quality restaurants nearby, so there are plenty of options for food within easy reach. I stayed for a shorter time, but I would have loved to spend two nights here and enjoy the surroundings properly. I strongly recommend this place for anyone visiting Khao Sok.

Gutes Frühstück was am Platz nach Bestellung gebracht worden ist. Man konnte so viel bestellen wie man wollte. Lage war ausgezeichnet direkt im Zentrum mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Der Nationalpark war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cet hôtel, avec une place pour la voiture. Le chalet était très mignon et joliment décoré. L'accès est direct sur la rue animée et on peut descendre la rivière juste en face en bouée.

We had a very nice stay in Khao Sok. The place is in a great, central location, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy many activities. We especially recommend river tubing – floating down the river on inflatable tubes was a lot of fun and one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were fairly standard, but comfortable and good. We definitely recommend choosing one of the rooms by the river. Breakfast was good, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, a great place to stay while exploring Khao Sok. Thank you very much! ขอบคุณมากครับ

Prima gelegen. Huisjes in goed onderhouden tuin. Extra aandacht voor kleine dingen. Elke dag vers water. Koffie thee voor op de kamer etc. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Badkamer is aan vervanging toe.

Badkamer was erg oud. Kleine wastafel.Prima douche kop maar houder half los. Met douchen is alles nat.

Het ligt centraal gelegen en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed.

We hebben in twee verschillende huisjes gezeten en ik vond ze niet schoon. In het ene huisje zat een kakkerlak en vond ik tamponpapiertje van een vorige gast. De prijzen van de activiteiten die worden aangeboden zijn duurder dan bij andere aanbieders. Evenals het eten in het restaurant.

Locatie was goed, personeel was gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was prima!

Het is en blijft de jungle... dus een kakkerlak onder het bed kan gebeuren :-) Zat een kier onder de deur. Dus daar hebben we na deze vondst maar een handdoek onder gelegd.

La distribución en cabañas por el jardín y al lado del río. En una calle con bastantes opciones de restaurantes, masajes y minimarket. Nos gustó el poder reservar los diferentes tours y transportes a través del hotel. El desayuno está bastante bien. Personal amable y simpático.

Por las noches ladran y aullan perros callejeros que vienen al complejo. Literalmente ladraban y gruñían pegados a nuestra cabaña hasta las tres de la madrugada. El baño era bastante cutre. Colchones malos. Principalmente lo cogí para visitar el lago del parque nacional y al final está a una hora en furgoneta del muelle donde salen las barcas.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation. L'hôtel est en plein cœur de la rue principale où se trouvent restaurants, bars... Le logement en lui même est super aussi, entouré de végétation. Les lits sont confortables et il y a tout le nécessaire dans le bungalow (bouilloire, the café, sèche cheveux, lampe torche.. ) L'hôtel propose toutes les activités du coin à faire.

Leuke huisjes in een mooi verzorgde jungletuin, fijne bedden en leuke veranda voor de huisjes. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De excursies waren goed verzorgd, superfijn dat iedereen een waterdichte tas met zaklamp, water en poncho meekreeg naar de trekking en de tocht op het meer. Ontbijt à la carte in een sfeervolle open ruimte met uitzicht op mooi groen.

De badkamer was wat verouderd en er had nog een bankje of tafel op de kamer mogen staan om je koffers op te kunnen zetten. Nu lag alles op de grond. Verder was het wel een contrast tussen de mooie huisjes, tuin en eetruimte enerzijds, en anderzijds de rommel en afval die net tegen de grens van het resort ligt - zoals vaak in Thailand. Daar moet je een beetje langs kunnen kijken.

The bungalows are surrounded by a beautiful garden that gives you the feeling that you are in nature, which matches the purpose everyone has when going to Khao Sok. The staff were super friendly and they provided a great service during breakfast. The bungalow itself was just right, basic but comfortable.

De locatie en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel was perfect. Het ontbijt was goed en je werd met alles geholpen om tours/transfers te regelen. Huisje zelf ligt in een mooie tuin kort bij de rivier.

Zoals al bleek uit eerdere recensies is de badkamer wat beperkt, doordat de douche niet apart is. Dit zou op termijn eens veranderd kunnen worden.

Mooie omgeving, vriendelijk personeel en genoeg activiteiten in de omgeving wat bij het resort geregeld kan worden.

De smoothies worden gemaakt met ranja i.p.v. vers fruit.

La stanza rispecchia la descrizione, è spaziosa e comoda, con una bella veranda immersa nel verde. Lo staff è stato gentile. La colazione ottima e abbondante. La rete wifi funziona perfettamente.

Il bagno della nostra stanza era pulito e in ordine ma avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato (dettagli ma che renderebbero la soluzione ancora più bella). Il personale (anche quello della reception purtroppo a parte una ragazza) pur essendo gentilissimo e attento parla un inglese molto basico e questo in caso di problemi un po' articolati può essere un limite.

Huisje stond op een mooi plekje. Echt een jungle gevoel. Resort ligt op een mooie plek in het straatje waardoor je makkelijk overal bent.

Je kon niet makkelijk bij de rivier komen en het geen wat er was leek niet bij gehouden en verouderd.

Mooi verblijf met zeer ruim ontbijt. Onze grote bagage werd bewaard voor 1,5 dag, ondanks dat we er maar één nacht verbleven. Zeer behulpzaam, een aanrader

Enigste minpunt waar ik aan kan denken, is dat er een blaffende hond was 's nachts, maar ik weet niet of ze daar zelf veel aan konden doen.

Het personeel. Wat een ontzettend aardige mensen. Kan mij niet herinneren dat ik vriendelijker ben behandeld in een resort dan hier. Echt niets aan te merken. Locatie ook top. Voor een verblijf voor alle activiteiten in Khao Sok echt een aanrader.

Algunas actividades son caras para lo que ofrecen. Limitándose a explicaciones muy básicas y llevarte de un lado a otro.

Leuke knusse woning in het midden van de natuur. Zeer vriendelijk en warm onthaal door de medewerkers. Alle basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig in het huisje. Daar wij eerst een nacht hadden doorgebracht in de bungalow (enkele meters verderop in de straat) en met hen de 2D/1N georganiseerd, hebben ze onze bagage probleemloos overgebracht naar de resort.

Heel mooi aangelegd resort op mooie locatie centraal in Khao Sok. Huisjes prima verzorgd met oog voor detail (olifantenhamddoeken en bloemetjes bij aankomst). Fijne stille airco waardoor je ook in het huisje kan genieten van de jungle geluiden. Schoonmaak meer dan prima in orde met gratis water en koffie en thee. Wordt dagelijks aangevuld. Toen we aangeven dat kamer niet schoongemaakt hoefde te worden, werden wel alsnog schone handdoeken en water etc gebracht. Activiteiten via resort geboekt en was dik in orde! Tubing en dagtocht op meer waren superleuk. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!

Douche is functioneel maar gehele douchecabine incl toilet wordt nat. Iets van douche gordijn zou al helpen.

Het ontbijt en diner is prima, het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt op een paar honderd met van de ingang van het nationale park.

The resort is pretty good. Staff are friendly, they pick up from the van station by the main road too. Room amenities are pretty good.

Asked to have my restaurant bills and my tour bills compilled and put to my room, which i would pay on check out through my credit card. They said ok, but later, after having a beer, some snakcks and booking my tours. They said that they could not complile the bill together for the last day and that credit card would have a 3% surcharge. I believe this all should have been communicated earlier. Also, on ordering the beer and some snacks, i told them i would later order some food. When i went to order, they said the kitchen is closed, was hungry, and then i went into the town and had my dinner. The funny thing is that all my reservations with booking.com have had issues. Also, no one from booking.com got back to me for the transportation, which I paid in the Phillipines. So no more booking from this platform anymore. Booking.com - 0

Nice location, beautiful room with light, kind welcome and staff.

The bathroom locked by itself while my partner was inside. There was no way to open it from either side. I got help from the staff, but it would have been really dangerous for someone travelling alone ( bathroom with no window, really hot and humid). The staff forced the door open but didnt fix the problem.

Am meisten hervorgestochen ist das Personal. Es waren alle super aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr sauber mit viel Liebe zum Detail (frische Blumen im Badezimmer) und hatte alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns im River & Jungle Resort sehr willkommen gefühlt und können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Le logement est propre et agréable, la localisation est parfaite, dans la rue principale où vous trouverez tous les bars et restaurants. Le personnel est disponible et nous a même proposé un petit déjeuner à emporter car nous devions prendre un bus très tôt. Je recommande!

Der im Hotel gebuchte Transfer nach Koh Samui war sehr zeitraubend und beschwerlich. Nie wieder Minibus mit ultra langen Wartezeiten.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The cottages are very cosy and well equipped. The AC worked well. The staff is very friendly (even by Thai standards) despite not speaking English very well. They offered a free transfer from the bus stop to the hotel which was a nice gesture.

Lovely and welcoming staff, with a good run down of all the local area. Where to go to if you want a swim, eat, bar etc. The bungalow we were in was lovely. Plenty of space, a fridge (always useful). Close to the bars and restaurants

The air con in our room wasn’t great. I know it’s never going to be as good as a modern hotel but when we arrived I didn’t think it worked. We had it at maximum and it was just cool enough each evening.

Location was very rural and we saw a monkey from our window which was cool. Food at the restaurant was nice and staff were lovely

Accommodation was extremely basic and I don’t feel it was worth the price per night. The mosquito net had so many holes in and didn’t go round the full bed so it was pointless anyway. Bed was uncomfortable and the shower only had cold water for us. There’s was also no hand soap so I had to use shower gel

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen, auch die Organisation eines Shuttels und von Touren funktionierten reibungslos. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, man kann so viel nachbestellen wie man mag. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Zimmer waren einfach gehalten aber für den Preis Ordnung. Man sollte vorher wissen, dass es Nachts durch die Tiere sehr laut ist. Das Badezimmer ist klein gehalten hat aber was man braucht. Man duscht halt direkt neben der Toilette. Das Bett ist groß aber sehr hart. Die Moskitonetze waren alle nicht intakt, sowohl das an den Fenstern als auch das am Bett.

The personnel were super helpful in all aspects (booking trips, shuttle to the bus station, reorganizing the room for our baby). The location is also perfect for the standard activities, right in the center of the village but as well fully embedded in nature.

The water of the sink in the bathroom was spilling in all directions except downward. A more tactical support for the shower would be nice since currently you have to hold it all the time.

Thank you for the most wonderful stay ever! We had such an incredible experience and I would strongly recommend this place for anyone visiting. The staff were incredibly friendly. We booked a lot of tours through the resort which was a lot cheaper (half the price) compared to those online. The staff provided us with a waterproof bag and an abundance of food on every trip, which we had not even asked for! The staff were also incredibly helpful and prompt in answering questions. The location of the hotel is also brilliant and next to a super tasty restaurant! We loved our stay here! Thanks so much :)

Le jardin où il y a les bungalows est très joli et très agréable. Juste à côté de l'entrée du parc.

Le personnel est adorable mais nous avons signalé des problèmes dans la chambre (lumière qui clignote, coffre fort en panne, embout du pommeau de douche qui ne tenait pas etc) et on ne nous a pas répondu. Nous avons aussi demandé par mail avant la réservation des informations sur les tarifs de transport, nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse. Ni par mail, ni sur place. Mais ils sont très gentils.
