This hotel was awesome. Right in front of the hotel, you can find the Haram gate, so you can easily offer all your prayers in Haram. The best thing is that among the hotels near Haram, this was one of the best and cleanest hotels. I should say they are a bit overpriced, but it is still worth paying for because of the location and overall experience. Nearby, you can find the dates markets, pharmacies, Lulu, cafes, and other shops. So you don't need to go anywhere by taxi to find something you need. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially if your main priority is being close to Haram.

I was a bit nervous when booking this hotel after reading mixed reviews, but my experience turned out to be truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. A special thanks to Saiful Islam for his outstanding support—he was exceptionally helpful and made my stay even more comfortable. I have stayed in Madina before, but I have never experienced this level of service. Highly recommended, and thank you once again for the wonderful hospitality. ❤️

You can’t beat the location: a view of the Masjid from the room and just two minutes to get inside. Hanif the porter was great, maintenance is on-site round the clock, and it easily delivers great value for a single-star property.

M Hotel by Millennium provides best value for money in the city. While it is 2.7 KM from the grand mosque, the shuttle service is excellent, on-time, and frequent. While some people may prefer and would pay higher for hotels on a walking distance from the grand mosque and would compromise on the service, facilities and quality, I personally prefer M Hotel to get better facilities at a better price. Would stay here again in the future.

This is truly one of the best locations, especially considering the very reasonable pricing. I stayed in a Haram-view room and had a direct view of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ’s Mosque, which made my stay incredibly special and memorable. The staff were absolutely incredible, and I would especially like to thank Haseeb, who did a phenomenal job providing amazing customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were taken care of and that my visit was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location, excellent value, and outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Haseeb, and everyone else on the team for making my visit one of the best and most delightful experiences. May Allah reward you all!

The only good thing about this hotel was the location

The staff barely spoke English so it was difficult to communicate. The rooms were very tiny and uncomfortable. There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom so I couldn't even stay there even for 1 minute

Hi the rooms were very good and clean we stayed on the 8th floor and md ramiz looked after us very nicely a big thank you to him. Reception staff were not very helpful. Saiful near the reception was very nice too he helped us check in as soon as there was space.

one Inn hotel is Very close to Rawdah!! Less than a minute walk to gate 305!! The reception staffs were flexible in terms of check in and check out (they extended my checkout time 2 hrs more without any charges !! Thanks for both respectful ladies and one gentleman in the reception)!! The room was reasonably/(you can say value for money ) clean and decent !! Facilities were good !! The housekeeping gentleman Mohammed Ramiz did a good job.

Toiletries stuffs were substandard !!! running water in shower was without enough force !! Nearby dining facilities were limited.

Parking expensive and extra fees

It was very near to the Haram from the men's side. My family has to walk for quite a while to reach the women's side.

The location is excellent, situated just a few steps from the Haram, and the views are truly magnificent. The hospitality throughout the hotel is outstanding. The manager was incredibly accommodating to me as a solo traveler, ensuring I felt welcome and kindly upgrading me to a room with a Haram view. Also the gentleman at the morning front desk, who was very professional. A special thank you to Sufyan, Farooq, and Abdul; they were all incredibly kind, trustworthy, and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed during my stay. I felt very well looked after.

Honestly, the bed was uncomfortable. It featured very poor mattresses that were prone to shaking with even slight movements. The breakfast provided was also tasteless and of very poor quality. Furthermore, the bathroom was quite smelly.

The hotel near by haram & walking distance 2 minutes entering from gate 307 or 308. Special thanks to hotel staff Mr. Saiful Islam for their excellent service while staying in this hotel.

The check-in process was delaying due to room not available and waiting almost 1 hours.Reception Mr.Omar was friendly and very polite person.Room at 9 floor especially in my room shower water slow. I appreciate your efforts in making my stay enjoyable, and I hope this feedback will help you improve your services. I look forward to visiting your hotel again and experiencing positive changes in the future.

The location is great and Mr. Abdo was cooperative and friendly with guests and solving buffet issue occurred in breakfast first day on Eid morning

The old furniture and not that much comfortable. Parking available while they permit for some guests only to use, mentionedParking not available i know while I am talking about park my car with fees not for free .... I used Haram Parking

- Room was not ready by the time we arrived, we arrived at 04:30pm. surprised that no parking is available. - Second day, by the time we came back from outside at 06:00am our room keys were not working. we waited for almost an hour until they fix the room key issue. - Front desk staff is very poor in communication and no proper orientation, waited a long time for check-in.

The bathroom smell is very bad, there was in food service inside the hotel, there was hair on the bed, the breakfast is limited no multi options, the kettle not clean there was black particles in it, the kettle water keeps boiling never stop, I stoped manually, I burn my hand because of the kettle hand was affected from non stop boiling , also the hotel far from women prayers place . I was not satisfied from whole experience and I will never repeat it again .
