I didn’t like anything in this hotel

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned—there were stains on the headboard and bedsheets, and I also noticed cockroaches in the room (I have photos). Due to these hygiene concerns, I checked out after one night, even though I had booked for three nights. Unfortunately, I was still charged for the full stay. I hope the management improves cleanliness and handles such situations more fairly in the future.

Best location with 24 hour staff support. Staffs were very cordial and well behaved. Washroom was clean. AC worked well. Everything was within walking distance.

The hotel room seems a bit older. Rooms need more white light.( Though window was big). Washroom was clean. But need some better ventillation.

The room smells extremely bad and they didn’t change the bedding from the previous guest. The pillow cases had lipstick stains on it.

It is near to the lake . Cozy rooms,delicious food that warms you from the inside out and service that truly top notch . A perfect place to rest .

The Owner of hotel Mr laxaminarayan take care and can help me and more explain more thing . Lady staff name pritee speak English very well and understand my English she clever she work fast. The hotel have yoga class more people enjoy and practice. Tv is smart tv wifi speed fast enough shower is best and warm enough the room have space for yoga and meditation. Break fast is something special

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Tulsi! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ensuring I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Fewa Lake and popular restaurants. The rooftop restaurant offers breathtaking views and delicious food. Highly recommended!

This hotel has everything—great location, excellent service, and an eco-friendly approach. I appreciated their sustainability efforts, from waste management to energy-saving practices. The February package with the Korean dinner was a fantastic deal! The food was authentic and flavorful, and the rooftop setting was beautiful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Very good staff behaviour very close to lake enjoyed a lot during new year, street featival just few meters from the hotel great location.

Room was comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Just few minutes from lakeside. Breakfast included. Price was ok.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was very near the lakeside.

They didn't mentioned if the package was with or without breakfast.

TV doesn't work. Stairs only. Not all rooms have AC.

great location! close to the main street but relatively quiet location ( construction just next door 😬) room was clean, so was the bathroom 👌 bed was really comfortable. we stayed at 4th floor right next to huge terrace - had nice view.

Hotel tulsi is amazing hotel located in very good location. The staffs were the best part of this hotel. They made sure all our needs were fulfilled with smiling faces all the time. Rooms are good and comfortable with very reasonable price. Will stay there next time for sure. Thank you hotel tulsi

The location was good, close to the lake. Hotel located at the happening place but in a quiet corner. Lake and the Mountain picks were visible from the rooftop dinning place. Hotel Staff were good & always in smiling face.

Booking.com quoted me the price including all the applicable tax but the hotel's front desk had a tendency to charge you more in the name of service tax. I was careful so they failed.

The window would not close completely as it was broken and it got very cold in the room at night. I had to get an extra blanket at reception.

Located in the center of Pokhara - easy to walk to everything. Remodeled bathrooms with the best shower we’ve had in Nepal. Mineral water available to refill bottles.

Well positioned near lake side. The room was comfortable and of a decent proportion.

The bathroom shower was faulty, the windows were not particularly clean and the air-conditioning unit on inspection air-direction flap was grubby/dirty making me think that a good clean was necessary.

This is the third time I have stayed here and it is in a great location, just off the main road and shopping centre. The room was good with modern facilities and staff were helpful and friendly.

On checkout there was an argument about cost and an attempt to charge a surcharge on top of the agreed Booking.com fee. This was resolved but was an annoying end to the stay.

Quite warm rooms, the airco had to work very to cool it down. And... there was no extra toilet paper available at reception. Luckily I found a toiletpaper shop nearby ;-)

I had to move across street as my hotel was sold Out so it was supposed to be convenient as I had a knee injury a d couldn’t walk. The first room was beautiful but the phone didn’t work a d I needed room service. I moved to sencond room on ground floor which was right next to a loud bar and was a dingy room. Moved to a 2 rd room. Phone worked . However internet kept shutting off, rv wouldn’t stream right, and a/ c kept blowing hot air and it was over 90 degrees out. I had to reception about 6 x to fix, a/c and internet after 5 pm when I got back. They decided at 10 pm to send a mechanic to room to try to fix it. He was having problems and after 45 min said he was having another mechanic come. And I said I had to be up at 6 am to catch a bus. I had a miserable Night with no ax or fan. In the morning I called to get coffee and for an hour before I had to leave. Coffee and breakfast arrives 3 mi. Before I had to leave even though I called 4x. Worst stay in Nepal me after 2 weeks vacation

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Tulsi. We stayed there the night before we departed for a hike through the Annapurna region. Although we were not staying there after our hike finished, the manager, Mr Sharma was kind enough to let us leave our bags there free of charge, and to let us use one of their rooms to get changed when we returned. He also organized for our laundry to be done last minute, gave good recommendations for dinner in town despite having their own restaurant and collected us from the airport. Only thing to mention was that the beds were a little hard for us, but we do like our beds soft. Otherwise it was great value for money. The service was excellent and we will be back next time we are hiking in Nepal, or maybe just for a visit! Would highly recommend to anyone else staying in Pokhara.
