Incredible place, we extended for a further week after our previous 2 week stay (see earlier review).

What an absolute gem of a hotel this is! We've stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and I can honestly say, pound for pound this is one of the best. We stayed in a lake view room on the fifth floor, the room had a lovely balcony with a great view of the lake. The room was a great size with storage for bags and clothes, good air con which we needed and a super comfy bed. The bathroom was also well sized with an amazing shower that was super hot if required. There was also a smart TV that worked excellently with very good wifi, a kettle and amenities which was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious and varied, we often went with the continental but all options were good. The food at this place is seriously good, they offer room service and the food is of top restaurant quality and exceptional value. The location of the hotel is perfect, less than 10mins walk to lakeside and just off the main road which meant it was super peaceful, Finally the staff! Aayush and his team were just so delightful and couldn't do enough for us, they were the main reason we kept extending (we stayed a total of 24 nights). Anything we needed they were there, we were offered house keeping daily which is incredibly rare in this part of the world. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and if you're heading to Pokhara book a room here....amazing!

Clean and good customer service

Rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient for sightseeing.

Room space was very small and there was not enough space to open luggage comfortably.

I originally planned to stay for 3 nights, but I enjoyed my time here so much that I extended my stay for one more night. I booked a room with a balcony, and the view of the lake was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very clean, and after a long time traveling, this was finally a place where I could truly relax and sleep well. I felt genuinely happy staying here. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, and you can order food directly to your room, which was perfect on rainy days when I didn’t feel like going out. The breakfast options were also very nice. I truly enjoyed my stay here and highly, highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back again in the future.

Overall, it was a great place to stay as it is close to the Phewa Lake.

The only thing that can be improved I guess is the quality of milk served for breakfast.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of travel. Whether it was assisting with travel plans or simply greeting with a smile, their hospitality stood out. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pokhara.

Есть резервное электричество на случай отключения основного электричества, что позволяет работать онлайн. Хороший интернет, скорости хватает для проведения онлайн встреч. Очень вкусные и сытные завтраки по утрам. Приветливый персонал. Находиться в самом центре туристической части Покхары, при этом в тихом месте. Обязательно вернусь снова!

The location of the property was good. The bed was really comfortable and I loved the fact there was a TV.

The bath and sink drained onto the floor, soaking the whole bathroom - which is annoying and unhygienic. The jets on the bath didn’t work which was part of the reason for booking. We gave our washing to the hotel after our trek. It came back smelling still of sweat like it wasn’t even cleaned. Mixed in with our washing was a pair of underwear and socks not belonging to us… the staff did eventually rectify the problem after some back and forth. The aircon in the room made really loud noises, it sounded like it was going to blow up. It would bang during the night which kept us awake- the room also smelt of smoke (we are non smokers)

Rooms are clean and good walking space, facilities are good and the staff very responsible, especially Ayush, he is goto person if in Pokhara, you ask for it and he makes it done for you

I like the location. Hotel is clean,bed is comfortable, staff are very cooperative, breakfast is normal.

They don't have generator. I became tired to climb 5th floor by stairs when electricity gone twice.

It was clean, the staff were so kind and friendly and there was hot water. One of the staff people told us all about what to see and the best way to get there. He even helped with finding a scooter.

Bel hôtel moderne. Personnel particulièrement aimable , consciencieux, et attentif. Qualité des plats servis. Le roof top est agréable. Bonne situation au calme. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Chambre petite.

Room with sufficient space for luggage, balcony to enjoy good breakfast, not too far from the lake.

Shower head needs replacement because the water is not contained only at intended holes. There are many water retention marks at the walls, which didn’t affect our stay, but it doesn’t look good, that’s all.

Belle chambre avec lit confortable, balcon avec vue sur le lac (du quatrième étage), air climatisé performant, douche chaude et avec bonne pression. Personnel accueillant et très accommodant. Tranquille puisque en retrait de la rue principale mais seulement à environ 8 minutes de marche de celle-ci. Je recommande.

Déjeuner inclus mais redondant et mériterais une légère mise-à-jour.

The room I originally booked on booking.com was not available.

Location

The room was not clean, floor was sticky Smelly and very outdated bathroom. Staff were not helpful when complain about the situation.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had an asthma attack one evening and they helped me get to the hospital and were checking I was okay after. Big double room, access to Netflix, perfect for recovery days after trekking.

The bed sheets weren’t fitted so the sheets and away from the mattress often. At peak times the water wasn’t hot, if you showered late at night it was lovely and hot.
