Reviewed May 5, 2026The breakfast was amazing. They had a wide selection of local and western foods to cater to all preferences and tastes. Food was super fresh, easy to understand with their labels, and very delicious. The establishment is very top-tier. I was pleasantly surprised as to how vast and well kept it was. It was clean, tidy, polished, neat, and the high quality materials, finishes and structures makes you feel as if you are in the city as opposed to the suburbs. Plenty of space for pick ups and drop offs, and the staff and very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Vietnam.

- The property lists a spa but does not have a spa - They do not have an iron and post no ironing allowed, however we learned if you pay for the executive you get an iron - the curtains in the room does not go down to the floor so a lot of light is let in - the property is listed as “soundproof” it is not, we can hear the neighbor talking on his phone all night - the refrigerator is not cold and traveling with a baby that eating solids that was really important - asked Nhu for an extra sheet so my husband has a covering since we were sleeping with a baby in the middle, I didn’t want to share a blanket that went across the baby, but we were told there were no extra sheets or blankets and they were all being used by the rooms - the hotel room door had to be jerked to close

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Lovely hotel, rooftop bar/restaurant as well as separate restaurant. Even has a casino.. if you like the Las Vegas touch!! To be honest, it’s a fabulous, clean, well appointed hotel with attentive staff. Also. Good value for money too 👍😀
Breakfast finished at 09.30. A little later would have been better.. but they were never in a hurry to ask you to leave 😀
