اولا / موقعها عن طرابزون 30 كم لا يوجد حواليها اي خدمات ثانيا / تعامل صاحب الفندق عند الشكوى من ان الغرفة خاصة للمدخنين ولم استطع الجلوس بها وأظهر تضجرا غير مقبولا من شكواي وقوله لا تكثر النقاش ليس لدينا سواها مع العلم انه قال ان السياسة عدم السماح بالتدخين ولكن ماذا يفعل

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026الهدوء والتعاون والراحه رائع جدا لمن يبحث عن الهدوء المكان بعيد عن طرابزون 30 دقيقه تقريبا ومثلها ريزا يعني في المنتصف لمن لايرغب في الازعاج الستاف يتحدثون عربي وانقليزي وتركي مالك المكان قائم بنفسه على المكان الفطور جميل ولذيذ المواقف متوفره يوجد شاطي نسائي قريب فقط تقطع الجسر

Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Atmosphäre, sodass wir uns sehr gut erholen konnten. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. You can hear traffic sound as it is situated on coastal highway. The location is good but just little away from main city.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Нам понравилось в отеле абсолютно всё. Было чудесно просыпаться, любуясь восходом солнца и морем. На завтрак предлагался большой выбор блюд, и почти всё было очень вкусным. Парковка была достаточно просторной. Никаких проблем у нас не возникло. Горячо рекомендую этот отель семьям и путешественникам. Персонал был очень дружелюбным и отзывчивым.

The check-in process was exceptionally smooth thanks to Mr. Qadwe, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He kindly upgraded us to a one-bedroom apartment and was always available to assist whenever we needed help. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication deserve special recognition — truly 10 out of 10. The breakfast was very satisfying and offered an authentic Turkish breakfast experience that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant staff were also very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well looked after. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026هدوء الفندق بسبب موقع الفندق بعيد عن الازدحام تقريبا نصف ساعة عن مركز المدينة الإفطار تركي متنوع موظفوا المطعم خدومين جدا المواقف واسعة الإطلالة جميلة سواءاً إطلالة البحر او الجبل وموظف الفندق سوري الجنسية لا اذكر اسمه كان جدا متعاون زرته في سنة 2022 وعدت التجربة وانصح به
قلة الكادر لذلك لا تجد موظفين للأمتعة الماء الدافيء لا يعمل طول الوقت حيث ينفصل في المساء ولا يعمل إلا إذا اتصلت للاستقبال .

Завтрак был очень вкусным и разнообразным, отель расположен недалеко от центра, что очень удобно, мы остановились в люксе с видом на море и номер превзошёл все наши ожидания, персонал был очень внимательным и доброжелательным, особенно хотим поблагодарить сотрудниц на завтраке за их заботу и тёплое отношение, теперь, когда будем приезжать в Трабзон, будем останавливаться только здесь и с удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель.

Завтрак начинается в 8.00. Для нас как для путешественников это поздно. В итоге мы не завтракали.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 12 Personen mit 6 Doppelzimmern, und alles war einfach von Feinsten: sehr sauber, modern, großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die gemütliche Atmosphäre auf der geschlossenen Terrasse, wo wir abends bei Tee und Kaffee entspannt zusammensitzen konnten. Alles war sehr gepflegt und hochwertig – man merkt sofort die Liebe zum Detail. Ein riesiges Lob geht an das gesamte Team: unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026It was very calm and relaxing. The receptionists were both really kind and helpful. Everything in the room was clean and towels and sheets were changed everyday. There is coffee and tea in the room as well as Breakfast. Breakfast could have a bit more variety but it was still good! The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from downtown Trabzon so it would be easier if you have a car rental. However, there are still some restaurants and markets nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Doğayla iç içe olması ve manzarası da ayrı bir güzellik katıyor. Odalar fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi temiz, geniş ve konforlu. Kahvaltı sunumu oldukça güzel ve yeterliydi. Ayrıca otelin büyük bir otoparkı var, bu yüzden park sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz. Personel ise çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Güzel ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Her şey için teşekkürler Şehrar, tekrar gelmeyi düşünürüz.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Staff are very welcoming and kind (always smiling). Cleanness is 10/10. Food is so delicious. The location is ideal depending on what you’re aiming from your trip. If you want calmness and sea view, this is the place. It was relatively close to top attractions such as Ayder and Uzungöl.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026كانت تجربتي في فندق سِهرار ممتعة للغاية. لم أتمكن من الإقامة إلا ليوم واحد، لكن اهتمام موظفي الاستقبال وتعاونهم ونظافة الغرف كانت ممتازة. في زيارتي القادمة، سأعدل حجزي لأطول فترة ممكنة. كما أود أن أشكر صديقي قادر في الاستقبال على كل شيء.

The attention to detail and the little thoughtful touches throughout made the experience incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had — I left feeling completely refreshed and well cared for.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Her şey beklediğimden çok daha güzeldi. Konumu harikaydı, her şey düşünülmüş ve kolaylaştırılmıştı. Hatta geldiğimizde çayımız bile demlenmişti. Sahipleri çok iyi ve yardımsever insanlardı; sürekli bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular. Çok rahat edilebilecek ve çok güvenli bir ortamdı. Harika bir manzarası ve havası vardı. Çok samimi ve güzel bir ortamdı, herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim. Ayrıca, bir daha gidersem İnşallah yine burada kalmak isterim.

From the moment I checked in, Kadir and Mohamed made everything easy and comfortable, they were always ready to help and provide any information I needed. My room was clean and beautifully arranged, with a separate sitting area that made it feel like a small apartment. The sea view from the window was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was open buffet and offered a typical Turkish breakfast with fresh cheeses, olives, pastries, eggs, and many traditional flavors. Ozge and Kıymet were always smiling, attentive, and made me feel incredibly welcomed. I truly enjoyed every part of my stay and will definitely come back.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025I had a wonderful stay at Sehrar Hotel. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the hotel itself is very clean, spacious, and offers a full sea view, which made my stay even more enjoyable.The breakfast was absolutely delicious fresh and beautifully prepared every morning. Huge thanks to the amazing staff, especially Kıymet and Özge, for their kindness and great service at breakfast. The location is perfect, about 30 minutes from Trabzon Airport, and there are markets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. A special thank you to Kadir and Mohamed for their warm hospitality and kind treatment during my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to come back again

I’ve never felt more welcomed anywhere else — the staff are simply amazing 🙌. They help with luggage 🧳, make check-in and check-out easy ✅, and are always ready to answer questions or even print something if you need it 🖨️. I can’t name just one person because every single one of them was great — they genuinely seem to enjoy their work 😊

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025حاولوا ان يستغلوني بدفع مبلغ اضافي بدون وجه حق ، لكن بعد نقاش نص ساعة، دخلت الغرفة ، ولاني لم اقبل استغلالهم اعطوني الغرفة الاسوء اطلالة مع ان الفندق لا يوجد اي نزلاء

Reviewed Sep 10, 20251- مواقف سيارات واسعه. 2- الاطلاله على البحر. 3- التصاميم بالغرف والممرات فخمه. 3-يوميا ينظفون الغرف. 4- الموظفين محترمين و ودودين. 5- فطور صباحي مجاني خفيف متواضع. 6- موقع الفندق ممتاز للي حاب يروح لازنجول او ايدر مباشره على الطريق السريع ما يحتاج يدخل بزحمة المدن.
1- المواقف ما فيها مظلات انا غسلت سيارتي وتوصخت بسبب المطر. 2- ما فيه خدمات قريب عنده طرابزون تبعد حوالي 30 كيلو و ريزا تبعد 40 كيلو. 3- الكوفي يقفل بدري . 4- يدخلون الفندق ينظفونه بدون لا تعطيهم الاذن يعني المفروض اذا وضعت لهم العلامه اللي على الباب يدخلون . ( اعتقد يعملون كذا من حسن نيه ).

اخترت غرفة اقتصادية بدون دخان لما استلامت الغرفة رائحة الدخان شديدة طلبت تغيير الغرفة قال يوجد غرفة كبيره على الشارع والابد من إضافة 20 دوالار حوالى 800 ليرة كانت جيدة وشرحة ومريحة
