Based on the price it was excellent accommodation. The manager sorted me a scooter for 300 pesos and it was for 24 hours so we used it the following morning to go to Paradise Cafe ( a few km away) for breakfast

The TV didn't work but I didn't visit Bantayan to watch TV so it was not an issue.

The location is near the port and near sugar beach and kota beach so I like how convenient it is location wise

I feel like for the price I was charged I was expecting a clean room with atleast the basic amenities for guests such as slippers, tea or coffee or even just bottled water. The towels that were provided looks worn and old. I was also expecting the tv to work. Informed the lady at reception but until I checked out, it wasn't really fixed as I still wasn't able to use it. What made me really disappointed was when I first arrived, the washroom looked uncleaned, for me cleanliness of the room & CR is a priority. I also wentcto get hot water in their common kitchen and it was also untidy. I informed the staff of my concerns regarding the tv in my room, the cleanliness but the lady at the front forgot about it so I need to ask again. Hoping they could improve on this areas as each guests that stays in hotels such as theirs are expecting atleast to get their pennies worth. Also this review is not to criticize the hotel but to have them know their areas that needs improvement.

I like how affordable the room is, and very spacious, its really comfortable to stay especially i have kids. I hope this facility will still continue to provide affordable prices especially to individuals with tight budget but still want to enjoy the stay. Kudos!

Maybe they can install intercom for those rooms located in third or second floor for us not to go downstairs to ask for help, and i hope they will accept card as a mode of payment.

C’est bruyant ! On nous a affirmé qu’on pouvait nous emmener au port gratuitement, finalement la personne qui nous a emmené nous a demandé de l’argent. Quand j’ai contacté l’hôtel ils m’ont dit qu’il ne m’avait jamais dit ça 😅 mauvaise foi. C’est dommage pour eux de finir sur une mauvaise note. De plus le taxi nous a fait payé un prix exorbitant. La chasse des toilettes ne fonctionnaient quasiment pas.

L'emplacement un peu en retrait du centre et à 400 mètres de Sugar Beach. Chambre à 2 lits 140 minimaliste mais fonctionnelle Sanitaires propre, eau chaude mais odeur particulière de l'eau Balcon permettant de faire sécher du linge. Possibilité de massage en chambre, masseuse très professionnelle

Mauvaise qualité d'insonorisation interne ( couloir) et externe. Ménage fait que sur demande Odeur particulière de l'eau de la douche

We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are huge and spacious. Very clean bathrooms and decent water pressure. They arrange free pickup from Santa Fe port on arrival and very economical transport while checking out. Can easily rent good motorbikes through them without any headache. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

It would be good if they provide shampoo and conditioner in refillable bottles instead of sachets

Nothing to like except the free complementary drinking water.

The staff do only sleep, play mobile games or watch videos the entire day. No service is provided unless you mentioned that the common staircase needs cleaning etc. The staff/security guard is sleeping through the entire night, meaning anyone can enter the premises at any time. The beds and the rooms are quite good except the bathroom, where it's super dirty. The exhaust fan looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was installed. The showers have very very limited pressure, but worst of all the shower water and the tap water in the sink smells like it is coming straight from the sewer. Luckily the smell does not seem to remain on the skin after drying. I would also like to mention that there are additional costs not mentioned when booking. For example if you want to use the shared kitchen as advertised when booking each room, an additional charge of 50 php is added per room and per meal. The shared kitchen is only maintained by the guests and is therfore very dirty and it's hard to find clean plates and utensils. Additionally, some toilets are broken and can't be flushed. At least one of the air-conditioners were more or less permanently broken and would just produce dripping water on the floor due to condensation. When the staff was informed, they would just put a rug on the floor and leave the room with out actual repairing the aircon. Lastly I would like to warn against renting any type of motorbikes, tricycles or scooters via the hotel, since they will force you to pay for already existing damages. In out case we were threatened to be killed if we didn't buy brand new tires and rims when we got a flat tire, instead of repairing the rubber. The police was later involved and escorted us safely out of the Island in the middle of the night. The price may seem like a good deal, but I would never ever book this hotel again.

Staff were very accomodating. The room was very spacious ans clean. They assisted me in moving to new room when the AC broke.

The water that they use is deep well. It gives off a smell when we use water and its unpleasant.

Yes it was huge for my family and friends. The staffs are so friendly and very considerate. They're kind and willing to work on our requests.

No hot water or it was deffective during our stay. Wifi is not that strong so I need to go to the concierge area to get the wifi connection for work.

Fine and clean place to stay, but nothing special, it is just very functional. There are nicer Hotels with similar prices nearby (or on the same street), but if you need a clean room, one where there is nothing to complain about, you can stay here.

Did not like the lights in the room, and the room feels cold (not the temperature). Other than that nothing really, it just does not stand out compared to other rooms, it is just very functional.

The room is incredibly spacious and there beds are indeed large double beds! We had a very comfortable and amazing stay. The location of the hotel is a few minutes walk to Hungry Beach and Kota Beach. It was also nice for the reception to offer the trike inland tour which makes visiting places very convenient.

We had a great stay! Our room was spacious, clean, and had a large window with a nice street view. Check-in was smooth, and we also arranged a scooter rental for 300 pesos per 24 hours. The location is convenient—close to stores and restaurants—yet the neighborhood remains peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A big plus was its proximity to the port, and we appreciated the free pick-up service upon arrival. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

We had a fantastic stay and really couldn't find anything to dislike about the accommodation. Everything was just perfect!

They accommodated us for an early check-in and provided us with breakfast meals just coz everything in town was still closed when we arrived. You can also ask them about tourist attractions, eats and all that.

Some fixtures needed to be repaired. Sliding doors were difficult to open. Maintenance is always the key to keep rooms clean and comfy

Premium room has four double beds. We are a family of four so we had 1 bed each! AC is working so well to combat summer heat! Staff are amazing!.

Toilet us run down. Shower head fell on my forehead i now have a bruise. Towels are old and looks unhygienic. You have to do a good 10 minutes walk to the beach, or 15 minutes to the nicer part of the beach. Other than that, a good value for money.

Spacious rooms, we had the deluxe room and the triple room on the street side. Location is good, grocerie and beach nearby, everything in walking distance. Big kitchen on ground floor so you can prepare food for yourself, like breakfast. If price per night would be 1000 php, than the price would fit the condition of the hotel.

Rooms need renovation. Everything is a little run down, but still kind of acceptable, if you don't have high expectations. The bathroom works in general but the water heater need refurbishment, since it not working probably.

The bed is comfortable. The location is great, near the beach and walking distance to the market. Quite and nice area. Near the port. Staff is helpful and kind. Price is reasonable. Good for family bonding

Kitchen is dirty and plenty of ants. Utensils are rusted and dirty. Please get rid of the rusted utensils. They are dangerous to our health. The windows, walls, floors and celings of the the kitchen needs to be cleaned and detailed. Dust and dirt are visible.

The location of the hotel is near the Bantayan Beach. It is walkable but if you are not into walking you can easily hail a cab for 20php or 15php. The family room is spacious enough and clean.

Poor the Cleanliness. Smell is so awful, and I get sick. I just slept for 1 night, and I still pay 3 nights and went to other accommodation because I can't stand the smell and dirty bedsheets.

Big spacious room feels fresh and has a good AC. Love the balcony. The staff are amazing and always did their best to be of assistance during our stay. They also helped with renting motor bikes.

Nothing, will definitely return here next time we stay in Bantayan.

We are not usually hard to please but there were too little to be happy about the rooms we got. The worst was that there was no holder for the toilet brush, so the staff just place the toilet brush in between the pipe under the hand basin. It was really hard to stomach everytime we use the zink and the toilet. The toilet seat moved everytime we sit on it, the soap holder and towel rack was broken as well. There was water leaking on the wall under the aircon when we were taking a long bath. Our room had a road view but there was no curtain. So when somebody passed by and looked up, they could actually see us changing clothes. The other room we got for my mother had moldy odor.

Hotel said Check in time 12:00 but I was actually able to check in 13:00. table so dirty.

We loved the hotel all in all. It is spacious. It has a balcony. The linens were fresh. The staff were all courteous. Everything you need, may it be island hopping and land tour, they have recommendations.

Accessibility, the size of the room, and free drinking water.

The water in the bathroom is yellowish and it smells bad. I don't mind the little holes on the ceiling but seems like their staff didn't do a thorough cleaning as there were cobwebs on it, too bad we didn't took a picture. Also, we were promised a free shuttle from the port but after the back and forths with them, we were told they can't pick us up as they have guests to pick up from another port.

The hotel was in a convenient location. It was not far from the food places and the “Sugar beach”. Also, the staff were helpful.

The only problem was one of the rooms I booked did not have a smart tv compared to the others and the ceiling was leaking.

The location is great. The room is very huge. And the wifi is strong. And the hotel picked us up at the port for free. Huge thank you!

No restaurants for lunch or dinner.

I like everything I have nothing to complain. I’m happy! I hope next time there will be a free drip coffee for everyone in the morning! 😊
