LAGUN CASTLE HOTEL&SPA

Бяхме само за една нощувка, но хотелът е много хубав и чист. Настаниха ни в апартамент с две спални в съседната сграда, макар, че бяхме запазили стая. Леглата бяха удобни, апартамента просторен, с 2 климатика. Закуската, в основния хотел в зала до рецепцията, беше страхотна - голямо разнообразие (турска закуска), кафе, чай, сок, дори не успяхме да я изядем цялата. На покрива на хотела има ресторант - вечерта като пристигнахме, вечеряхме там - хубава храна, вкусна, порциите големи, гледката към моста Осман гази от високо - страхотна. WI-Fi има силен обхват. Имахме проблем с топлата вода в апаратамента, но за 15-ина минути проблемът беше решен. От хотела веднага откликнаха.

Локацията на хотела, мисля, че е вилната зона на Алтинова, пътят до там е малко объркващ - стигаш до някъде, за да влезеш в локално платно и после трябва да се върнеш, за да завиеш към хотела.

Чисто, приветливый персонал, свежее постельное белье и полотенца. Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, только положительные эмоции.

It was very clean, very welcoming personnel, good massage and good breakfast.

De kamer was ruim met gezellige zithoek en zicht op het water. De gezellige veranda waar gratis thee en koffie werd aangeboden. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De hammam massage was zalig !

Het gevarieerde ontbijtbord lag ons minder maar je kan aanpassingen vragen. De ligging is niet ver van industrie maar we vonden wel een vogelreservaat met flamingo's vlakbij.

Restaurantul de la ultimul etaj nu oferea foarte multe variante de luat masa si parea ca nu este disponibil, trebuia sa asteptam sa vina cineva din cand in cand sau sa chemam noi pe cineva. Preturile un pic cam prea mari pentru ceea ce ofera din punct de vedere mancare. Am fost si acum 2 ani in aceasta locatie si comparativ cu atunci serviciile au un mic downgrade, in special micul dejun si oferta de la restaurant.

Hôtel avec une vue splendide sur la baie ! La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable ! L'hotel était impeccable en terme de propreté et les hôtes et hôtesses charmants ! Je recommande vivement !

It’s a great property for a night if you are in transit. The hotel is well set up in a good location that is quiet and in a neighborhood overlooking the sea. The breakfast was good! The outside sun rooms were very nice and having tea and coffee was exceptional for free!!! It’s a great simple hotel. Definitely stay here if you need a nights accommodation while traveling. The staff were very nice too!

Buona struttura. Abbiamo fatto una notte di passaggio per Istambul. Un po isolata ma si raggiunge bene. Camera spaziosa e pulita.

La colazione non è a buffet né alla carta. Praticamente ti portano loro un piattone di roba mista. Tantissima. Troppa. C'è troppo spreco. Non puoi scegliere quindi se qualcosa non ti va lo buttano.

Am stat o noapte in drum spre Antalya. Hotelul a fost perfect pentru noi. Micul dejun bogat si echilibrat, servit la portie, nu bufet. Linistit si curat

Es war sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht war sehr schön.

Reinigungsmittel haben leider gefehlt. Es liegt nicht am Strand obwohl das angegeben wurde.

La baignoire dans la chambre est très agréable, lit confortable.

Le petit déjeuner est préparé en avance, c'est dommage. L'accès au spa est en supplément et très cher et le rooftop était fermé :-( Emplacement idéal pour les professionnels qui viennent travailler dans la zone portuaire et industrielle mais peu adapté pour les vacanciers.

The location is great! Food at dinner is tasty!

But the room was not clean, we found cigarettea in a vlass behind the sofa and it smelled awful like cigarettes. The breakfast doesn’t seem fresh. At the end they charged us again, although we paied before and we had to argue with a very rude person from the reception. Luckily there was another man really helpful (with longer hair) who told the other one he was wrong. They gave us the money back cash after they messed our mood. Although it was our second stay because our first one was great, we wouldn’t come back here.

Friendly staff. When we arrived (that was winter time), the SPA area was closed, and unfortunately, there were no massage therapists. But they kindly organized a hammam for us for free. There is a restaurant with good food. The rooftop restaurant offers a beautiful view.

We booked the room for a stopover on the way from Bulgaria to Izmir. We arrived late afternoon and we were hosted with a free room upgrade, a ready baby cot was waiting for us in our room (as requested). Everything was great, spacious room, warm (in winter), high pressure hot water, delightful breakfast! Staff were friendly and helpful! We had dinner in the restaurant area on the top flloor where we enjoyed night views over the Osman Gazi Bridge.

Clean and comfy rooms and good breakfast. Everything looks quite new and well built. Location is Ok for one night if you are in a way from one place to another with no expectations to see something around.

WiFi quality returned us back to the 20th century and sound proof to the 19th 👎. We asked staff about using a sauna and hammam. Price was twice higher than we usually pay for excellent service outside of resorts and when we passed the door to facilities strange smell said us “not there”. Restaurant menu for dinner was a pure. No one first choice was available and when we asked something with no meat for my wife who are vegetarian they recommend chicken. Really?!?🥇

The hotel is modern, clean and warm in a green area with a beautiful panoramic view on the Gulf of Izmit. Thanks to staying there we learnt about Cemre Shipyard (educational moment haha). Hotel has own restaurant and roof bar, serve breakfast and dinner. Meals looks tasty. Tea and coffee corner is accessable for guests all the time. Staff at reception is very nice and friendly. Pity we have stayed only for a sleepover and missed breakfast. Next time. Please take into consideration it's 100 km away from Istanbul airport and 20 km from Yalova. Access to highway is not far, but drining out at night be careful with right exits and directions.

I didn't really get the concept of the bath literally in the room. I would suggest it as best option for business trips! While one colleague takes a shower I get a bath with second colleague ahahaha. :-D Bath takes way too much space and stands on the way to roll baggage. Not a dislike though, rather puzzled.

The guys working there are nice and easy going. I made a mistake with my booking and they sorted everything out in a best possible way. Overall the hotel is comfortable and has its own touch

It's close to the highway access to Istanbul but far from everywhere else if you are a tourist.

We only spent one night at this location being in transit, but everything was beyond our expectations! From the very beginning, we were greeted by extremely friendly staff who made us feel welcome immediately. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. Even though we only stayed one night, we had a very pleasant experience including a delicious breakfast. Everything was very well organized and the quality of service was impeccable. The location is clean, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing getaway, even for a short stay. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely return if we get the chance!

The hotel is so nice that we're booking it second time, and absolutely doesn't matter that you need to drive one extra hour to reach it. Everything is perfectly organized, nice room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent kitchen. Go there, you'll not regret.

Everything was absolutely fantastic here! The staff was awesome: very young and nice people, always wanting to help. When they saw where we are from, they started playing good rock music from our country (that's a fantastic welcome 🤗). The food was great! The rooms were soooooooo beautiful, confortable and clean (it was a pleasure to sleep in that bed, because it smelled nice).. The place itself (the small town) does not offer much, but the view from the hotel (to Osmangazi Bridge) was exceptional. We stayed two nights at this great hotel (one on our way to the seaside and one on our way back home). The second time we received an upgrade for the room ♥️. This hotel is the perfect transit stay, close to Istanbul, but far from the crowded city! Awesome!

The area is a quit area like a village. The lobby is beutiful and they serve free self service tea and coffee. The breakfast is good. The Hotel staff are very friendly.

Very nice location, the hotel is cosy and very clean, in a quiet area. The view from the roof restaurant is breathtaking. Rooms comfortable, modern and very clean. Staff is very friendly and hospitable. It’s the second time we are staying at this hotel and we are equally pleased. The breakfast is continental - very good variety of food. We also ate dinner and we were very satisfied: delicious food, big portions. I totally recommend this hotel.

Our stay was exceptional. The location was perfect, and our room offered a stunning view. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive.
