Eine ruhige, gemütliche Unterkunft, die auch durch den Garten einen angenehmen Rückzugsort schafft. Die Hotelbesitzerin war äußerst freundlich, hatte gute Tipps und auch einen eigenen, sehr leckeren Kaffeestand.

Sehr simpel, doch alles genauso wie auf den Bildern gezeigt!

Ở ngoài nhìn hơi nhỏ nhưng bước vào trong như 1 thế giới khác luôn. Cây trái quá trời, mát mẻ, chị chủ thì dễ thương + nhiệt tình. Nhà mình rất khoái, lần sau đi nhà mình vẫn muốn lại ở đây

Уникальное место, все чисто и ухоженно. Приятная добродушная семья с любовью ухаживает за этим местом для нашего отдыха. Было комфортно во всех отношениях. Комната чистая, постель и полотенца белоснежные. Для проживания все есть и холодильник тоже. Благодарю хозяев за хороший отдых в Муйне.

Sân vườn rộng bọn trẻ con chơi vui vẻ thoải mái. Chị chủ siêu dễ thương. Nói chung là chuyến đi của gia đình tôi rất tuyệt vời 10đ. Mọi người nên chọn nơi này khi tới Mũi Né nha!

The accommodation was very clean. Air conditioning worked good. Very green and quiet territory. Landlord family is very helpful and genuinely eager to help. I had a great stay there

The most amazing staff and hospitality. They were so kind in helping us book day trips, buses and made great coffee! Rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed lounging on the hammocks in the courtyard :)

I loved the place! Beautiful garden, beautiful comfy room, very helpful kind staff! The lady from reception showed us kindly way to the secret access to the beach- other places by the beach could charge you some money for that. She booked for us bus tickets to Nha Trang and also jeep safari tour with great price :) I would like to stay here longer!

Great location, within walking distance of some nice restaurants, the food market and the beach. The place its self is peaceful, the rooms are a great size and very clean. The hosts are so nice and always welcoming, I highly recommended this place.

Nothing not to like.

It has a great relaxing beach vibe, beautiful flowers, very close to the fairy stream. The courtyard was a dream. The beach nearby is positioned in sort of a crescent so you get to enjoy both sunrise and sunset over the water. The staff is very hardworking, kind, and kept everything very clean. I very much enjoyed our stay with my husband and our two small kids.

Das Appartement war sauber und das Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend. Man ist schnell am Strand - es gibt einen Schleichweg, sodass man nichts bezahlen muss. Der Innenhof ist total ruhig und schön zum Entspannen, man kann die Outdoor-Küche nutzen.

Entgegen der Angaben bei booking.com kann NUR bar bezahlt werden. Da die Unterkunft zwar an der Hauptstraße, aber eher abseits liegt, gibt es keinen Geldautomaten in der Nähe.

Diem and Lien are great hosts, warm, friendly and extremely helpful, they also arranged a nice modern bus to take me to Ho Chi Minh which was great, they arranged a scooter for me and also did my laundry, this is now my second visit and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to other people.

The hostess is super friendly and takes care of every need. Our room was simple but clean and big enough. The courtyard is really lovely.

Diem Lien Guesthouse is situated within a lovely courtyard which gives it a cosy feel and beautiful kept garden. The room itself was a great size, with fully equipped bathroom (with hot water) and kettle/fridge. We had a great 3 nights stay here. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help, we hired a moped with them for 2 days at a great price.

The location was slightly on the outskirts of the main restaurants area but near to the entrance of the Fairy Stream.

La gentillesse des gérants, l'accueil (même à minuit) le service. La propreté et la qualité des chambres et sdb. Le jardin les équipements extérieurs (hamac, balancelle....) Le calme et la qualité de la literie. La proximité avec la plage. La gérante parle anglais, propose le j'espère tour à pas cher, réservé les 🚌. Tout est parfait jusqu'au café delicieux. Une vrai adresse!

Supersaubere Zimmer um einen kleinen Garten, jedes mit Terrasse davor. Die Zimmer liegen zurückgesetzt von der Straße, sodass es sehr ruhig ist. Auch die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich!

La proprietaria è lo staff in generale. La struttura è nel verde e silenziosa. Ha dei bei spazi comuni e la stanza r grande e pulita.

Khách sạn ở vị trí tốt. Chị chủ vô cùng dễ thương và thân thiện. Phòng ốc về cơ bản ổn, giá tốt, chấp nhận được. Góp ý: phòng mình không có hệ thống nước nóng, dép sẵn trong phòng. Nhưng vì chị chủ dễ thương quá cho 5* 🥰

le deuxième lit dans la chambre pour 4 était un peu dur mais rien de très grave

Krásná zahrada, plná zeleně, palem, ibišků různých barev, posezení, kuchyň ve venkovním prostředí pod palmami-voda, vařič, mixér, konvice, hrnce talíře,příbory-prostě plně vybavené. Na pokoji, lednička a rychlovarná konvice a televize. Nejvíce mě ale dostala nepřekonatelná toaletní mísa-splachování ze 4 stran a místo štětky turbosprcha. Velmi hygienické a bez špinavé záchodové štětky. Moře přes silnic a jen projdete přes protější hotel a jste na pláži. Tedy kousek. Kolem silnice plno obchůdků-jako v garáži, oblečení, potraviny, restaurací-spíše jednoduššího stylu ale s výbornými nudlemi, rýží nebo vaječnými plackami s přílohou a vše jen za pakatel. Kousek je krásné prostředí barevných skal-sice jsme se brodili tkz. červenou řekou, ale úžasná scenérie-doporučuji. A výlet k Ležícímu Budhovi dovršil naši dovolenou. Prostě Mui Ne nás nadchlo.

L'espace extérieur est exceptionnel. C'est un endroit paisible où l'on peut se reposer dans un hamac. la cuisine extérieure est plutôt une réussite, également. Au niveau du personnel ; l'hôte est attentive, souriante et plus que serviable. Je renouvelle un séjour dans cet endroit idyllique.

Уютный гест с удобной кроватью. В комнате легко дышать, высыпался. Понравилась общая территория, где есть кухня и гамаки.

מקום מקסים מקסים מקסים! דיים וליאן מקסימות. יש מטבח שאפשר לבשל בו ויש גינה מקסימה. המטבח והגינה מאפשרים אינטרקציה עם אורחים אחרים מה שהופך את השהות לחברתית וכיפית מאוד. מומלץ בחום!

My wife and I really like Diem Lien. It is a very comfortable and clean room for sure, but it also has amenities that we have been hard pressed to find in other places throughout Vietnam. It has a refrigerator in the room, great air-conditioning, solid wifi connection (good enough for digital nomads requiring stable internet for online meetings), a community kitchen that is great, and the most friendly staff ever! We are thrilled about this find. It is right in the main area, but it has a beautiful and relaxing courtyard full of coconut trees, hammocks, and even star fruit. Perfect place to get away from the busyness of Vietnam, yet still located right in the middle of the action!!

Nothing. Love it. Maybe it's not "fancy," but it is more than charming and one of the best values we have found to date!

We finally stayed longer then we planned. If you rent a motorbike, you can enjoy the trips, surround beaches but also the calm garden, you can have a rest in hamacas in the shadow, prepare your own breakfast (market 20 minutes by walk or 5 minutes od motorbike). It is a really nice and friendly place to stay. Calm and good air-con. Highly recommend.

The road is under construction but you do not hear almost anything in the courtyard. However, walking is not so plesant.

L’accueil est agréable, la gérante est toujours présente et aux petits soins. Le lieu est reposant, les chambres donnent sur une cour arborée.

Wunderschöne Tage mit einem sehr schönen Innenhof und angenehmen Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie Hängematten. Sehr ruhig, da etwas abgelegen. Ganz liebe und freundliche Besitzerin die auch einen sehr leckeren Kaffee macht!

Zum Strand ist es etwas schwierig, eine Lücke zu finden zwischen den großen Hotels und Resorts die keinen Zugang ermöglichen.

Отдых в Diem Lien был очень душевный и комфортный. Во первых очень чистая и большая комната. Все работает, вода горячая, кондиционер с хорошим потоком, кровать очень удобная и очень широкая. За 2 месяца путешествий по Вьетнаму, самая удобная кровать. Мы очень хорошо выспались!!! Есть прелестный дворик с садом и с кухней, там же удобно сушить белье. В дворике есть качели, гамаки. Много растений. В общем большая зона отдыха. Прям в самом Гесте хозяйки продают вкусный кофе. Для поездок по Муйне тут же можно взять байк в аренду или ходит автобус. Очень удобно. Рядом много кафе, рынок и фудкорт с магазинчиками. Цена отеля очень хорошая!!! За такой сервис, чистоту, и невероятное доброе отношение хозяев, просто космос. Мэй, одна из сестер помогла нам купить билеты на автобус дальше в Фанранг, помогла с байком, провожала на автобус. Отдых в Муйне нам очень понравился, хотим теперь приехать в этот отель на месяц. Хозяйкам отеля желаем успехов и процветания. Огромное спасибо за теплый и душевный прием.

A great environment with simple rooms and the most beautiful garden. The owner was so extremely helpful and friendly! You could also rent a scooter from there to explore Mui Ne! I absolutely recommend it!!!

I loved everything about this place. It is very well kept. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed so comfortable. The host, Ms Diem, is the best, very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Mui Ne. The place is right by the beach and a few minutes walk to a lot of fun things to do.

We were a couple and stayed here for 3 nights—wish we stayed longer! This Vietnamese guesthouse is affordable, super friendly, and really makes you feel at home. The hosts helped with everything: laundry service, scooter rental, and great local tips. The location is ideal—quiet, central, close to great restaurants, and just a short ride from an amazing beach spot. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

the best was the beautiful garden, very peaceful and relaxing. outdoor kitchen with drinking water. fridge in the room. very clean, comfy. Lien is doing her best for the guests with her heart. I extented, absolutely recommend this place.
