يوجد مكان موقف للسياره قريب جداً منه بسعر 50 ريال لليوم

المكان لا بأس به. المذكور 10 دقائق والحقيقه ما توصل للحرم الى بعد 25 دقيقه مشي. ولا يوجد باص ترددي لأقرب نقطه او سياره قولف توصلك الى اقرب نقطه تختصر نصف الوقت الفندق تصميمه 5 نجوم. لكن للأسف الاثاث والتصميم قديم جدا جدا ويحتاج اعادة تجديد بالكامل وتحت اشراف مصممين ديكور واثاث لأن الغرف الوانها فيها ضيقه

كل الخدمات كانت رائعه

عدم وجود مواقف للسيارات

مرونة العاملين وتعاونوهم ولا يوجد ازعاج للمقيمين

The location only

When I arrived, I was told that there were no available rooms because the hotel was undergoing renovation and construction. They then told me they would transfer me to another hotel that was far from the Haram. Of course, I refused. After that, they gave me a room on the ninth floor, but it smelled strongly of fresh paint. I couldn’t sleep the entire first night because of the overwhelming paint smell. The next day, I complained, and they moved me to another room on the same floor. Then, after two days, they came to my room again and asked me to move to yet another room, this time on the second floor. Honestly, when people travel from another country to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah, they expect good service, especially since they are paying for it. Unfortunately, the hotel staff were not helpful, and the hotel manager was not honest with us. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق، للأسف يكذبون منذ لحظة وصولك، ولا أفهم لماذا يقبلون طلب الحجز على Booking. صراحةً صُدمت من هذا التصرف، مع العلم أنني كنت قادمة في الطائرة لمدة 12 ساعة، وكنت أريد فقط الدخول والاستراحة قبل أداء العمرة. لكن الموظفين، وحتى المدير، قالوا لي إنه لا توجد غرف شاغرة، واقترحوا عليّ فندقًا آخر. بالطبع لم أقبل، وسألتهم: لماذا تم قبول طلبي على التطبيق؟ فأجابوني بأنهم لم يغلقوا الحجز! يا له من جواب غير منطقي. كما أن حالة الغرف مزرية، ورائحة طلاء الجدران لا تُطاق، حتى بالنسبة لشخص عادي، فكيف بالمسنين والمرضى؟ يجب على وزارة الحج أن تراقب وضع هذه الفنادق في مكة، فمن غير المعقول أن تدفع أموالك ثم تجد نفسك في فندق لا تُحتمل فيه رائحة الغرفة. أنا غير راضية عن تصرفهم وتعاملهم إطلاقًا.

Location

The hotel provides no designated drop-off area for guests during check-in. There is no safe space to stop briefly and unload luggage or family members. While dropping off my family at the hotel entrance, I received a heavy traffic fine from the traffic police. A hotel should provide a proper drop-off zone. At the very least, the hotel should coordinate with the relevant authorities or clearly inform guests about the parking and drop-off restrictions. This significantly affected what should have been a smooth check-in experience.

Overall everything perfect but I would like specially to Thanks Mr. mohanad and Mr. Mohammad reception staff for their exceptional support and cooperation.

Reception staff cooperation

Loved the staff especially the two brothers who were at the reception when I came to check in on Thursday at 2 pm. The location is amazing. . Just 10 minutes walk to masjid al haram. The rooms were very beautiful and clean. Love it. Will stay again in sha Allah. I come for umrah every year and from now on in sha Allah I will only stay in this hotel

الاستقبال كانوا جدا رائعين استاذ محمد واستاذ مهند وكمان مسؤول التسكين استاذ عماد ما اتاخروا ابدا في أي شيء المكان مقارنة بانة نجمة واحد نظيف ونفس الصور ويبعد عن الحرم 7 دقائق مشي في منطقة كلها خدمات خدمة الغرفه متاحة كل يوم

ولا شي موقعه جدا سيء أعطونا قسيمه عند مدخل الفندق نبي ننزل العفش ولا يوجد مواقف

موقعه مره مو حلو ووسخ المكان الموظفين الهنود يتفلون في الممرات وهو موكيت والفرش وسخه وجود ذبابه وحشرات صغيره تطير

Best location 10 minutes in haram

The hotel was clean and at a walking distance from the Haram . The staff were nice and helpful. I would say the price for this location and quality is beyond raisonnable. Khalid on the reception was helpful. I would definitely advise it if you are looking a clean and close location to the Haram with an affordable price

The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Haram, which makes it ideal for visitors. The WiFi connection is stable and works well throughout the stay. However, the reception staff could improve their customer service skills, as some of them came across as unfriendly. I would especially like to appreciate Sultan and Mr. Alharbie, who were professional and courteous. The rest of the reception team would benefit from additional training on how to better التعامل with guests and provide a more welcoming experience.

The view from the room I stayed in was not pleasant. Pigeons were frequently landing on the air conditioning units, which was disturbing. In addition, the exterior wall of the adjacent building was unfinished and not properly rendered, making the overall view uncomfortable for guests.

Room is big Mahshallah.

Clean, comfort stay, great location 1000meter to Haram just take you maybe 10-12 min walk on the flat road. You will enjoy walk go and back from Haram, many shops and restaurants all the way. Easy to find the hotel, taxi just infront the hotel, very nice and polite staff. Thank you allow us to check in early the morning, definitely we will stay this hotel for next umrah, Inshallah.
