Reviewed Sep 12, 2026I liked the location of the property situated near a hospital and shopping centres. I also like stay fee, it was low.
The bathroom situation is a bad design. The mat smells, it’s either not dry or not clean. There is not extraction ventilation, for ventilation you must open the window. It’s a hotel but there’s breakfast served.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026There was no breakfast as I was told but there was free coffee, it was not loud, its was very quite and clean and the workers are available at anytime of day.
The gate was an issue for me , a big one. When entering the premises, they take too long to open, I was worried at night when I came back with my family, same as opening the gate when you want to exit the premises. I wish they had better TV channels, even Netflix or DSTV

The fact that curfew monitors, because people were making a noise in the hallway all night, and I didnt really get much sleep because they were very loud.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The staff was nice, i felt safe and the security guard was always there so I felt my car was also safe. I appreciated that booking in was quick.
The room had a musty smell which was probably the carpet. It does need to be upgraded as well as the sink area. The aircon is also quiet old, the TV is not a smart tv so you basically don’t use it. I would not mind to pay more for better amenities.

The coffee is always hot and available anytime,the front desk and security always wonderful and welcoming.its the only Hotel that gives you double what your money is worth.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026It was quiet. The cleaners only cleaned out room in the afternoon and they explained that 1 smof their members did not come to work. We had been away for the whole day at that 🤦🏽
We had to climb stairs to the 3rd floor with a baby hence we did say that we have one under 1 years. All the ground floors were fully booked.

Manager and staff fight in the allies.Scream on each other. The admin between booking.com and Sun 1 Hotel is not up to date and I had to pay for my previous and current stay. When I phoned one evening to ask the male that answer the phone he said they received my payment but when I got at the hotel, they said I owe the money from the previous stay. The milk was not available at the coffee machine do I had to asked the staff later for milk. The beds mattress on the left side needs to be replaced because it worned out.
