Everything. The staff were poor, rooms not clean, gym in terrible condition. Bad smell out of shower. No toilet roll.

O banheiro estava com a porta do duche quebrado e despencou quando eu estava tomando banho e o ralo do banheiro estava entupido

Hotel je bil vrhunski v vseh pogledih.

Kljub temu, da bivaš često ob morju, se v njem ne moreš kopati. Nekaj plaž je sicer dostopnih za kopalce, a niso ravno po 'evropskih" standardih ... so bolj namenjene domačinom.

Too expensive for quality and far Location

Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht (vier Personen). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Die Lage am Meer schön. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man sich mit dem Zimmer arrangiert (Sauberkeit und Geruch),dann kann man gut schlafen. Matratzen waren gut. Wir hatten die Nacht vorher im Flugzeug verbracht. Ein Elitehotel ist es aber nicht mehr. Es sollte der letzte Urlaubstag (Istanbul, Seoul, Istanbul) sein.

Zimmer (Sauberkeit und Geruch), Modernisierung ist nötig. Frühstuck (Nicht nur einen Kaffeeautomat mit einfachen Kaffee) Das ist doch heute Standard, dass man sich auch ein Cappuccino oder Latte bestellen darf. Orangesaft künstliche Mischung. Das passte nicht zum Rest des Essens. Das war nämlich sehr gut. Es erinnerte uns an Urlaub in Jugoslawien.

Room smells like cigarettes, furniture is outdated. Minibar is empty, no spare TP, no furniture at the balcony.

Alle Zimmer sind Raucherzimmer, und der Geruch ist sehr stark.

Horrible place, horrible breakfast, horrible staff Ir was bad smell in my room( smell from sewer pipes all time) bussiness class superior room. Only thank you for cleaning of the room. I would never recommend going there. And there is not my bad mood😊 Hotel managers have really big problems

The friendly service, great view, and very clean.

Our room had the overhead shower broken, and the shower that we had barely had any pressure. Breakfast was decent, expected better, but wasn't bad. It was quite hard to order drinks from the bar as nobody was there most of the time.

Everything was at highest level as always,love to come back again

We didjtn like completely anything at all.

First of all this isn’t a 5 star hotel….its maybe 3 on the good day….!Second thing it’s very difficult to find it because there is a construction company that does construction work.And it’s very dirty….the room is very dirty and a horrible smell is coming out of the bathroom after we took a shower!

It was very affordable, the food was actually quite good, the view from my room onto the strait was beautiful

The staff was slow, not very welcoming, very poor English, I requested room change because the first room was obscure and even seemed dirty, the lights in the bathroom felt like in a prison cell

Clean rooms and the hotel at all. Good location and excellent view to the park in front of the hotel and Marmara sea The restaurant is also very good with a nice terrace and view. Offered food is international, not traditional Turkish, but this fits the hotel style.

Very old hotel. View is amazing. Restaurant was closed. It was too calm for begging of May.

Breakfast was good. Dinner was fine also. But, the front desk did not know which of three dining areas was open, when we asked at about 3.00.

The towels were frayed. One lamp bulb was not working at the bedside. One bulb in the bathroon was not working. The door to the balcony was operable, but jamming. There was (it appeared) mould in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled. Staff were adequate, not excellent. The hotel seems geared to a young guest profile - loud parties at night and early morning. Overall, not what we wanted.

basically SPA was off. there was a mould on the wall, smelling bad, so dirty…. we chose this hotel becouse of the SPA and gym facilities so we were very disappointed.

It's in front of the the sea and the room size was good.

The location is not easy to reach specially there was a road construction and the maps was not accurate, so we never reached the hotel entrance directly. You feel you are isolated. Also, the breakfast was simple and not rich of dishes. Same breakfast for the three days.
