Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The service we got there from y'all day shift employees. It was very clean The breakfast was very nice Service from y'all chef was also very kind to us
The WiFi didn't work for us at all. When we reported it at reception, the lady on duty was quite rude and dismissive and made us feel like we were bothering her. She said no one has ever complained before and refused to assist properly. We ended up just staying without WiFi.

The WiFi didn't work for both of us and my partner went down to report the issue but the reception girl who was present that moment gave him attitude and said no one who's ever complaint about that and she was told to come and see that our phones there are not connected to the WiFi but she refused and ended up saying they gonna change the room for us , but we continued using that room because we thought we were causing trouble maybe because she insisted that there's no WiFi that is bothering us

I booked a room for two nights for my Tenant, Dr. Fezani as they were fumigation my unit in Marine Drive. I specifically phoned to ask that he be checked in on arrival and not be asked for payment as I paid his bill. I could not get an invoice from the lady at reception to pay the bill before he checked in as I would have preferred it. When he arrived from his rounds at the Hospital at 19:00 he tried to check in but they did not allow this unless his bill was paid. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional!

First room given was not clean, toilet paper inside the toilet to show someone used it. The curtain was not closing properly, switch broken. Second room I struggled to open for a very long time. I went to the car and the key couldn't open again,was then given a card to open. Rooms a bit stuffy to show lack of ventilation. Overall experience was not good at all,no one accompanying you to your room, moving up and down the stairs looking for my room.

Reviewed May 20, 2026I always like the comfort of your rooms. Accessibility of all other places around your lodge everything is on walking distance. The sea view. Security guys were very friendly and very helpful... Night shift guy.
Lack of communication 😒 from reception staff the morning shift staff. We were not informed that breakfast would not be served on a buffet. We ended up canceling our day 2 breakfast, and even the food was very salty. Our door locker was faulty, and actually, the team was aware of it. Place needs some renovations.

Our aircon didnt work at all, that we ended up getting a fan for the room. The constant noise and the knocking sounds at 3am in the morning with other people that also staying in the facility the gates are always open so anyone can come in and out at the bottom gate so we did have a concern for our car. i do believe a bit of maintenance on the property will be affective It felt like you guys was running a rent a room by the hour at the lodge
