Mountain Camp Ali Khaled

Notre séjour au Mountain Camp a été un vrai plaisir. Un accueil très chaleureux malgré l heure très matinale de notre arrivée. Le lieu est un havre de paix, très fleuri et parfumé (menthe, basilic…). Les sources d eau chaude (bassin de baignade) offrent un moyen de relaxation incroyable. Les petits déjeuners et dîners sont copieux et excellents. De très bons conseils pour les visites et activités à faire aux alentours. De très bons moments partagés avec le personnel que nous remercions sincèrement. Karine Maëlys Sophie

3泊4日とても暖かく、素敵な経験をさせて頂きました。 ホテルは自然豊かで美しいガーデンと多くのアート作品が点在し、動物たちもいて、温泉もプールも、ツリーハウスもあります。 食事は毎回Siwa産のとても美味しい地元の料理を頂けます。 カイロの都会の喧騒から離れ、とてもリラックスできました。 全てが素晴らしい空間で感動しましたが、1番印象的で嬉しかったことは、ホテルの方達や他の宿泊客や訪問客の方との家族のような温かい交流です。わたしは女性一人旅でしたが、いつも気にかけて頂き、食事を毎回共にし、彼らの文化や習慣、言語を教えてもらいました。毎晩音楽とダンスがあり、エジプト人の美しい女性のみなさんにダンスを教えてもらい、一緒に踊ったことも大切な思い出です。 異文化交流に興味がある方には、とてもおすすめです😊 また、ホテルの方の手配のトュクトュクで、Salt lake、Cleotatra Spring、Shali Fortress、Fatnas Islandを案内してもらいました。地元の人ならではの話が聞けたので、とても楽しかったです。 出会うシワの地元の人たちみんな、「Welcome to Egypt, Siwa😊」と優しく声をかけてくれました。 エジプトにいくなら、シワまで是非訪れてみてください。そして、Mountain camp Ali Khaledを心からおすすめします。本当にありがとうございました！✨✨

庭がとても可愛いくてのんびり過ごせたこと シャワーは温かいお湯が出て、水圧も良かったです（鉄臭いけど） 夜は街の喧騒から離れて静かに寝ることができた オーナーのアリさんが「チェックアウト後も夜行バスの時間までゆっくりしていっていいよ、お金はいいよ」と言ってくださったのでバスの時間までのんびり過ごすことが出来ました！ アメリカドルからエジプトポンドへの両替を頼んだところ快く両替してくれました。すごく助かりました。

トイレットペーパーや石鹸等のアメニティ類は無いので自分で持って行く事をオススメします。 WiFiが弱いです。SiMはほぼ常に圏外でした。 調べ物をする面では困りましたが、まあデジタルデトックスになるかな〜と思って過ごしました(笑) 街の中心部から離れている分、すぐにトゥクトゥクを呼ぶことが出来ないので苦労しました。 ホテルの方に頼めばトゥクトゥクを呼んでくれますが、値段は高めだと思います。

Personál neochotný, líný, na pokoji byla rychlovarná konvice total špinavá, žádali jsme o vyčištění, bylo nám řečeno, tady je kuchyň a jar, tak si to umyjte. Ta kuchyň, špinavá. Snídani jsme si tam fakt raději nedali a přestěhovali se jinam. Jinak snídani nám řekli, že bude nejdřív kol 10h a pokud chceme čaj nebo vodu, tak to si musíme zaplatit. Nikdy více

It was amazing! The staff were very kind and supportive. The place was clean, the hot spring was superb, and they organized an amazing party night. My room was also very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly also the place near the downtown just 15 min with car or Tuktuk and we have alot of transportation and ask the camp to pring Tuktuk Just I wait 10 min. And found the Tuktuk

The breakfast was very enjoyable and the property itself is lovely to be on, many different amenities available for use.

The location is a little far from the center of the town and the wifi is not the strongest connection, however nothing too negative left an impact.

A decoração do local e o espaço são bem bonitos

A falta de limpeza do local é o principal ponto negativo do local. Existem diversas latas de lixo no local, mas eles não removem o lixo. Ficamos 3 dias e logo na chegada vimos uma das latas de lixo cheia, bem no centro do local, e lá ela continuou suja até irmos embora. Detalhe: Fomos em baixa temporada e a hospedagem estava praticamente vazia (creio que no máximo 3 hospedes) e ainda assim não recolhiam os lixo. Resultado: Moscas.... Muitas moscas! Você acaba evitando querer ficar do lado de fora do quarto (e dentro do quarto o Wi-fi não funciona direito). As fontes termais e piscina com muito limo e sujas, então pedimos para a equipe deles limparem no momento que chegamos na hospedagem e várias vezes depois, mas mesmo assim não foi limpo. Perdemos a paciência porque estava muito quente e nós mesmo limpamos a piscina retirando o limo usando uma vassoura. Em um desses momentos o Mohamed, gerente do local, veio me pedir umas informações me viu limpando a piscina e não tomou nenhuma ação. Apesar de termos fechado passeios com eles, incluindo a alimentação, queriam nos cobrar desde a água até o café cobrando 10x mais do que era cobrado no centro de Siwa e como você não consegue ir para o centro facilmente, você acaba se tornando refém deles.

环境不错，像个庄园。有冷水池和热水池可以泡澡，树上有果子吃。空调效果不错，不会热。 最后一天老板和大方帮我们延迟退房没收钱，这样等车就不用这么纠结

最好自己找好车，不在市区出去不方便

Staff were cool, facilities are nice

A lot of mosquitoes. No hot water. The shower water temperature is not warm enough in winter. Summer might be ok. The room was cold. We planned and paid for three nights but only stayed one night since the lack of hot water for shower. Staff talked in Arabic with bad words when we check out.

The dinner was ok. Good sociable environment. Good setting. The manager Mohammed was friendly.

By the european standards it's one star. The room was small, small window as well, dirty and the bathroom was poor. The internet was almost useless. Sand everywhere. The hot pool was green. No food choice. It was not easy to comunicate because the staff had a poor english. Away from downtown.

Everything was good! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was decorated prettily, with hammocks, etc., and I highly recommend it! Breakfast is very good, and there is plenty of it to fill you up! Also, at night there is a campfire and music on the speakers, which makes for a fun time! Thank you!

Excellent hot pool and swimming pool. Beautiful location. The night time ambiance is magical with fire pits, intimate seating, fairy lights and and excellent local drumming band. Breakfast was hearty and good quality.

The staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. They seemed to be clueless about customer service. The rooms were clean on arrival but staff were very slow to clean up the common areas which were often left littered. The bathrooms were very very basic and dilapidated, the room furniture was rustic and the mattresses were soft, lumpy and stained (no mattress protection). The bedding was clean but flat sheets didn’t tuck in meaning bare mattress became exposed during the night. It wasn’t cheap and we expected better. Would not stay again mainly due to horrible beds and useless staff.

They are always late when offering meals.

The place is full of mosquitoes and flies. The internet and mobile connection is the worset in Egypt. The staff there are aggressive.

I stayed here on advice from others I met on the way and they couldn’t have been more right. it was so nice. It feels all magical with different sitting areas, fire pit a tree house and the different pools and the rooms are cute. Easy to organise trips to the desert or around the town or out to the salt lakes ect. Food is good. Absolutely must walk up the mountains opposite to see the sunrise in the morning. Fantastic views of the sun coming up over the lakes!

It’s not the properties fault it’s the nature of the area but advice if you are a mosquito magnet like me then bring mosquito spray for sitting out in the evenings.

No information was offered to us about facilities upon arrival, no air conditioning, or fans available for the first two nights! Staff were informed, They kept promising but never done anything till the third day when speaking to Mr Ali khaled, then we were offered a proper room. the last night was pleasant, we wished the whole stay was the same .

The only positives are that there is a hot spring on the property and a mountain across the street for watching the sunset and walking.

Too crowded. Loud music into the night. The live music was nice but when the musicians stopped at 11PM, they played recorded music so loud that it was distorted. I had to go out and ask them to turn it off. The beds are very uncomfortable...no support and probably very old.

the hot springs and pool are cool. the decorations are great in the garden!

because the hot springs are open to everyone all night long there’s bus/van loads of people stopping in all day and night. so you can be chilling in your bathing suit and several bus loads of people come in and out checking out the place. most of us staying at the camp chose to go in late at night after everyone left around midnight. it could use more cushions around the fires

The hot spring just makes you wanna stay there forever. In the evening there is a fire with dancing and singing :) very good vibes! Nice common spaces to sit and chill, definitely will come back.
