Etwas hellhörig, aber das war nicht wirklich ein Problem.

Très bien placé dans une rue animée, près des tours, massages, resto … 2 lit double ( bon rapport qualité prix ) Massage bien juste en bas

Matelas très dur!  Rien à voir mais j’ai booké un taxi juste en face pour aller à khanom. La dame avait l’air très agréable mais finalement je me suis retrouvée le lendemain avec 3 escales, 10 stops, un minibus rempli.. Pour le prix d’un van perso. Les infos ne sont pas claires.

The location was great for us, just a one minute walk to the start location of the smiley bungalow tours. Nice clean looking rooms with modern facilities.

The corridor which leads to the rooms smelled really strongly of mold. I might be sensitive but it was difficult to breathe due to the smell. The room did initially not smell at all. But once we had stayed in the room for an hour or so we noticed the bed, it's covers and the room in general also smelled of mold. Not sure if this is the case with all rooms but it was quite disappointing.

Großes Zimmer, gute Betten, Kühlschrank, Balkon, relativ ruhig, weil Bars weiter weg. Nette Menschen!

Frühstück inklusive war bezahlt, aber es gab kein Frühstück. Sowas finde ich doof,denn es war ein Grund für meine Auswahl.

L'emplacement proche du Parc naturel et de la rivière ainsi que des commodités de la ville.

Chambres familiales qui donnent sur la rue - très bruyante (on s'est demandé si il y avait des vitres ...) avec des rideaux non occultants. Fourmis dans les chambres malgré le ménage. Matelas très très dur (on s'est même demandé si il y en avait un ...).

Perfect location, extre clean and fantastic for the price. The staff were really friendly and accommodating too.

Staff was friendly. Close to the “center”. Room was clean.

Room was different to the pictures. 3% extra charge for credit card payments. No elevator.

The hotel is lovely, centrally located but quiet and with a great view of the mountains. The staff was really nice and helped us with everything we needed.

The wifi didn't work in the rooms and it was difficult to get help with this.

Beds are really really hard it's like sleeping on the floor no difference at all ( matterace upgrade needed veey much ) so if you're suffering from a back pain that is not a hotel for you .

Das Personal war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, auch wenn ohne Chef nicht sehr fähig der englischen Sprache also Thailändische Worte und Sätze helfen sehr. Tours als auch Shuttle Busse weg (z.B. Koh Samui) waren sehr leicht und günstig zu organisieren. Wir bekamen sogar Flaschen Wasser umsonst jeden Tag. Eine süße Katze war auch viel vor Ort.

Im Zimmer waren zum Teil ganz kleine Ameisen, aber mit allem drum und dran leicht zu ignorieren.

Die Lage war gut und es war sauber.

Das Personal hat leider sehr schlecht englisch gesprochen und in unserem Zimmer war kein WLAN.

The room was clean and spacious. Bed was nice and pillows fluffy. Good quality for the money. Good location as well.

I had the room on extension across the street. The windows in my room didn't open at all. They were blocked. For all duration of my stay I was unable to open it. The personnel was not my favourite. Very loud especially in the morning, the walls are quite thin so you can hear every noise. If you planning on sleeping in more...this is not the place. Woke up 2 days out of 3 of my staying there because of cleaning ladies talking very loud in the morning. On the day of checkout at 10:45 they came knocking at my door and told me I need to leave.

Das Zimmer war richtig schön und die Aussicht top, nichts zu meckern!

Der 30 Jahre jüngere, wortfaule Mann am Empfang war mehr als unfreundlich und hat genüsslich zugeschaut, wie ich das Gepäck die Treppe hoch gewuchtet habe.

Clean in a good location

Sehr zentral gelegen, alle Ausflüge waren gut buchbar. Das Etagenbett für die Kinder war gut. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Leider hat das Zimmer stark nach Schimmel gestunken. Das Problem muss bekannt gewesen sein, da zahlreiche Luftenfeuchter und Lufterfrischer aufgestellt waren.

Chambre familiale assez grande et la climatisation marchait bien.

je n'ai jamais vu des lits aussi durs. La chambre était extrêmement bruyante (rue passante, et vitrages mal isolés), alors que j'avais demandé à avoir une chambre plus au calme. Entre les lits durs et le bruit, nous avons tous très mal dormi!

The hotel requires a 500 baht deposit and a passport is mandatory. The air conditioner in the room blows directly onto the bed, making it impossible to sleep — it’s too cold with it on and too hot without it. The noise from the water drainage in neighboring rooms disturbs sleep. The bedsheet was dirty.

If you want a clean cool room this place fits the bill. Let me address some of the negatives from other reviewers. a. No hot water, true but is 35degree outside. b. Rude people at check in. True but once you are in there is no need to interact. The girl who looks after the place is sweet and seems to do everything. Remember that these folks are probably local employees on 100bht a day or similar. c. No restaurant. Plenty over the road. d. No laundry service. 60bht a kg directly opposite. Now that’s out the way; they have the newest scooters in town at 350bht a day. Location is about 100 yds away from all the main places and opposite CoCo, Chillax hostels that both do brilliant breakfasts. The room we stayed in was a double (201 and 301) both lovely clean, crisp sheets, fridge, balcony and ‘swan towels’ I’d say the room description is very accurate. I’d say that it may be just a bit more expensive than 19 year old backpackers may wish to pay but we found the price to be 100% in line with a Bookings.com search. Would we visit again…well this is our second stay. I hope this helps you choose and that your stay is the same as ours

All good. Yes the checkin guy is a bit shirty but that’s 5 mins of your life. Other than that nothing

The views are lovely from the balcony and resteraunt - the room is good and so are the facilities. We booked tours with the accommodation which were great! They have cats/kittens in the reception which were really cute :)

There are new buildings being built out the back where our balcony is so very noisy in the morning/day but didn't bother us as we were going out anyway. Just be warned for anyone going soon if you want a lie in, you won't! There was also dust and grit on the desk/fridge was not clean but the rest of the place was clean.

The facilities were clean and comfortable. Location was good, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

Main problem was communication. No one spoke English and when I made inquiries about the shuttle or type of electrical sockets, early check-in, or available activities I received no response. This made planning difficult. .

The room was very comfortable and had all that was needed. The gent at the reception was very friendly and professional. Location was very convenient for anything within the village.

The only thing that would have made my stay better would be flatter pillows as the ones available were very high but that's a very personal thing and might be a positive for others.

Everything O.K.

Good location near the national park entrance and just opposite two lovely cafes! Compared to the other accommodations along this road, Nature Place is very clean and comfortable, good AC and straightforward service. The room was also pretty big so really good value for money. Just be sure to arrive during check in times, we had to call ahead to make sure they didn't leave before we arrived, as our flight was delayed.

Doesn't really offer much in the way of tours compared to other places. Same tours as the rest of the hotels/hostels but we got better prices at Secret Hostel.

Loved the little dog they had, also very clean and amazing shower! Best shower and sleep I had in asia so far! Right across from the bungalow pick up for the national park to and great location

The facilities at the canoe /swim area on lake. Too small for amount of tourists The bathroom facilities were TERRIBLE - unhygienic no paper - it needs to be totally updated and the landing jetty .. I would not recommend this area . Why swim in an area where sewage more than likely comes through.

Great location. In the middle of it all. Room nice Beds comfy Shower good. 1 really nice man who helped with carrying bags up 3 flights of stairs.

Difficult to get hold of staff. Hard to communicate. No ambience with staff and customers. Cold, no smiles not helpful.

The only good thing is the location and the rooftop.

Our room smelled moldy and we could see the mold on the walls. We could'nt open the window to get fresh air inside because there was no fly screen to keep the mosquitos out. One blanked was not covered with a sheet. We could not reach the staff, because the reception was empty and they did not react on the bell or text messages. If you want to leave your luggage there, you have to pay 100 baht per bag extra. You can hear everything through the walls.

Exceeded our expectations. Really lovely views from the balcony and close to shops and lots of food places, no need for a taxi.

Lots of mosquitos! Bring insect repellent for when you are on the balcony!
