Reviewed Sep 10, 2026I really love that they have a lift for us to make it easy to carry heavy luggage to our room. The room was clean and the condiments at the lobby were good. Anyway i feel comfortable in the room
On the night of merdeka day we were having some trouble with our access card which we couldn't open our room and we were really tired at that time. Just hoping that this does not happen to other guests however the staff on the night shift did well to help us open our room and repair the censor on the room.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, particularly in terms of communication, room preparation, and customer service. 1. Room & Communication We booked a Superior Family Room with two queen beds, but were only informed upon check-in that it was unavailable and had been changed to a Deluxe Room with one queen bed and two extra beds. No prior notice or confirmation was given. 2. Room Cleanliness The room had a noticeable cigarette smoke smell when we arrived. Although reception sent staff to spray air freshener, we believe the room should have been properly checked and inspected before being given to guests. 3. Ironing Facilities The ironing area was on Level 3 while we stayed on Level 2, with only one iron available. It would be more convenient to have ironing facilities on each floor. 4. Lobby & Waiting Area The lobby was very hot and uncomfortable as the air conditioning was not turned on while guests were waiting to check in/out. Overall, the experience was below our expectations. We hope the hotel can improve its communication, room inspection, facilities, and customer service.

Found hair on the bed and floor mat. TV no picture and when asked the staff she said should be no reception in our room which is unacceptable. Also when we switched on the AC it’s only hot air came out. The whole room it’s like a sauna.

There was also no bed frame—just the mattress on the floor—which was inconvenient for older people. Another serious concern was the electrical issue. Every time we turned on the water heater, the lights started blinking. It seemed like there might be an electrical fault or short circuit, which is a serious safety hazard for guests. I hope this issue is inspected and fixed as soon as possible.

The parking system is not user friendly and we had a summon just because of 1 minute delayed as the system has to be downloaded and setup payment method. It's different from other states. Advice hotel should assist or inform customers in advance to download the parking apps.

I don't like the Bangladesh staff. Firstly: Rude & no manners 2ndly: I don't like his attire as a hotel staff, he shouldn't wear shorts and TShirt, so improper and informal. He looked so sluggish & dirty. Ewwww.Not friendly & did not have polite manners to the customers like me. I won't repeat my visit here if he's still there attending the front counter!!

Shower. Minta diperbaiki mesin heater. Sebab tak boleh adjust suhunya. Mujur air tak terlalu panas. Yang lain, semua ok sangat! Staf perlu maklumkan tentang parking. Banyak kereta kena saman pagi Sabtu. *Sabtu pun kena saman???" Kami pun hampir disaman. Mujur turun tepat waktu dan sempat keluarkan kereta.

Room is not ready when we arrived at hotel by 4pm. We need to wait for 30 minutes for the room is ready. Front desk staff keep appologies to us. Overall is ok.
Can spare more man power and improve room preparation.
