Good staff ,clean rooms and great location

Basic Hotel located on the main street, but wasn't noisy at all during the night. Very friendly staff and close to the beach.

Our favourite restaurants had been a bit far from the place (20 min walk). We also found some hair in our room and the blanket was quite worn.

Room is exactly like the photos 👌 Big, spacious & light with great view of the sea . Mr Phuc speaks awesome English & is so, so helpful. A very comfortable bed. With a ceiling fan, so I didn't need to use the aircon 👍

Очень чистый, уютный, светлый отель. Есть все необходимое для жизни. Тихо. Расположение удачное: прямо в 100 метрах ручей Фей, близко до всех необходимых локаций, правда, пляжа нормального напротив нет, но это не критично. Владелец отеля отлично говорит по-английски, дружелюбный классный парень.

Отсутствие пляжа рядом, там пустырь с лодками и мусором.

Супер-чисто в номере и в самом отеле! Постельное белье кристальное, свежее, белое! Полотенца меняли каждый день - белые чистые не застиранные! В номере занавески чистые! Ежедневная уборка по умолчанию. На каждом этаже есть открытый длинный балкон по периметру здания, много столиков и стульев, где можно посидеть в тишине, насладиться ночным небом! Сам хозяин очень внимательный и мастеровой: донёс наш чемодан на третий этаж (чемодан очень тяжёлый), у нас сломался кондиционер - он сам его полностью разобрал и починил! В день отъезда мы не смогли вызвать такси через граб - слишком большое расстояние - 200км, никто не брал. Обратились к хозяину, через 10 мин уже приехала машина за нами по цене дешевле, чем в приложении граб. Пляж рядом - пару минут ходьбы, пляж отличный: море спокойное и народу нет совсем, мы всю неделю были одни на пляже. Изучили более дальние пляжи - самым лучшим оказался наш пляж, который возле отеля! Рядом все продуктовые магазины и кафе. Рекомендую!

- The window curtains don't block out much light so the room can be pretty bright for sleep, especially in the morning - AC wasn't very strong and would sometimes turn off on its own but maybe this was just in our room

Lo staff è stato il fiore all'occhiello, sono stati un amore tutti quanti! la camera è enorme con 2 finestroni bellissimi dove entra un sacco di luce, tutta davvero pulitissima, letto comodissimo e con lenzuola pulite! Ho fatto un escursione alle dune con loro ed è stata davvero bella! Ho usato la lavanderia, in un giorno tutti i miei vestiti erano pultii e profumati! Sono stata una notte in piu perché qui si sta davvero bene!

Il bagno si potrebbe abbellire un attimo di piu e rendere un po piu confortevole soprattutto per un appoggio per i prodotti e la doccia scomoda perché non era possibile appenderla e lavarsi i capelli comodamente. In camera le tende sono molto trasparenti quindi alle 5.30 quando sorge il sole hai luce a giorno in camera, consiglio di aggiungere degli oscuranti alle finestre! La zona non è centralissima, ci vogliono 10 min di motorino per arrivare ai locali, ma molto vicina e comoda per le escursioni, e la strada li davanti purtroppo è tutta una cantiere piena di buche, sabbia, gru ecc. Ma spero finiranno i lavori a breve! Per il resto sono stata davvero bene!

Great and peaceful place to spend a few days in Mui Ne, host is amazing, he will help you and advise you greatly with any questions. Also located right next to the fairy stream which is convenient !

The staff - especially Phuc - is very friendly and efficient. The room is large, very clean and with a view on the sea. The value for the price is high.

The mattress is a bit hard, and the beach is not accessible front the hotel.

Siamo stati accolti da Phuc e la sua mamma, due persone squisite, sempre disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare . Ci ha organizzato l'escursione alle Dune di sabbia bianca sabbia rossa e il Villaggio dei pescatori , con Jeep e guida privata ad un ottimo prezzo ed è stato fantastico. Ci ha consigliato dove noleggiare lo scooter e quali fossero i più interessanti posti da vedere. Abbiamo avuto con sorpresa un upgrade a camera più grande nonostante avessimo prenotato quella basica. La homestay si riconosce subito perché si presenta impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. Le camere sono spaziose funzionali e pulite in modo maniacale ogni giorno con anche cambio di asciugamani. La homestay è in posizione ottima vicino a svariati negozi e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Phuc parla inglese ed è davvero una splendida persona, siamo stati molto felici di essere suoi ospiti e speriamo di tornare presto. Grazie ancora di tutto ! Consigliatissimo.

The owner is super nice, very friendly, so that made me happy instantly. The property was very clean! I read some reviews complaining about how hard the beds are. Yeah, it’s not the softest, but it’s healthier for you ;) Overall, I’d recommend staying here, especially since it’s so cheap!

Die zimmer sind sauber. Das personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis leistungs Verhältnis ist kaum zu schlagen. Man hat direkt einen kleinen shop am hotel.

Die lage ist halt mitten am „resort“ beach. Man ist weder direkt in Mui Ne noch in Phan Thiet. Und man brauch definitiv ein moped wenn man sich was anschauen will. Aktuell wird die Hauptstraße halt massivst umgebaut. Ist halt für das zu fuß laufen und das moped fahren nicht unbedingt angenehm.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Check-in is easy and check-out is easy. The room is big.

There was no hot water and the shower bracket seemed like its never used as the shower head doesn't let you use it in place to have a decent shower. Its a big bathroom but wasted if you cant use it to have a warm or hot shower. The room has windows opening onto a common hallway which is well lit and when you go to sleep you have a lot of light coming in from that window and the glass door. There is a TV but it is high up on the wall, and seems to have no service. It wasn't tuned into anything. You cannot plug into it, so it may as well not be there. I suspect that if people were using their TVs that you would hear it in different rooms. With a room that big it would be nice if there were a reasonable size table to sit at instead of the small one that is provided.

Very friendly, guy on reception speaks great English, beach is a cross the road, lots of places to eat near hotel, my room was very spacious and very clean, very comfy bed They were very helpful with directions, places to eat and even recommended a hairdresser and helped me book a bus to my next destination. I would defo come back here 😁

Tout. Depuis l'accueil à mon arrivée jusqu'à mon accompagnement le jour de mon départ : je pourrais noter au dessus de 10, ce serait vraiment une évidence ! La communication en anglais avec Phòp (désolée pour l'orthographe) est très facile; il forme avec les autres personnes une équipe adorable et efficace. Merci. Chambre niveau 2(1er étage) : spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Lit ferme souple. Sanitaires avec shampooing,savon... Tout est PROPRE; un tour de la chambre est fait chaque jour, avec serviettes propres. Lessive donnée sur place. Petit magasin à des prix locaux. Grab fonctionne bien. Mais l'hôtel avait réservé pour moi un transfert taxi car mon départ était à 5heures (même tarif que Grab). Profitez et surtout appréciez cet hébergement et l'accueil de cet établissement familial. Merci pour votre accueil et votre extrême professionnalisme. Coucher de soleil : plage plein ouest à 100 mètres

Ich hatte einen sehr guten Aufenthalt, das Zimmer ist sauber und groß, und der Host war sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam (hat für mich einen Trip zu den Sanddünen organisiert, einen Bus in den nächsten Ort gebucht). Die Lage ist auch gut, das Hotel befindet sich sehr nahe zum Fairy Stream und es gibt viele nette Restaurants in der Nähe!

It's clean, has high ceilings, big bathrooms, and the staff is really friendly, especially the boss, who is a really nice person to be respected. He speaks English, so we had a lot of conversations and made a really good impression. He also has a shop and currency exchange. The goods in the shop were a little cheaper than other shops. He also gave us coconut juice and showed us how to open it. It was very interesting for the first time. You don't have to leave the building, there are chairs and tables in the basement, it's nice to sit there and watch the surrounding areas. I'm really satisfied. We only went because we had chosen the next hotel. Otherwise, it was comfortable to stay there. If you, the boss, are reading this, I would like to express my gratitude again ☺️

Location great, on the main road, literally next door to the Fairy Stream. Abundance of restaurants, coffee shops and mini markets in the area. Spotlessly clean, room cleaned every day, very friendly people. Fan, air-conditioning, minibar and shower all in perfect working order. Would definitely return to this hotel. Room and bathroom size very satisfactory. Thank you. Note to those travelling by bus: most companies drop you off and pick you up in front of the hotel, no need to go to their 'bus station', just mention it when you book.

The room was as described, sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable with plenty of light. Very good insulation - once the door closed, you didn't hear anything from the street and AC cooled the room down right away. Shower had very good pressure and temperature regulation, wi-fi worked great and I appreciate outside and inside seating areas. Good location right next to the Fairy Stream and with many good food spots around. The local bus passes by often, so you can get cheaply anywhere between PT ans MN. Basic grocery store on site. Most of all, the owner (?) spoke great english, was kind and helped us book transport to the next place.

The property was in a Perfect Location, near by the Beach and a lot of Restaurants and Bars. The Host was one of the generoust Hosts we‘ve met in our entire Vietnam itinerary. He was very good in english, knew everything about Mui ne and it’s area and tried to help us in any way as good as possible. In Addition, the Holding was very clean and silent.

sadly constructions nearby going on. it does not influence your stay, the room is quiet. but when you walk around the area, it may bother you. if you go by motorbike, it will be ok.

Super clean and cozy. Lovely greeting upon arrival with loads of good practical travel info. Quiet location but lots of restaurants and shops around (or can use Grab). Nice to be able to open window for sea air, and both ceiling fan/air-con in room (ceiling fan was sufficient for my stay. Not fancy, but very good value for the price, and added bonus of great hospitality from host.

Wonderful. Spacious, clean rooms, excellent price-quality ratio, the hotel area is well planned and attention is paid to everything, this is cool. The rooms were cleaned daily and efficiently. The people at the hotel are nice, open and always ready to help in any way. A special compliment to the owner/administrator of the hotel, Mr. Phuk is a pleasant young man, extremely approachable and polite, I have rarely seen anything like this.

The room may lack small things, such as a glass, but they will certainly give you this upon request.

The hotel is only a 1-minute walk from Xiannv Creek. The balcony outside the room can enjoy the sea breeze and a good view. The mattress in the room is moderately soft and comfortable, and the solid wood furniture in the room is just right. There are no complicated decorations and it is very neat. The hotel owner is a handsome boy with good English and is very friendly. He helped us take a taxi and solve various problems.

the location was good, we were able to do our jeep tour right next to the property, and also the property is right next to dairy stream. the host here is absolutely amazing. he did everything to help us, laundry, booked transport for our next destination and he was very polite and kind. stunning views
