Bij binnenkomst op de kamer roken we direct schimmel…. We zagen dat de badkamer en gordijnen veel schimmel zat bij, toen we dit aangaven mochten op een andere kamer kijken, het was wat minder maar even goed veel schimmel en stank geur nog. Dit was ons duurste verblijf in Indonesië, ook het minste. Geen kussens op de relaxstoelen bij het zwembad, deze liggen niet fijn. Het ontbijt moest je dag van te voren al aangeven wat je wilt ontbijt…. Ik weet dan toch niet al waar ik morgen zin in heb. Ook al aangeven welke tijd je het ontbijt wilt, dat is niet fijn op vakantie. Kortom er valt veel te verbeteren voor dit hotel

La proximité immédiate du centre d’Ubud mais au calme… La taille des chambres et du lit, très confortable. L’accès à la piscine très jolie. Les petits-déjeuners soignés.

What I liked most about the whole stay was the extremely friendly staff. The villa itself was also excellent but what makes the stay memorable is always the wonderful people you meet. My mom celebrated her 50th birthday and they decorated our villa and also sing her a song. It was very special moment for my mom and without amazing people who work there it wouldn’t be this special. They also gave us coconut and delicious fruit. Also the breakfast was really amazing and fresh. We are so grateful and we 100% recommend you to visit Queen at Gunung Sari.

Leider verspätet sich manchmal etwas der Service (zB Roller ausleihen, Check-in). Unsere weiße Wäsche konnten wir nach der Laundry wegschmeißen. In dem Zimmer waren Motten-Larven.

L’emplacement est vraiment top car au calme mais vraiment proche du cœur d’Ubud. J’avais réservé la villa et j’ai adoré ! Très lumineux, spacieux et très beau! Le personnel est adorable. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le fait qu’ils communiquent par WhatsApp pour demander si on souhaite le ménage ou non.

Peaceful place, only 1km to 1.5 km from central Ubud. Main challenge if on scooter is the corner has insane traffic congestion right there. So feels faster to walk at times. And there isn't much option for wandering in rice fields where the location is. Which is a bit sad. On maps it looks possible to easily access aome rice fields. While there is some rice inside the facility, it's not the same as walking through rice fields :)

Limited light in the room, only one bulb for the room. Forgot to mention it to the staff while staying. They likely would have put in more bulbs or replaced if some were blown.

Emplacement à la fois proche du centre pour pouvoir y aller à pied et assez éloigné pour ne pas souffrir du bruit. Un petit havre de paix au milieu de l'agitation avec une magnifique piscine centrale. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très spacieuses. Petit plus : une fontaine à eau est disponible dans la chambre. Le personnel est au petit soin si vous avez besoin de quelque chose.

Une moustiquaire aurait pu être utile et la fait de devoir choisir l'heure de son déjeuner la veille un peu contraignant quand on veut juste se lever quand on se lèvera. Il n'y a également pas de restaurant obligeant à sortir pour manger. Autre option se faire livrer via grab

Niks, het was zo vies. Het stinkt er en er is zichtbare schimmel.

Bij binnenkomst stonk het er meteen al. Een nare geur. Het bed voelde klam en er zat veel ongedierte in de badkamer. Na een paar uur op de kamer gingen we recensies lezen van dit hotel doordat wij er anders naar keken dan de beoordeling en de beoordeling van de hygiëne. Veel mensen die last hadden van schimmel en de stank. Bij ons sloeg het op onze keel en moesten we er flink van hoesten en kregen we beide keelpijn. Op de kussens zat schimmel en op de gordijnen ook. Het was er echt gewoon super goor. De beoordeling kan niet echt zijn en de hygiëne score al helemaal niet. Laat je dus niet gek maken!!

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage. Schöner Pool. Ruhige Oase quasi im Stadtzentrum von Ubuds geschäftigen Treiben. 5 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrale Geschäftige treiben von Ubud.

Das Frühstück war zwar gut, aber die Portionen etwas klein für den Preis. Wir sind dann in nahegelegene Cafés die nächsten Tage gegangen.

It was delightful to start the day in an exotic setting, surrounded by palm trees, a pool, and rice fields.

Everything. Staff were so friendly and attentive. Kept in contact via whats app which is very helpful. Pool and accommodation were beautiful. Great location to walk into the main street. Had a massage arranged by the hotel, also excellent. Highly recommend

The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The beds are comfortable and the large water jug provided was very helpful. The pool is lovely and the staff were very friendly. There is no traffic noise as the property is located just outside of town. The wifi was average (dropping in and out) but that is standard for Bali.

This property is incredibly noisy inside the rooms. You can hear EVERY conversation from your neighbours, along with whatever TV show they are watching. Unfortunately we heard a man yelling at a woman one night and we were concerned for her welfare so we reported it to staff. In our three months of travelling across SE Asia, this is by far the loudest hotel we have stayed in.

The size of the villa, own pool , location

Air conditioning was extremely loud and wakes you up in the night. Half ac and half fan make it very hot inside . Birds are loud.

La beauté du lieux et la gentillesse du personnel

The location was a walking distance to the "city center" and to all the shops. The villa was spacious and beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were so friendly.

I visited one of the double rooms i would say that the bathrooms need better ventilation to ensure they dont have that dump smell.

We had a villa room with private pool, the room was amazing. The staff are great. We had a nice breakfast each day and fridge and water filter in the room. The location was perfect for us as a small walk to town but may not suit all. We got Grab taxi scooters to and from town less than £1 per trip - loved this place

The only small thing is there is little amenities around the pool but you can buy beer and coke but everyone is out all day so there is no demand. The location up a hill may not suit senior age or very young but we liked it as it was peaceful and relaxing and so easy to walk or ride into town.

Location, small resort feel rather than big hotel. Peaceful vibe and lovely staff.

Some rooms could do with some maintenance / care given price.

일단 직원들이 전체적으로 너무 친절한건 베이스고, 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 서비스, 말투, 분위기가 너무 좋았습니다. 일정상 수영장은 한번도 이용하지 못했지만 호텔이 너무 이뻤고, 특히 마지막날 아침 일찍 배를 타야했는데 조식박스를 준비해 주셔서 너무 감동이었습니다. 5성급호텔 서비스를 받은 기분입니다

위치가 사실 조금 애매하면서도 좋았어요. 시내랑 1-1.5km 정도 되는것같고 걸어서 가기엔 20-30분 정도 걸리더라구요. 물론 저희는 오토바이를 빌려서 다녀서 문제없긴하다만 우붓은 조용하게 릴렉스하는곳이라 이정도는 괜찮다고 생각해요

Our Villa was amazing. Large room, bathroom and lounge dining. All glass windows to overlook the private pool and grounds. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a fairly steep road to access the Main Street and restaurants. Aside from a pleasant breakfast the only food option is to deliver in or prepare your snacks if you wanted to stay in.

The location is very nice, however...

The pictures all show single bungalows with their own "private" pool. The reality is a little different. There is a 2-story building with most of the rooms in that. The rooms on the ground floor share a pool, the floor above that obviously does not. As far as breakfast is concerned, we had to order our option the evening before the breakfast, before 8 pm. On top of that, there were no restaurants or other options close by. So if you like a secluded area, it might be good for you. If you like to go around a bit, less so.

De locatie is rustig en toch centraal gelegen. De kamers zijn nieuw en schoon. Dus kamer lag plm. 5 meter van het (gezamenlijke) zwembad en had toch privacy door de tuin.

the view was pretty with the pool and te nature around it.

location was not good at all. up on the hill so you could not walk in the city. you would have to take a taxi. pool was always cold so not good for night swims rooms were okay but bathroom smells weird and there were no small towels for drying hands/face. the rooms were not sound proof so you would hear everyone talking when trying to sleep. the bed was also not comfortable at all.

Beautiful place with very friendly staff. The pool was lovely and rooms very big. Smart TV was great. Great location about 10/15 minute walk to main area but nice to be in a quiet area. Shop around the corner. Staff were very helpful and organised a driver for us who we used multiple times. The pool was great also. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Ubud. Great value for money.
