We waren vastgelopen in de woestijn en moesten daardoor ergens anders overnachten. Het verschuiven van de reservering was echter geen enkel probleem.

Geen water, geen elektriciteit. De huisjes zijn extreem primitief. Heel erg toeristisch.

Bella esperienza nel deserto, oasi con sorgente e laghetto dove è possibile fare il bagno, pernottamento in tenda berbera con ottima cena e colazione... Cosa volere di più?

Niente, chiaramente si fa un'esperienza...qualche comodità va sacrificata, és. bagni e docce in comune tipo campeggio ma l'avventura è l'avventura.

Son emplacement au cœur du désert offre une expérience vraiment authentique. La source d’eau chaude se trouve à seulement 2 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique. La nourriture était bonne et traditionnelle, et voir le pain préparé de manière traditionnelle, directement sur le sable chaud, était une expérience vraiment originale et agréable. L’expérience en quad était également très amusante. Il était aussi possible de faire une balade à dos de chameau pour admirer le lever du soleil, moyennant un supplément. L’hébergement est facile à trouver et l’équipe était réactive et disponible via le chat. ///// The location right in the middle of the desert gives you a genuinely authentic experience. The hot spring is only about a 2-minute walk away, which is a great bonus. The food was tasty and traditional, and seeing the bread being cooked in the traditional way directly on the hot sand was a really interesting experience. The quad biking was also great fun, and there was the option to ride camels to watch the sunrise for an additional cost. The property was easy to find, and the staff were responsive and helpful through the chat.

En revanche, les lits étaient très durs et, comme nous étions à l’intérieur de la tente, il n’y avait ni ventilateur ni autre moyen de rafraîchir la chambre, ce qui était assez inconfortable. Nous avons également eu un problème au moment du paiement. On nous avait confirmé via le chat de Booking.com que nous pouvions payer en livres sterling, ce qui était très pratique pour nous. Nous avions donc préparé le montant exact en livres. Au moment de notre départ, lorsque nous avons donné l’argent, le personnel a commencé à vérifier les billets et à discuter entre eux, ce qui nous a mis très mal à l’aise, comme s’ils doutaient de leur authenticité. Ils nous ont ensuite soudainement indiqué qu’ils n’acceptaient finalement que les euros ou les dinars. Nous leur avons montré la conversation sur Booking.com dans laquelle il était clairement confirmé que le paiement en livres sterling était accepté, mais ils ont malgré tout refusé. Ils ont même appelé quelqu’un pour vérifier, mais la réponse est restée la même. Nous n’avions pas suffisamment d’argent liquide dans une autre devise et nous n’avions que des livres sterling. Nous avons donc perdu environ 20 minutes avant de pouvoir partir. C’était assez gênant et particulièrement embêtant, car nous avions des projets prévus pour la journée et nous avons pris du retard à cause de cette situation. ////// On the other hand, the beds were very hard and, as we were staying inside a tent, there was no fan or any other way to cool the room, which made it quite uncomfortable. We also had an issue with the payment. We had been clearly told through the Booking.com chat that we could pay in pounds, which was very convenient for us. We therefore prepared the exact amount in pounds. However, when we gave them the money at checkout, the staff started checking the notes and discussing it between themselves, which made us feel very uncomfortable, acting as if they suspected the money was fake or something.

Nous avons tout aimé .. Ali est une personne au grand cœur présent pour ses hôtes. À la disposition à n’importe quel moment magnifique, il nous a raconté des histoires vraiment une expérience inoubliable.

Tutto è stato piacevole , abbiamo trovato un giorno con pochissimo turismo , la tenda caldissima di giorno , di sera era perfetta.Bagno nelle vasche termali ottimo e pure la temperatura.Bella passeggiata al tramonto nel palmeto e tramonto sulle dune eccezionale.Cena veramente buonissima . Di mattina prestissimo usciti per vedere il cielo stellato bello ma la luna dava fastidio.Al mattino presto ho seguito a piedi,la la pista dei quad fino al forte romano , fattibile per chi è allenato , per il ritorno tornare per la pista , cambiare la strada per le dune è risultato impossibile. Per chi non ha gamba meglio affittare il quad.

Tutto è stato piacevole. Nella tenda nostra non funzionava la presa per ricaricare il telefono ma essendo in auto non ci serviva.

The closest to the dessert! dinner is a must! very nice and probably the best when you staying there. It's a tent, so you know already what to expect. There is light inside. You can charge your phone in the restaurant area and there internet as well.

Un'oasi nel deserto davvero spettacolare, un luogo dove ci si sente in paradiso. Ali è un padrone di casa eccezionale e ha fatto di tutto per non farci mancare nulla, facendoci sentire sempre i benvenuti. Il cibo è squisito, con il pane cotto sotto la cenere che è un'esperienza autentica e deliziosa. Il tramonto nel deserto è semplicemente indimenticabile e rende questo posto ancora più magico. Un'esperienza unica che porteremo sempre nel cuore. Assolutamente consigliato!"

La résidence Oasis Zarga est une expérience à vivre au milieu du désert avec une super activité de quad et une animation, de plus le repas est copieux et le personnel au top !

Seconda volta in questa struttura. Económica e Ottima per passare una notte nel deserto. Si trova al margine delle piste che portano verso Douz Colazione buona e cena Ottima. Se siete un gruppo nuneroso, potreste rimanaere senza portata principale. Questa volta hanno fatto male i calcoli e uno di noi è rimasto quasi digiuno. Per il resto tutto ottimo in rapporto al prezzo

Tents with a view into the actual dunes. Running hot water. Staff was very nice. Dining room is clean and beautiful. The hot oasis source is a few minutes walk from the tents.

- Women's bathrooms were okay. But men's bathrooms smelled and felt wrong and are in need of renovation. - We had two nights because we booked a camel ride and a dinner in the desert, and it was canceled without ever informing us. We even asked the staff 4 times and each time they said they would come back to us to no avail. The desert sunset and clear stars were the reason we went to Ksar Ghilane and we were going to plan a deeper trek on our own had this plan not been proposed and subtly canceled without even bothering to inform us.

Super Lage direkt an der Sahara sowie 2 Minuten vom Oasen-Pool entfernt. Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie in zwei Zelten übernachtet. Die Kinder musste nur aus dem Zelt gehen, etwas hoch krackseln und schon waren sie in der Wüste. Die ganze Anlage wurde sehr sauber gehalten. Auch die Santäranlagen wurden erneuert / modernisiert und wurden auch täglich mehrmals gereinigt. Es gab genügend Decken, so dass wir nachts - trotz kühleren Temparaturen - nicht frieren mussten. Der Gastgeber sowie das gesamte Presonal ist sehr freundlich. Direkt über die Unterkunft kann eine Kameltour in die Wüste gebucht werden. Da wir nur zwei Nächte vor Ort waren, haben wir uns für die Sonnenuntergangstour entschieden. Am gemütlichen Lagerfeuer wurde dann das traditionelle Brot zubereitet. Dann waren auch alle Quads und 4x4-Fahrzeuge weg und wir waren quasi alleine in der Wüste. War eine tolle Erfahrung. Zurück ins Camp ging es dann mit einem 4x4-Fahrzeug. Wir fanden es super, dass die Tour direkt von der Unterkunft organisiert wird. Es wirkte alles viel persönlicher und gemütlicher als bspw. bei einer ähnlichen Tour, die wir in Marokko gemacht haben. Am zweiten Abend haben wir dann bei der Unterkunft gegessen. Auch dort wird gezeigt, wie das traditionelle Backen geht und man durfte auch probieren. Das Essen im Saal waren top organisiert und sehr lecker. Das Frühstück ist eher einfach gehalten. Tipp: unterwegs rechtzeitig voll tanken und genügend Bargeld abheben.

nichts - uns hat alles sehr gefallen (im Wissen, dass man sich praktisch in der Wüste befindet -> darüber sollte sich halt auch jeder Besucher etwas informieren und bewusst sein)

La luce viene attaccata e staccata in base agli orari, avevamo due camere, hanno attacca la corrente tramite un generatore verso le 16 e l anno staccata dopo 1 oretta, rendendo impossibile ricaricare anche il cellulare e utilizzare l aria condizionata, la luce è poi stata riaccesa verso le 20 ed è stata nuovamente tolta a mezzanotte anche li forti disagi anche per poter semplicemente andare in bagno al buio, il wifi è presente solo all ingresso della struttura e sempre se la Luce è presente. Abbiamo concordato un tour in quad con cena compresa e ci è stato successivamente detto che le bevande non erano comprese. Se arrivate in moto state attenti alla sabbia all interno della struttura. In sostanza avevamo preso due appartamenti con bagno per stare più comodi ed era meglio dormire in tenda...

Google Maps’in bizi yanlış yola sokmasıyla kuma saplandık ve bizi hemen gelip çıkarttılar. Hessan ve diğer çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz, tüm süreçte oldukça yardım ettiler. Oda, tesis ve çöl ortamı çok güzeldi. Mutlaka ATV turu yapın, 1km ilerideki kale kalıntılarına gidin. Vahadaki havuzda da yüzmeyi ihmal etmeyin. Gece elektrikler kesiliyor, çölde elektrik hattı yok. Her şey jeneratöre bağlı, bu yüzden telefonlarınızı erkenden şarj etmeyi unutmayın. Zifiri karanlıkta orta alanda güzel fotoğraflar çekiliyor, yıldızlı bir gece yakalarsanız güzel fotoğraflar çıkar. Akşamüstü güneşin batışını izlemeyi de ihmal etmeyin. Ateşin başında kum ekmeği yapılışını izlemek ve yemek de keyifliydi.

L’energia elettrica viene attivata dalle 18:30 alle 24 e dalle 6:30 alle 9:30, ma la presa della mia tenda non funzionava.

L'ambiente vicino al deserto

Ali è stato veramente gentile, mi ha aiutata a trovarmi a mio agio nell’oasi, nonostante ci fossero problemi di acqua e elettricità. Sono stata benissimo e lo consiglierei vivamente. Fantastica la colazione, il pane berbero caldo vale da solo il viaggio.

Un'altro punto per Ali, che é di una gentilezza estrema con tutti! Siamo arrivati dopo una lunga giornata in macchina e non potevamo credere ai nostri occhi. Ksar ghilane ancora non é estremamente turistico - meno male! - anche se é diventato un punto di passaggio inserito in moltissimi viaggi per gruppi soprattutto di moto e di giorno la sorgente puó essere molto caotica. Tuttavia, la struttura é un'oasi nell'oasi, quasi non esiste delimitazione con il deserto, la sabbia é giá presente dall'ingresso e oltre la recinzione iniziano le prime dune: é uno spettacolo enorme. Abbiamo scelto la camera con bagno, basica ma con tutto il necessario, e la finestra sulle dune é qualcosa di inspiegabile: sia il tramonto che l'alba sono stati qualcosa di magico. La sera abbiamo deciso di cenare in struttura e non ce ne siamo affatto pentiti. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, abbondante e con prodotti fatti al momento. L'importante é non dimenticarsi mai dove si é: quando i paesi piú vicini per fare la spesa sono a 100-150km (Douz o Tataouine), l'elettricitá viene erogata fino a una certa ora e dopo entrano in funzione i singoli generatori forniti delle singole strutture, il flusso dei turisti non é garantito dai grandi tour operator che scaricano decine e decine di turisti tutti i giorni...etc, ma nonostante tutto questo, se arrivano 10 viaggiatori alle 5 di sera e chiedono di cenare in struttura non gli verrá mai e poi detto di no (ad esempio noi eravamo 2, nel frattempo sono arrivati altri 4 turisti chiedendo lo stesso) e senza che manchi niente a nessuno, questo sforzo da parte dei gestori, a mio avviso sarebbe da tenere in considerazione ed apprezzare moltissimo soprattutto nel momento in cui bisogna valutare se il prezzo pagato sia congruo o meno all'offerta. Abbiamo dormito anche in strutture molto piú economiche, ma l'esperienza e l'emozione che ci ha regalato essere all'Oasis Zarga non ha valore. Grazie anche a tutto lo staff!

Dopo più di un’ora di strada nel deserto si arriva in questo suggestivo palmeto, con tanto di oasi. La posizione è incredibile, la finestra della nostra camera affacciava direttamente sulle dune del Sahara. Lo staff è molto cordiale e gentile, la cena buonissima e molto bella anche la cottura del pane direttamente nella sabbia. Nota bene: la struttura è letteralmente in mezzo al nulla, per cui è giusto non aspettarsi un resort. L’elettricità va soltanto per poche ore al giorno (una fascia alla mattina e una alla sera) e anche l’acqua per lavarsi è scarsa.

Il prezzo delle camera (70€) è eccessivo, tenendo conto che un prezzo simile in Tunisia non si vede da nessun’altra parte. Il bagno è vecchio e in generale c’è molta incuria che non ha a che vedere con le difficoltà del posto (ad esempio: i rubinetti e la doccia sono talmente arrugginiti che hanno cambiato colore, piena di muffa e calcare). Diciamo che il prezzo è estremamente turistico.

Ottima esperienza all’Oasis Zarga, nel magnifico palmeto di Ksar Ghilane, posizione perfetta per visitare il Parco Nazionale di Jebil. Abbiamo soggiornato in una tenda: tutto molto pulito, ben organizzato e con bagni curati. La struttura dispone di una bella sala ristorante dove abbiamo gustato una cena e una colazione davvero ottime. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente!. Il personale è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile: ci hanno anche aiutati a uscire dall’insabbiamento della macchina causato da un percorso errato indicato da Google Maps. Presente anche il Wi-Fi nella hall. Consigliamo anche l’escursione alla vicina fortezza romana di Ksar Ghilane nel deserto: noi l’abbiamo raggiunta a piedi senza difficoltà, circa 2h30 andata e ritorno.

Ali è un gestore di altri tempi, da oltre vent'anni cura la struttura e gli ospiti in modo assolutamente amorevole, disponibile tanto a servire la cena e la colazione con il rersto dello staff, quanto a darti preziosi consigli sulla rotta da seguire nel deserto. La sera organizzano un cerimoniale con cottura del pane nella sabbia e la cena a seguire, nel ristorante del camp, è stata una delle migliori della vacanza. L'esperienza nell'oasi - dal dormire nella tenda al confine col desrto, all'immergerci nell'acqua tiepida delle pozze termali - ci hanno fatto sentire parte di questa remota realtà, che dire: semplicemente fantastico.

Nulla, ma attenzione perchè di notte la temperatura nel deserto cala moltissimo! Equipaggiatevi!

Posto incantevole immerso nel deserto, specialmente se soggiorni nelle tende sensazioni uniche e irripetibili, bagni e ristorante rinnovati da poco, lo consiglio vivamente se uno vuole vivere queste sensazioni ed è disposto a rinunciare ad un po' di confort.

A mio avviso, poco adatto a soggiorni lunghi in quanto oltre al relax e qualche gita in quad o dromedario non c'è molto altro da fare. Unica pecca che ho trovato i letti un po' troppo duri, almeno per la mia schiena.

Super Lage direkt neben den Wüstendünen. Der Kamelritt bei Sonnenuntergang war ein tolles Erlebnis, das Brotbacken im Sand war etwas besonderes, und das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Auch die Zelte waren gemütlich.

Das Wasser hat etwas gerochen, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft wahrscheinlich nichts.

We hebben een fantastische nacht doorgebracht in een berber tent, aan de rand van de toegangspoort naar de Sahara. De bedden zijn comfortabel, het sanitair is schoon en proper. Het ganse team staat voor je klaar. Wij zijn ingegaan op het aanbod om met de kamelen naar de woestijn te trekken en aansluitend een lekker avondmaal te nuttigen in de woestijn. Een echte aanrader als je onder een heldere sterrenhemel wil genieten van traditioneel klaar gemaakt brood enz., verzorgd door 2 fantastische gidsen die traditionele gezangen brengen. Een echte aanrader!

Belangrijk om te weten: er is enkel elektriciteit tussen 6u en 12u 's avonds en de wifi verbinding is er minimaal, maar daar waren wij op voorbereid.

You will not believe this place! It's awesome. We loved everything about it. The food, the people, the tent, the camels, the natural spring, the location. Our 5 and 7 year olds were both over the moon. Amazing!!

L'accueil et la flexibilité de l'ensemble de l'équipe. Les chambres sont très sympa donnant vue directe sur le desert cest incroyable, du confort en plein désert. La nourriture esr exceptionnelle je me suis régalée avec le dromadaire a la gargoulette ainsi que le psis au petit déjeuner. Les animations sont très sympa et toujours bien encadrees avec un personnel avenant et souriant. Merci a tous pour cette parenthèse. La prochaine fois je tenterai le bivouac dur plusieurs jours pour voir des fennecs!
