Shower needs to be repaired

A beautiful and comfortable hotel located conveniently close to the Haram. What truly made my stay special, however, was the exceptional service provided by Amani at the reception. She was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel offers very good value for money, and I would definitely recommend it. It is well worth trying.

Loved the location, easy walk to masjid an-nabawi and lots of shops and food places nearby Bedroom and bathroom were clean Staff were kind and helpful too

Location was awesome. Just 5 minutes walk to Gate No. 310. Economical also as compared to neighborhood.

In this price you have to compromise with the facilities. Room service never available when required. The receptionist girl is so well mannered. She always apologize for the service staff un respond queries of other service staff. I think it is due to the less staff.

Kind lady at the reception. The location is the best thing...3 minutes walk to the Masjid al-nabwi. Lively street

The room had an odor. The carpets look like they've been in use since the first muslims. The hotel is in dire need of renovation.

The lady at the reception was very professional, and helpful. Her customer support was excellent and she should have role of manager or at least leading role. Housekeeper Nabiul Islam (not sure if his first name is spelled correctly) was also excellent.

Overall property was good.

فندق نظيف خدمه ولا اروع مع وجود مشكله بسبب موقع لوكنج الا ان الموضفين وخاصه الموظفه منال قامت باكثر من الواجب ورحابت صدر وتم حل المشكله والتعاون معي وانا اطالب بوكنج بتعويض لعدم التاجاوب من قبلهم

جميع الطاقم رائعون كانوا ودودين جداً والشكر الكثير لموظفة الإستقبال في الفترة الصباحية تستحق الثناء والتقدير

Its very near to masjid e nabvi. Alot of shops near by. Easy access.

The hotel management needs to renovate as the room carpets are not very old and dirty. The Air conditioners make alot of noise. There is no sound proofing of the rooms. They told they didnt had car parking but we found out later and took it after request. There is no food option in the resturant. Only a little coffee shop is there.

Otel malesef disiplin yönünden beğenmedim sebebi şudur parkistanlılar doluydu otelde kolidorda sandalyelere oturup çok gürültülü konuşuyorlardı çok rahatsız ettiler otelin buna müdahele etmesi lazımdı malesef hiç bir şekilde öğdehale etmediler

الغرف نظيفه موقع شبه جيد

الغرف لايوجد بها WiFi و السكيورتي لايكون موجود ولا يوجد مواقف كافية فقط 3 مواقف وتكون زحمه عليها وبعض موظفو الاستقبال يحسنون التعامل

Room waz not good, carpet was dirty and very old, some portion of room near door had floor tiles without carpet and edges of that area were too shrp and it can injure the foot and it can be very dangerous for small kids

The toilet needs to be fixed

Good room and staff especially Mr. Rabi ul Islam is very cooperative.

Check out time should be 02:00pm instead of 12:00 noon

لاشي سيئ جدا لا انصح احد بالذهاب الية

كل شي لم يعجبني من بداية الموضف حسين اتوقع كذا اسمه وهو غير سعودي اول شي قال لايوجد غرف بعد ذالك قلت اني حجزت بوكنج وسكت ولمى حجزت بوكنج رفض يدخلني الاا ادفع له دخول مبكر نص قيمة الحجز وماقدرت الغئ الحجز لاني دفعت ببوكنج واذا الغيته مايرجع المبلغ والمكان كله عمالة وكاني داخلة بيتهم يتمشون بنص المكان بدون نعال وازعاج واصوات من الصبح لليل ويتكلمون بالسيب بين الغرف ويكلمون ب اصوات غالية جداً

مشالله تبارك الله نضافه تعامل زي الفل وناس زي الفل نشكر إدارة الفندق ونشكر السكرتاريه بتاع دوام النهار ولله انصح ف هاذ الفندق
