Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, sehr sauber und unser Zimmer war groß. Die Familie, welche das Hotel betreibt, ist immer hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Es hat sich wie ein zweites Zuhause angefühlt, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr freundlicher Inhaber, hilft beim Organisieren und bietet Unterstützung an. Das Zimmer war geräumig und für die Kategorie absolut top. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kommt fußläufig in die Stadt.

Everything was as expected after reading excellent reviews on this site. Location is walking distance to the most attractive places in town. It is SUPER QUIET area, which is a luxury in the noisy Vietnamese streets. Property is small (my guess is no more than 10 rooms). My room had plenty of sunlight and view of the river. It was clean. AC was great and WiFi was strong and reliable. Management/owners were very professional, great communication. They helped me booking a tour around town, and even transportation to another city. everything went as scheduled. Plenty of local food options around. It has a small pool area that is shared with the next door hotel property. If I happen to return to Hoi An, this will be definitely my place to stay again. I stayed for a week and loved it.

I liked everything (Although I think breakfast option should improve). I took it one time and didn’t convince me. Then, I started exploring restaurants around and I loved all the options.

A cozy, lovely stay worth considering. Skip the fancy hotels and stay right in the center of old town Hoi An. The hosts were lovely and so kind. I would come back to Hoi An solely to stay here.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement, tout le personnel s'est montré très prévenant avec nous. La chambre et l'hôtel en général étaient très propres. L'établissement est idéalement placé pour visiter Hoi An et Lee nous a prodigué d'excellents conseils. Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

La gentillesse de la gérante, la décoration de la chambre personnalisée à notre arrivée,les petits déjeuners à la carte préparés devant nous, le fait de se sentir bien simplement. A 10 minutes à pied du pont japonais.

La salle de bain avec de l'eau partout dès que tu prends une douche. La nuit, le bruit produit par le système de filtration de la piscine et les climatiseurs de l'hôtel.

This was our first homestay so did not know what to expect. The host and staff went out of the way to make our stay very memorable. The rooms were big and comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and yummy. Location was so close to everything but nice and quiet

Mr Kim is wonderful, such a lovely helpful man. Spotless room , comfy bed, ridiculously good value for somewhere so close to the river. 💯 Recommended !

The breakfast was very limited,could only get 1 choice out of 6.I was used to having buffet breakfast in all other hotels.

The staff and family that owns the hotel are so sweet and helpful. The room was pretty nice and the hotel is in the centre but tucked away from the party and crowded street allowing for a peaceful environment. The breakfast is also prepared fresh !

The shower is not separated from the toilet so the paper can get a bit wet.

La habitación era muy grande y limpia. La ubicación era perfecta, lejos del ruido pero a tan solo 10 minutos caminando del centro. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y el personal fue muy amable y atento, hasta nos dieron unos Banh Mi para llevarnos y desayunar el día que nos ibamos ya que era temprano.

Mr. Lee & staff are fabulous. Always ready to provide things to do to make our stay more enjoyable. Even provided a room upgrade!

We had a standard double room. The room was small and the view from the opening window was the adjoining building about 30cm away. We only used the room as a based for sleeping so size and lack of view didn't worry us. We had a good breakfast included. Very helpful staff.

Mr Lee and the rest of the staff was very friendly. The accommodation is at a great location, close to the centre and the lantern river, but not in the very noisy area. The staff made our stay very memorable with special messages at breakfast and beautiful decorations on the bed. It is very convenient to be able to purchase beer and soft drinks from the accommodation. The deluxe room was huge with a nice little balcony and river view.

The water from the shower wasn't hot. 1st night we had cold water, 2nd night hot water and 3rd night it was luke-warm. Maybe we showered too late in the evening? The TV gave an error when switched on but it didn't bother us as we didn't need to watch TV.

Quiet part of Hoi An... Comfy family beds and nice decor on arrival. The owners are accommodating. Me Lee arranged for our private transpo from Da Nang to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An. Driver was nice. Per kids' request, his beautiful wife served rice for the kids at breakfast.

ロケーションもよく、お値段手頃なのに清潔でキレイ。またスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしいし親切でした。タクシーからボラれないよう事前にダナンからの送迎の案内をしていただいたり（グラブで来るより安かった）また送迎の支払いもチェックアウト時にまとめてくれた。チェックイン時にオススメのお店や食べ物も地図と一緒に教えてくれたので、そんなに事前調べ出来ずに来たので助かりました。遅めの時間に現金使い果たして翌日早朝のツアーに現金支払い必要でしたが近くの両替出来るところも教えて頂き助かりました。

Lee and his family were incredible. The hospitality is unmatched! Great value. From the time we booked, Lee went above and beyond. He organized our transportation from the airport to his hotel. When we arrived, he sat down with a map and gave local recommendations. (The tailor he recommended was great for suits). Throughout the stay they would check to make sure we were good and didn't need anything else. You don't find hospitality like this every day. Location was also great. Walking distance to everything but tucked a few streets away from the noise and madness. Would stay here again and recommend this spot to everyone visiting Hoi An!

Lee and his family are the most welcoming and helpful hosts! The location is very central, everything is an easy walk from there. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Lee made recommendations on where to go and how to avoid paying extra for activities by using the government agencies and not using a middle man.

Die Unterkunft hat mir wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Frau, die mich empfangen hat, war ausgesprochen nett. Schon vor der Anreise wurde ich freundlich kontaktiert, um meine genaue Ankunftszeit zu klären und ob ich einen Transfer benötige. Bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer zudem sehr liebevoll eingerichtet – das hat mich besonders gefreut. Zudem war das Frühstück richtig lecker. Bei der Abreise habe ich noch eine Postkarte geschenkt bekommen. Zusammen gefasst - sehr viele Kleinigkeiten, die mir den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht haben! Vielen Dank!

We had an excellent stay at Regale Dotonbori East and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and several popular attractions in Osaka. It made getting around the city very convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with good amenities that made our stay smooth and relaxing. The mattress and pillows were outstanding, providing some of the best sleep I had during my travels in Japan. I would also like to highlight the staff, who were very detailed, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Their clear communication and attention to detail made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Overall, this was likely my best stay while traveling through Japan, and I would definitely return in the future.

Davvero una scoperta piacevolissima. Lee è davvero una persona gentilissima e la cosa si vede nella sua struttura. La colazione è super buona, cotta al momento freschissima. La camera è gigante e c’è tutto il necessario. Poi la piccola piscina può aiutare a rinfrescarsi un po. Consiglio veramente di soggiornare qui.

C’erano alcune macchie sull’accappatoio e suggeriamo di mettere una zanzariera alla finestra del bagno così da far girare l’aria e non far entrare insetti ( ne è entrato solo uno in due giorni, ma comunque può aiutare )

We loved our time at Hoi A center town. Despite the name, the hotel is just on the fringe of center town, which means that you enjoy the best of both worlds - a peaceful location, while only being a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle. The bed also was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in Southeast Asia! Also, Lee and Nguyen were incredibly helpful and attentive, even helping to arrange tickets and transport to entertainment to help us make the most of our time.

The location of the hotel was perfect, almost right in the center. Mr Lee and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the homemade breakfast every morning, especially the banana pancake was delicious.It was also easy to rent bikes via the hotel.

Su ubicación es perfecta y el anfitrión te ayuda en todo. Es súper acogedor con los niños. La volveríamos a elegir, sin ninguna duda. Las camas eran grandes y cómodas. El desayuno estaba riquísimo.

La piscina es pequeñita y no tiene mucho donde tumbarse o sentarse uno, sin embargo el anfitrión te facilita estar en la parte de abajo del hotel. Es un lugar maravilloso donde refrescarse, pero no donde tumbarse o donde puedan jugar los niños.

Friendly Manager Mr. Lee. Loved the pool and location of the property to the nearby old town. Mr. Lee gave us great excursion options that we made use of. Wonderful to have the collection and return option from and to the airport.

little bigger room

Hoi An Center Town Hotel felt like a real hidden gem. After a long and tiring journey, we received such a warm welcome, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The service was very friendly throughout our stay, and the staff also gave us great tips for trips and things to do around Hoi An. The room was decorated with a lot of care and attention to detail, and there was even a small welcome surprise, which was a really nice touch. The laundry service was also very good and definitely worth recommending. Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh ingredients that came from the local market. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Hoi An.
