لايوجد اهتمام بالعميل للأسف اتصلت عليهم 20 مره في اوقات مختلفه يرد الآلي ويحولني على الحجوزات يرفعون الخط ويقفلون على طول اكثر من مره وكنت ابغى استفسر عن امكان تقديم وقت الدخول قبل 4 وطلبت تقديم من الموقع ولا ردوا علي لذالك ألغيت الحجز والسبب عدم التجاوب معي

L’emplacement et le prix qui sont vraiment correct Les personne en bas issa et Mohamad super gentils et souriant 👍👍👍

L’hôtel est dans une pente et la salle de bain vraiment abuser mettez des rideau long svvppp pour pas que l’eau sort dehors partout !!!! La douche est trop trop petit !

الفندق في قمة الجبل غير مناسب لكبار السن النظافه سيء جدا

موظف الاستقبال محترم دا وبشوش الاستاذ احمد لكن الفندق قديم وامكانياته والنظافه ليست جيده اطلاقا

المكان قديم والفرش غير نظيف

رايحة الغرفة ليست جيدة

The location is near but located on high mountain where no facilities for left car, as all others hotel have left card facilities

نظافة المكان حيث رأيت صراطير في الغرفة بعيني والاثاث والفندق متهالك يحتاج صيانه ولا تتوفر افياش يحتاج لعمل لصيانته

The workers are good

My was broken into and things were damaged and stolen, the genaral mangers is a liar and they dont do nothing at all, they dont even pay work for job they asked to complete

Golf arabası çalışmıyor odalar çok eski banyo çok kötü çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü

Le lieu pas mal c'est pas facile de monter et descendre mais abordable qu'à même. Restaurant aussi bien .

La taille du chambre, elle trop petite un truc 9 a 12 m² pourtant j'ai réservé 18 m², il n'y a plus de changement des draps même si tu vas 1 mois d'après les personnels.

Poor room service. Dingy toilet. Location is near...but the walking up from base is very tough n tiring. Very poor room service. No cleaning for 2 days.

The young men driving the cart whos job was ro pick the guest up from the bottome of the hill, weren't very helpful, the carts weren't labelled properly so wasn't sure which one belonged to this hotel. Also the buses n taxis beep the horn right outside, all night thats all u hear, so sleep time is disturbed alot. The carpets were disgusting in the rooms, the balcony was also very dirty with bird shit. There were pigeons on the balcony every morning, which was very disturbing when trying to rest after fajir. Walking up the steep hill was also very tiring

La salle de bain vraiment très petite . Il devrait mettre un plus grand rideau pour la douche car trop petit l’eau va partout c’est pas normal . Et mette des voiture de golf pour le retour à l’hôtel car la pente au retour est très difficile

The property location makes it outstanding and price is also reasonable.

House keeping service was not upto mark. Secondly electric vehicle service was not good.

Честно говоря в номере было очень грязно, ковёр был грязный весь в пятнах, и запах канализации был в комнате…за пять дней которые я там был персонал пришёл только один раз поменять полотенце и все принадлежности…

The only thing I really liked about this hotel was the location. This was our second time staying here, but unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing. First, I made a mistake with my booking and simply needed to add one extra night. I asked for help, but nobody was willing to assist me. The online customer service was extremely disappointing and made the whole process unnecessarily difficult. The bathroom also needs to be renovated. It was very uncomfortable and definitely needs improvement. The cart service was another major issue, especially considering how hot it was. We sometimes waited 10–15 minutes or even longer for a cart, and nobody came. At the same time, we saw guests from the hotels next door being taken down several times, while the carts from our hotel could barely make one trip. The hotel is not far away, but there is a steep hill that my mother was unable to walk up. There was one staff member, a Pakistani guy, who was particularly helpful. He was actually the one who would consistently make the trips up and down with the cart. Overall, this stay was not a good experience. The customer service, cleanliness, bathroom, and cart service all need significant improvement. We stayed for seven days and paid a substantial amount of money, so we expected a much better level of service. Unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed.

المكان جدا قريب من الحرم فقط شارع وبمنتهي البساطه الفريق متعاون والتسجيل ممتاز جدا وبسيط وسريع وراحة جيده

كان المفترض ان كل خروج من الغرفه ااتوجهه للاستقبال لان الكارت الغرفه كان لا يعمل

ممتاز للي رايح بدون عوائل ميزته قريب للحرم بس عشان تروح للحرم بتمشي مع متاهات ممتاز لشخص خفيف ولحاله

Everything perfect except the road traffic and the road Two sides parking right in front of the hotel it’s very difficult to move or exit when leaving Please work on this to clear the road And not safe with kids as vehicle move very fast and Ben n traffic narrow road conditions

Staff was very nice, location was good and golf car available most of the time

Hotel on very high ramp and not mentioned it on the hotel description pls note it. If the golf car not available going to hotel is very difficult

This is the worst hotel. DO NOT BOOK IT. It is going to be demolished in the next little while so the owner are not spending a dime to clean of fix anything. This was a horrible experience.

The rooms are dirty with stains and marking on the carpet, the beds all squeak and mattresses are poor quality. The bathrooms all smell like sewer gases are coming in. Its a horrible place, please save your money. The location is close to haram but on a hill, so the walk is not easy. The provide golf cart shuttle but its not reliable and they shut it unannounced. The young arab guy at the front counter is a snob and full of himself... in a nutshell, don't book this hotel.
