It is beautiful, comfortable, in a great location and its beach club location is exceptional.

The swimming pool relaxation area is very small with only 6 lounge chairs. I had a stomach problem with one of the restaurant dishes

The hotel has a real old worldly charm. It is well located for all the sites. The staff are so friendly and helpful looking after your every need. A morning trip provided by the hotel to the beach and a free taxi to the airport are all included. Breakfasts were the best we’d had in Vietnam catering for every taste. We paid the extra for a river view room and it was well worth it.

The room concept is very nice. The breakfast choice are plenty. The staff is very helpful.

The bathroom floor is slippery when its wet. Eventhough the is already a warning sign but it wont be helpful if you are with small kids.

The property has a charming, traditional look and sits in a convenient riverfront location that makes walking into the Old Town very easy. The rooms are comfortable enough and the breakfast is decent. What truly elevated our stay was Kate and Rose. They were wonderful at the front desk and gave us genuinely helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat around town. Overall, it is a reliable, pleasant place to stay if you want a quiet base close to the action.

The team was friendly enthusiastic and attentive to guests. The food options at the buffet breakfast was generous and the food quality was excellent. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious.

L'hotel ha uno stile tradizionale e caratteristico, la nostra camera era pulita e confortevole e la posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi l'Ancient Town. Il vero punto di forza è però il personale, estremamente gentile, attento e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Abbiamo utilizzato con soddisfazione diversi servizi: lavanderia a 60.000 VND/kg, servizio in camera e ristorante dell'hotel, dove abbiamo mangiato più volte. Tramite la reception abbiamo inoltre acquistato i biglietti per uno spettacolo e organizzato il transfer per l'aeroporto, trovando sempre grande disponibilità. Nel complesso, un'esperienza molto positiva: una struttura pulita, ben posizionata e soprattutto con un'eccellente attenzione al cliente.

All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. When we arrived, I believe the staff member who welcomed us was named Rose, although I’m not completely sure I have the correct name. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information and advice we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hanoi. She also gave us some fantastic recommendations for places to eat and visit, which we really appreciated. Kayle and Katie were also very helpful when we enquired about the shows, and they kindly assisted us with booking the tickets, making everything very easy and hassle-free. I really loved the aesthetics of the room, and the in-room phone was a particularly nice touch. The breakfast also had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated how attentive and welcoming the entire team was. Thank you for making our stay in Hanoi so enjoyable!

We had three rooms reserved during our stay, and unfortunately, one of them had a few minor issues. However, once we brought them to the staff’s attention, they were very quick to respond and resolve everything. Their prompt and helpful service meant that it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect our overall experience.

Nous avons écourté notre séjour car la chambre ne me plaisait pas (vue sur la piscine en fete de l'hotel voisin) et le personnel a été commercial bien que n'ayant pu procéder au remboursement.

Ni 'little', ni 'boutique' Vue de notre 1ere chambre 2eme chambre tres bien (je recommande vue sur la riviere mais du coup plus cher et le rapport qualite/prix est a considerer)

Las instalaciones y su ubicación eran perfectas. La piscina estaba muy cuidada y vino muy bien tras un caluroso día de turismo. El personal (Kayle y Kate) fueron muy atentas y nos ayudaron con todo. Desayuno variado y delicioso.

Didn’t like the noise- we were unlucky to stay there during some renovations- so it was very loud. Plus being such a small hotel, in a busy location, it was loud outside from passers by and and noisy when people were in the corridors.

Everything about this hotel I like. Prime location, staff were very helpful and accomodating with recommendations etc, room was amazing and the breakfast was good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and stayed there for seven nights. The location is excellent and the hotel was great. A special thank you to Kate at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. She was always happy to help and did a wonderful job organising our trips to Hue and My Son. She also regularly checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which was a really nice personal touch. The guides on both tours were outstanding and very knowledgeable and clearly very proud of their Vietnamese heritage. Their passion for sharing the country’s history and culture made both trips enjoyable and memorable. In fact, they inspired me to learn even more about Vietnam’s fascinating history and rich culture. Kate is a real asset to the hotel, and her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. And the breakfast was excellent!! The petite lady (supervisor) was really nice and attentive

Heerlijk ontbijt met veel keuze. Fijne ligging, net even buiten de drukte maar alles makkelijk te lopen, gratis fietsen waren een fijn extraatje. Behulpzaam personeel. Er was een kleine overstroming in onze douche en dat probleem werd meteen volledig verholpen.

Conveniently located right beside the Old Town, but away from the noise, we chose this beautiful hotel to stay at again after a 12 year hiatus. We stayed for 8 nights and everything about it was perfect, from the lay out, furnishings, view from the balcony of the river, the huge range of options for breakfast, the pool, room service, organising transport from the airport and back to the train station, the excellent restaurant and most importantly the absolutely outstanding customer service. My favourite hotel in Vietnam ❤️❤️❤️

was a lovely little hotel, exactly as the pictures show, in a nice location too. the staff were nice, the pool was great in the heat, everyday we were the only ones in it, the breakfast was lovely and the restaurant food out front and drinks were too ! THEN to top it all off i left a bag of my cables etc in the room and they delivered them to my next hotel 20mins away, AMAZING, thankyou so much !!

the hotel was very neat clean and nice, the staff were too good, they made sure our expectations were met, the TV and the entertainment system was up to the date, the wifi was too good, the location was near to indian vegetarian restaurants that was a bonus to us.

The location was perfect. Short walk to cafes, bars and restaurants. The room was clean and had all the amenities we required. The beds were comfortable. We had a nice stay here.

The air conditioner didn’t cool our room down well and was quite noisy. The pool area gets limited to no direct sunlight and the water is very cold. We didn’t find this to be a space that we wanted to spend time.

Clean and cozy. Location is just a walking distance to the Ancient Old Town.

Hoi An was my most favourite city in Hoi An. The staff here were so accommodating and friendly. The location couldn’t have been better. Right next to night market, cafes and restaurants. The cutest little hotel with a gorgeous pool area. Hotel services like massage were very reasonably priced.

They give only two small bottles of water per day as complimentary in a double occupancy room. In such heat and humidity you need at least 6 complimentary water bottles. The swimming pool water is neither heated nor does it get sun light to heat naturally. As a result the water is not as comfortable to swim in as you would like it to be.

Il nostro soggiorno al Little Hoi An boutique and spa è stato senza dubbio il migliore di tutto il nostro viaggio in Vietnam. Livello di pulizia migliore rispetto allo standard, colazione varia e ottima, personale attento ai dettagli e molto gentile, letti comodissimi. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal sistema di aria condizionata silenzioso e probabilmente con termostato che permette di stare al fresco senza dover gestire in continuazione gli accendi-spegni del dispositivo. Piscina bella e pulita con servizio bar disponibile. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare la spa per mancanza di tempo. Un grazie speciale a Kate per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.

I would like to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay. We were assigned a first‑floor balcony room, but the balcony directly faced the hotel bar and restaurant. Because of the noise and lack of privacy, we had to keep the double doors and curtains closed at all times. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was to enjoy the river view from our balcony at night, but instead we received what felt like the worst view in the entire property. What made this even more frustrating is that we paid the same rate as the rooms on the higher floors, which clearly have a much better outlook. The hotel should not charge the same rate for this room. Even if it had been offered at a lower price, I still would not have booked it, because comfort and a proper river view matter far more to us than saving a little money. We requested a room change, but were told nothing was available on our first night. We booked well in advance specifically to avoid this situation, so it was extremely disappointing to start our stay this way. To appease us, the hotel offered a 30‑minute foot massage for each of us. While I appreciate the gesture, it did not address the core issue, and I was not satisfied with this peace offering. My wife ended up using both sessions and thankfully enjoyed the massage, but it did not change our overall disappointment with the stay. I also want to mention an interaction at reception that left me feeling disrespected. While I was waiting for assistance with exchanging money and asking again about a room change, the receptionist handed me the VND and then immediately turned her attention to another guest who had just approached the counter. As someone who has lived in New Zealand for many years, I am used to being treated with fairness and courtesy, and this experience felt dismissive and unnecessary. Overall, this stay did not meet the expectations we had when booking, and I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously to ensure future guests do not
