Anda Amed Villas & Spa

We had a fantastic stay at Anda Amed the villa was newly renovated and had a wonderful view. It was quiet and set in lush gardens. The bed was super comfortable & the breakfast was the best selection I have ever experienced. Will be back for sure.

The pool was used by a diving company which was not great.

Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms super clean and romantic with great views.

Mooi resort aan de rand van Amed met geweldig uitzicht over zee en een fraaie infinity pool. De huisjes zijn ruim, vooral de douche en hebben ook mooi uitzicht. Je moet wel goed ter been zijn want het is wel klimmen naar boven (wij hadden huisje 8, de bovenste). De tuin waar de huisjes in liggen is mooi aangelegd en schoon. Het ontbijt is erg lekker. Vlakbij op 2 min lopen is een leuke sunsetbar om de zonsondergang vanaf de berg te bekijken. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kraan van het bad lekte bij ons en werd direct gemaakt.

Dit resort ligt aan de rand van Amed, niet echt in het dorpje, dus als je leuk uit eten wil moet je wel altijd de taxi nemen. Ook loop je niet zomaar even naar het strand, dat ook bestaat uit grijze keitjes. Dus niet even lekker op het strand liggen en in zee zwemmen.

Nous avons été accueilli de manière très chaleureuse par le personnel. La chambre était magnifique, aucun vis à vis pour pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur. La vu était superbe, directement sur l’océan. Le restaurant était aussi super bon ! Le petit déjeuner est à la carte donc les repas sont fais minutes! Un 10/10 je recommande.

La proximité avec la mer à savoir qu’il faut un scooter si vous ne voulez pas marcher trop longtemps - mais l’hôtel en a à disposition alors, aucun point réellement négatif :)

Nous avons apprécié le confort et les équipements de la chambre. Le lieu est perché dans les hauteurs d’Amed et offre une jolie vu sur la mer, y compris depuis la piscine. La décoration soignée du lieu et l’attention que porte l’équipe à l’environnement extérieur est très appréciable. Les extérieurs sont extrêmement bien entretenus. La cuisine est délicieuse, les petits déjeuners et le dîner que nous avons pris à l’hôtel nous ont beaucoup plu. L’équipe est adorable, nous a aidé à porter les valises jusqu’à notre chambre. Merci pour tout ! Nous recommandons cet établissement avec grand plaisir !

La ubicación, las vistas, la villa en sí aunque el mobiliario y sábanas y toallas eran viejas e insuficientes (no teníamos toallas de manos).

La piscina está un poco vieja y tiene una fuente que da a la piscina está inutilizada y queda feísimo. Con respecto al desayuno muy bien excepto el café. El servicio falló varias veces (pedí un capuchino, aunque insistí en que quería pagarlo, se negaron a ponerlo, aunque después recularon y me lo pusieron)

When we arrived, you could smell the frying in the kitchen and yet the food was exceptional. The massage was relaxing. And the rooms with the view was spot-on. Highly recommended.

Restaurant was excellent. Service was fast, food looked beautiful and tasted even better. We stayed in room number 1 which had 2 bedrooms which are linked via a patio. Both rooms had an amazing view. Our room had a very large bed and the kids was a normal size queen. It came with a kitchen which we didn't use but seemed to have everything you'd need. Pool was clean and water temperature was perfect. Nice gardens. Lovely spa. Location was ok (see also what we didnt like), it was possible to do snorkelling and fishing trips from the hotel and there was also another hotel a short walk away which had a great sunset view. Pretty much everything else required a trip by car.

We found it difficult to get around while staying here. We found getting a car via the local apps (grab and gojek) impossible and had to find local drivers to get us anywhere. This made exploring the local area quite difficult.

I liked the beauty of territory. Spacious apartment with big terrece and litle kitchen. Tasty meal

Its a hotel with lot of stairs. Ist mountain. So you need to be ready go up and down. The beach is 15 min away.

Unfortunately I had a very uncomfortable mattress and the bed linen was torn and faded.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit Aussicht aufs Meer, sauberer Pool, gutes Frühstück a la carte. Faire Preise. Die Bungalows sind geräumig und haben schöne Sitzecken mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Unterkunft kann alle Aktivitäten vor Ort organisieren.

Wenn man nicht Roller fährt, ist man etwas abseits vom Schuss, Taxi-Apps funktionieren hier nicht und das Laufen am Straßenrand macht keinen Spaß, insbesondere Nachts. Zwischen Meer und Anlage ist die Küstenstraße, die man hört, jedoch nicht die Sicht versperrt. Wir konnten darüber hinweg sehen.

Le cadre est très sympa, le logement est top, la piscine est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Sachez que nous sommes partis très tôt et ils nous ont préparé quand même de quoi manger pour le lendemain matin. À recommander sans hésiter

The food was exceptional and the rooms were extremely comfortable with amazing views.

The hotel sits right on top of the main road through Amed so there is constant noise from the road even when trying to relax by the pool.

Franchement tout. La chambre est parfaite avec une très belle vue, une cuisine personnelle à disposition . L’établissement propose de louer des équipements de snorkeling. Les massages sont très bons et pas trop chers. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est très gentil.

Absolutely beautiful property with incredible sunrise views from our bed. Waking up to that view was one of the highlights of our stay. The outdoor seating area, kitchen, and fridge were lovely additions. Although we didn't use the kitchen, we enjoyed relaxing outside to read, unwind, and enjoy fresh fruit. The food was delicious. Everything was cooked fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The Amed Chilli Benny and other dishes were highlights. The only dish that didn't meet expectations was the steak, which was more like burger meat than a steak. Although the menu wasn't as local as we had hoped, the flavours and quality were excellent. Compliments to the chef. We appreciated the large water dispenser provided in the room, which made it easy to pour water into cups and refill our own bottles. A special thank you to Putu, Putu, and Ardi for welcoming us into the Galungan celebrations. Being included in this experience was very special and made our stay even more memorable. On one occasion, we had no hot water, but after notifying the team it was resolved within around 15 minutes, which we appreciated.

The shower drainage was a major issue during our stay. We reported it immediately, but unfortunately it continued. Every time we showered, the bathroom floor flooded, which was particularly concerning as we showered multiple times a day and the tiles became very slippery with only one bath mat available. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The bath was unusable as it was rusty and appeared dirty. The shower area had no storage or shelving, making it difficult to keep toiletries accessible while showering. We were disappointed with the spa experience. We had hoped to enjoy a Balinese massage and a manicure/pedicure, but despite the spa staff being present, we were unable to have these treatments as planned. We were told that one therapist wanted to leave to spend time with family due to the Galungan celebrations. We completely respect the importance of the celebration, but as guests expecting to use the advertised services, this was disappointing. We opted for a shorter facial instead, but were later told that our nails could not be done either. We loved our stay at Anda Amed. The views, food, atmosphere, and hospitality were fantastic. The bathroom drainage issue was the main thing preventing this from being a higher score, but the positives far outweighed the negatives.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Als je iets nodig hebt of een activiteit in de buurt wil doen helpen ze je meteen! Bovendien is het verblijf super mooi!

This is my 6th time at Anda Amed, I've been coming since 20 years and the place has essentially stayed the same. The new fusion menu was a delight, of course I wanted some of the traditional breakfasts on occasion which they catered for but the new menu is fantastic so top marks to the chef. Infinity pool is lovely even with the power line running across the view! The little kitchen next to the room is handy to knock up a smoothy, hot drink or cook a meal.

Traffic has increased as is expected with the increase in tourist numbers. This means more noise from the road when you are in the pool or in the villas lower down the hill. Transport is an issue and you will need to hire a scooter, if you aren't a scooter kind of person taxi rides will add up and be a major cost, though walking is fine if you like that as long as it's not into town.

The location, walking distance to Lipah Beach and many beachside warungs. Beautiful sunrise every morning! Thanks to Putu who helped us out a lot and many thanks to the other Staff. The breakfast options were varied and delicious!

The staff are great and welcoming, everyone is nice, The location, well you cannot beat that you are literally a walking distance from everywhere, the rooms are big the bathroom is huge, the area is stunning, if you go to amed and you want to choose them you can't go wrong.

The communication, there is no phone in the room.with direct contact to the reception, you have a WhatsApp number but sometimes it takes long untill someone answers, it felt easier to go down whenever i need to ask or get something but that's nothing major and i am only writing this comment to help them improve on this point

Hôtel très sympa. Petites villas disséminées dans un jardin luxuriant avec vue sur mer, bien équipées avec salon extérieur, kitchenette, grande sdb. À environ 15 mins à pied de Lipah Beach. Pour aller à jemeluk bay, il faut louer un scooter (possible directement à l'hôtel) ou demander un taxi à la réception. Équipe très sympa et réactive. Service de blanchisserie/laundry disponible et efficace, prix au kg et habits retournés sous 24h. Enfin, excellent petit-déjeuner. Je recommande vivement 👍🏼

We had a great time at Anda Amed Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It is located in a quiet area with beautiful views. The villa was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. It is a truly special place to stay.

Beautiful location with water views. Gardens were stunning and was close to great snorkelling. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had at our accommodation and the staff were lovely and helped us when we needed it.

Die Villas bieten große Privatsphäre mit einer gemütlichen privaten Sitzecke im Schatten und einer Außenküche. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Essen ist richtig lecker und preiswert. Fußläufig befinden sich Bars, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt.

Als ein kleines Manko könnte man die 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand ansehen. Mit einem Grab erreicht man für einen schmalen Taler jedoch neben dem Strand auch das Zentrum von Amed.

Magnifique chambre avec très belle terrasse. Bien décoré et très propre, la piscine était agréable aussi ainsi que la nourriture. Personnel sympa et disponible.

Eine ganz tolles Resort - nur wenige Häuschen darauf, viel Platz. Der überdachte Vorbau mit Sitzecke und Außenküche bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, zum Chillen und bei Regen. Das Bad ist sehr groß. Das Bett hatte ein Moskitonetz, was uns wichtig war. Der Pool ist schön und groß. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Beim Frühstück kann man aus etwas 20 Angeboten wählen - Tee oder Kaffee sind dabei. Alles war lecker. Ein Spa und Restaurant, welches sehr gut ist, sind auf dem Gelände. Das Personal ist immer vor Ort und sehr freundlich. Kleine Schönheitsfehler schauen sich weg. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Un peu éloigné du centre

Le petit déjeuner comme les repas aux restaurants midi et soir sont excellents avec des produits de qualité. Je me suis tout simplement régalée ! Le rapport qualité est dingue. Location de scooter directement à l’hôtel, c’est très pratique.

L’hôtel est sur la route passante donc c’est très bruyant lors des repas et à la piscine.

Прекрасное месторасположение, совсем рядом с пляжем Lipah где я люблю снорклить, когда приезжаю в Амед на выходные. Невероятно красивая территория и тёплый бассейн с видом на океан. Прямо из номера я наблюдала рассвет - это было волшебно! Номер очень просторный, есть всё необходимое, даже блендер на кухне :) Я осталась абсолютно довольна своим выбором!

The private villas give you the privacy that you need along with amazing ocean views. The spa is really good with very reasonably priced massages. The best part was the restuarant though. The food really surprised us. It was really good and well presented. We loved our stay in Amed thanks to this property

We were given only one cup of coffee or tea for breakfast. Not an issue for me but my partner who drinks a lot of coffee had to go back to the villa to prepare more coffee. 😋

Our room was wonderful, especially the outdoor seating area - so comfy. The pool was very nice with good view. The staff were very good accommodating our stay as we had to extend a few days. Very cute cat

Absolutely everything was perfect. So many options on the menu, amazing pool with view of the ocean, the rooms are wonderful, spacious, and feel very private. It was so accommodating with everything available, without feeling like a busy hotel.

Great location, friendly staff and great view of the ocean! Good value for money

The Villa had both bedrooms overlooking the sea with stunning views. The gardens were beautiful (the gardeners work so hard) and kept some privacy between Villas. The pool was cleaned every day and was a nice place to cool off. The view from the breakfast/bar area was spectacular.

The mosquito nets only covered 3 sides and since the bed didn't go back to a wall they were pointless. This place could be really fantastic with a little better customer service. It's lovely that they're a close knit group, but it seems to be more about them than the guests. They are all nice and do come and serve you when you get their attention, but then watch videos on chat with each other. There's not much clearing away or asking if you want anything else which is just basic customer service. I wouldn't recommend asking for a taxi via the reception, the man we spoke to doubled the going fare to Amed. A 7 minute journey for 300? Overall I still liked this stay very much and would say again.

Cadre agréable avec une végétation bien entretenue et des villas réparties sur plusieurs terrasses accessibles par de petits chemins pavés, ce qui donne un certain charme authentique. Accueil souriant et personnel aimable, fidèle à l’esprit balinais. Chambres relativement confortables. Restauration correcte. L’endroit reste globalement paisible.

L’hôtel n’est pas situé directement sur la plage : il faut compter environ 20 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la mer. Certaines photos de la piscine à débordement peuvent laisser penser à une proximité immédiate avec l’océan, alors qu’une route passe en contrebas. Le petit-déjeuner est annoncé comme inclus, mais une carte avec des prix est présentée sans explication claire sur ce qui est réellement compris. Après discussion, la situation s’est arrangée, mais le manque de transparence initial est regrettable. Un supplément pour paiement par carte bancaire a été appliqué sans que cela soit clairement annoncé au préalable. Enfin, l’entretien autour de la piscine pourrait être amélioré. Les serviettes sont propres mais vieillissantes et tachées, ce qui donne une impression de manque de soin. L’établissement a du potentiel, mais il n’est pas pleinement mis en valeur.

В реальности все немного более уставшее чем на фото. Постельное белье имеет запах стирального порошка. Балдахин над кроватью можно уже постирать :)
