Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und geräumig mit bequemen Bett und einem Sofa. Es hat alles im Zimmer funktioniert. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist auch sehr schön. Es sind 2 Stühle und 1 Tische sowie Kissen auf dem Balkon. Man kann den Sonnenuntergang direkt vom Balkon aus sehen.
Die Lage ist nicht perfekt. Das Hotel liegt an einem Hügel und man kommt ganz schön ins Schnaufen Berg auf. Schnell zum Supermarkt heißt danach Duschen und Hemd wechseln bei über 30 Grad in der Sonne bergauf.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Очень удобное расположение, недалеко от всех основных локаций и при этом на тихой улице, без лишнего шума. Брали байк в аренду и оставляли на парковке отеля, очень удобно. Уборка и смена полотенец была каждый день, в номере было очень чисто. У нас был 303 номер (3 этаж). В отеле есть лифт.
Второе окно было занавешено и шторы не поднимались, хотелось бы больше света днем в номере. Один день откуда-то появились муравьи на кровати и ночью мешали спать. На следующий день обратились к персоналу, попросили избавиться от них и больше мы их не видели, что очень порадовало)

Reviewed May 19, 2026Жили в этом отеле 10 дней. Проживание комфортное. Отличный вид с балкона, тишина и релакс. Персонал решал все возникшие вопросы оперативно. Аренда байка по хорошей цене. Удобно, что выдают пляжные полотенца. Ежедневная уборка со сменой постельного белья и полотенец. Ежедневное пополнение номера водой, кофе, зубной щеткой с пастой и расческой с ватными палочками. Удобно, что есть лифт. Расположение отеля удачное, близко к кафе и к пляжу

Reviewed May 7, 2026Отель удачно расположен, если не считать того, что от основной дороги метров 100 подниматься в горку (для кого-то это важно) Нам было без проблем. В отеле фактически чисто, удобная кровать (а вот подушки для меня очень большие). есть всё необходимое. кулер с водой в холле Балкон у нас выходил на улицу, видно было край морюшка, но тихо и спокойно всё время. Когда тень на балконе приятно посидеть. Рядом на главной дороге остановки автобуса в одну и другую сторону, Налево у основной дороги магазины, обменники, кафе. К морю проходили через отель Сайгон Фукуок (4 минуты) купались и шли немного налево (нашли для себя удобное местечко) До ночного рынка 15 минут пешком- направо. налево до Кин конга 20минут пешком или 2 остановки на автобусе (на такси до отеля от КинКонга ехали за 50 донг) Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, помогли нам заказать такси при выезде. Огромное спасибо за всё девушке администратору

Reviewed May 4, 2026I like the location. Its kinda nearby to the city there. The balcony is facing the sea which is nice. The room is spacious, got tv we watch netflix haha. The check in and check out was smooth. If u arrive early u can ask the staff to keep your luggage. Bathroom is nice and clean.
They can improve on the cleanliness of the room. Also be careful of the wooden bed frame. The corner is a bit sharp. We got little bruised because kept on langgar the bucu katil. The staff cannot speak english, but they're friendly.

如果位置在日落小镇就更完美了，但是这不能怪酒店。

Reviewed May 2, 2026Everything was good. A very clean hotel and room was cleaned everyday. The cleaner did a fantastic job. There are 2 cafés next to the hotel so that was excellent. So many restaurants and supermarkets just a walking distance away. Beach is about a 10 minute walk and there are bars that lookout into the sea. Most of the bars are of the hotels and resorts here. Loved that it was tucked away from the busy main street. Main street is a 2 minute walk down. Will stay at this hotel again.

Honnêtement, au vu du prix, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité du service. L’équipe est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours disponible et attentionnée, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. L’emplacement est également parfait, en plein centre, proche de tout, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. Un vrai plus, l’hôtel est géré par une petite famille adorable, très attachante, ce qui donne une ambiance encore plus humaine et chaleureuse. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026The City Center Rosa Hotel was one of the nicest places I stayed at during my three-week trip to Vietnam. It was located in a quiet spot, away from the main street, but within walking distance of the town centre. The spacious balcony, which luckily was in the shade in the afternoon, was a really nice place to sit. Everything was spotlessly clean. Last but not least, the young owner was very friendly and attentive to her guests' needs.
There is nothing negative to report.

I chose not to have my room cleaned each day of my stay but, a young woman named Huyen made sure I had replacements of water, coffee, toilet paper and towels each day. She was very friendly. The hotel was located right next door to a great coffee shop and other restaurants. Right in the heart of Phu Quoc Island.
There were a family across the hall that were very noisy but, that’s not the hotels fault and it was for only one night of my stay.

Abbiamo affittato uno scooter con loro ad un prezzo ottimo. I proprietari sono molto gentili e premurosi a darti tutti i suggerimenti per muoverti. Cambio biancheria tutti i giorni. Ci hanno anche organizzato il trasporto dall'aeroporto via taxi e ci hanno noleggiato gli scooter. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.
Unica cosa, mancherebbero le cassaforti in camera, però la zona è veramente tranquilla, quindi nessun problema.
