Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Breakfast was good. Location was fairly quiet.
The first room that they put us in had water dripping from a moldy spot on the bathroom ceiling and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bedroom. The second room was better, but the desk/shelf was ready to fall off the wall. There was also a lot of noise/music from some event that was going on one floor below.

Reviewed May 26, 2026It is all located, a block from a busy shopping street and is set in a very nice area. Staff were all friendly and obliging.
The shower is set above the bath and could cause issues for people with limited mobility.

Customer service was bad. No one helped to carry my luggage. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. No one had a smile on the face. I think my worst experience at Mansion Park hotel

Reviewed Sep 2, 2024I like the location. It's central. It's near all the best cafes and restaurants.
I don't like the setup of the room. There is no privacy for the 4 people room. The bed cover, blanket, and pillows have visible stains. The staff did not help with luggage and not guide us to room. The toilet is too tiny.

Reviewed Feb 7, 2024The value and staff were excellent. Location was fantastic and so close to so many great restaurants. I highly recommend going to the BBQ and meeting Roy, the owner. SIX was very good too. Having Bok Choy for breakfast was so good and don't forget to ask for things you do not see like made to order eggs and Pho.
