Onlyou Villas

We stayed at Villa A( the one with the round roof) Great location, you can walk straight down to the ocean, it has a rocky beach during low tide. With many warungs, spas and convenience stores close by. You can order breakfast at the warung right next door and they’ll bring it into to your villa in the morning. If you’re diving, it’s a few minute walk to Amed White Sand Divers, and you get a 10% discount on fun dives for staying at Onlyou. The pool is pretty big and has an outdoor shower, which makes up for the lack of a bathtub.

The balcony of the villa higher on the slope can kinda see into the outdoor bathroom and shower, they should make the privacy fence higher.

Décoration un peu datée mais qui n’affecte pas le confort. Le petit déjeuner est possible dans le restaurant qui jouxte avec les villas mais pourrait être offert comme un service supplémentaire.

Виллы хорошие, есть выход к морю (не песочный пляж), и при этом не отделены друг от друга , а находятся впритык смежными дверями, хотя в бронировании кажется что отдельно.

при бронировании написано, что завтрак могут предоставить на месте, по факту они отправляют в соседнее кафе на дороге, а там почему-то персонал настроен негативно к ранним заказам на 7-30 утра к примеру ,и хотят чтобы люди заказывали на время не раньше 9-10 утра. Хотя все кто едет на дайвинг и экскурсии с утра, конечно нуждаются в раннем завтраке. Кроме того, завтрак в целом не очень, лучше вообще не рассчитывать на эту опцию при бронировании этого проживания и ходить завтракать в People Point как минимум.

Amazing! It's a huge house, very roomy and well furnished. Beautiful traditional carving everywhere. Lots of different areas to settle into (outside: pool, outdoor dining x2, pool table deck, quieter deck chair area, inside: bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, living room, upstairs deck with sun beds). Bedrooms were all a good size and the beds were comfortable. Upstairs bathrooms were 'outside-style' and the hot water was fabulously hot and the shower had good pressure. The upstairs bedrooms have fab views and also a seating area looking out to sea. Loved it! There's a restaurant at the top of the drive - you can WhatsApp them and they will deliver food down to the villa!

The bedroom layout is a little quirky. The upstairs bedrooms were not entirely private: 1 was accessed by a spiral staircase coming directly up from the lounge, and the other had to be accessed either by entering one of the bedrooms (it had the staircase alone one of it's walls) or through the garage and via outside stairs. But these weren't big issues and added to the charm of the villa! 2 of the bedrooms down stairs had both an interconnecting door and an interconnecting window (curtained off) - again quirky! Be aware that the drive is cobbled and quite steep. Only flaw was that one of the pool table balls was missing - very minor issue, and I only mention it as I forgot to tell the staff before we left.

Spacious, quiet and relaxing. Gede was very helpful. Air con and water tank / fridge / kettle excellent. Little restaurant adjacent served great local food.

It was fit for purpose, location can’t be helped/ best to hire scooters to get around walking ok bit busy on roads

Its location was second to none. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The outside living area was amazing and we loved that each bedroom had its own outside area. Gede, who looked after us during our stay, was second to none. Nothing was too much bother and he dealt with all our requests immediately and efficiently. He was brilliant.

Nothing. The minor annoyance was the lack of cooking facilities, there was only a 2 gas hob. We could have had more tea towels and some better washing up cloths and cloths to wipe up spills etc, but I am sure if I had asked Gede he would have provided these.

La vue depuis la piscine est superbe. Bien situé. Le personnel est sympathique.

La salle de bain est un peu vétuste. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas compris, le restaurant du dessus peut vous en fournir un mais je ne le recommande pas du tout : c’est cher, pas extra, et l’heure de la livraison est à leur bon vouloir…

Its 15 minutes drive to amed and transport is diffucult and expensive. You can walk to a few shops though.

L'accueil était parfait, la vue formidable! On a passé un super séjour. Merci à l'employé de nous avoir appellé lui même un taxi pour nous rendre à notre hôtel suivant, adorable.

Petit bémol: la climatisation qui donnait pile sur notre lit! Mais sinon chambre géniale!

Nous avions réservé une villa 2 chambres. - la villa offre des prestations ultra premiums ainsi qu’un accès direct à la plage privée de Onlyou villas - la piscine est bien chaude, les beds sont de qualité - l’emplacement est idéal (à 5min des meilleurs sunset views, club de plongée etc) - l’accueil et le ménage sont excellents - possibilité de réserver des scooters pour des prix bien moins chers qu’ailleurs

Private pool is big and beautiful , the view is stunning.

We hired scooters so it was fine, but it’s about 4km into town and 1.7km to the nearest swimmable beach

The room was clean, the bed linen was nice, and there was a good view from the window.

An inconvenient staircase in the middle of the room, one toilet for two levels. The toilet does not have a hygienic shower. One small mirror.

On ne s’est pas baigné car la mer avait une forte odeur d’égouts. Odeurs d’égouts qui remonte aussi au niveau de la table en bas de la piscine. Cafards dans la chambre et la cuisine

Le logement est fidèle aux photos, très spacieux et avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances. La piscine est très bien. Le personnel est très gentil. Possibilité de se faire livrer le petit déjeuner a domicile avec le restaurant voisin.

Un accès plage est disponible mais peu de possibilité pour se baigner. Beaucoup de rochers. La plage est plutôt a 10-15min a pied. Amed est loin du reste de Bali (au moins 2h de route pour y aller) prévoyez de rester plusieurs jours pour éviter de courir ou de faire trop de routes.

La maison ronde est telle que sur les photos même encore plus belle avec sa piscine privée, son intérieur exotique, la vue mer, le joli jardin, tout était parfait !

The view was fantastic from the top floor The beds were very comfortable Kitchenette was adequate for everything we needed with large fridge. Pool with waterfall was beautiful.

There was a lady on staff who consistently asked us if we would like massage whenever we saw her. Staying within accommodation it would have been nice to not have had to deal with this. There was no ventilation for the downstairs bathroom. Somehow mosquitoes kept getting inside, and we found if the doors weren't lined up perfectly then there was a 1cm gap on the side they could get in through

Мы с ним также поехали потом на 2 экскурсии. А потом он нас отвез в Куту. Все было супер 👍 цены не завышает!

Our stay at Onlyou Villa in Amed was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The room itself is truly outstanding – beautifully designed, extremely clean, and incredibly peaceful. Everything feels high-quality and thoughtfully arranged. The air conditioning works perfectly, which makes a big difference in the tropical climate. The bathroom is also stunning – very stylish, modern, and well maintained. One of the absolute highlights is the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to that panorama every day is simply unforgettable. The pool deserves special mention – it is absolutely incredible. The infinity design overlooking the sea creates a unique atmosphere that is hard to describe. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff made our stay even more special. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, but a special thank you goes to Kadek. He was extremely helpful and attentive – he organized a scooter for us immediately, and our laundry service was handled quickly and flawlessly. His support really enhanced our experience. Overall, this place is something truly special. If you are looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay with stunning views and excellent service, Onlyou Villa is the perfect choice.

Loved having a private pool and view of the ocean! Room itself was clean and comfortable.

The slight opening in the bathroom was an area for mosquitos and spiders to get it. The outdoor kitchen was an area for lots of ants. However, this being a tropical climate, understand it's difficult to control. It was in a nice area but still far from any action, would need to rent a scooter to get anywhere, which we weren't interested in doing as we had seen some pretty bad accidents with people on scooters!

En virkelig flot villa med egen pool og havudsigt. Personalet var hjælpsomme til at finde en pålidelig taxa der kunne køre os til/fra byen og til vores næste destination.

Вилла не полностью была в нашем распоряжении, мы ее делили с гостями из другой части виллы, то есть бассейн общий и вся зона у бассейна общая. В доме были комары, но нет никаких средств от них в розетку. Пришлось самим покупать. Вода в кулере с плесенью. На машине сложно заезжать к вилле, грубый порог, машина повреждена

В этом году появились заборы вокруг вил, что изменило внутренний ландшафт не в лучшую сторону. Мы останавливались здесь в третий раз. К сожалению не удалось забронировать виллу в которой останавливались ранее, она комфортабельнее.

Lo primero dar las gracias a Kadek, gracias por todo. La villa es preciosa, muy tranquila y con unas vistas espectaculares al mar. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, y la piscina infinita con el amanecer fue uno de los mejores momentos del viaje. El personal fue muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con un trato cercano. Además, la ubicación es ideal para descansar, estar en silencio y disfrutar de Amed.

Мы просто влюбились в Onlyou Villas! Вилла уютная, чистая, а вид с террасы — настоящий восторг, особенно на рассвете. Комфорт и спокойствие чувствовались в каждом уголке. Район Амед превзошел все ожидания: тихо, чисто, спокойно, идеальное место для отдыха от городской суеты. А рядом нашли настоящую жемчужину — Gusto Resto. Стейк из тунца — это нечто! Такой вкусной рыбы мы давно не пробовали, да ещё и по очень приятным ценам. Атмосфера там невероятно уютная, хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Если ищете место для идеального отдыха, Onlyou Villas и Амед — точно для вас!

Lovely staff, great location with great restaurants ( warungs) only a short walk away. Lips h beach is walking distance too. Bed is one of the comfiest in Bali. We really enjoyed relaxing looking at the ocean and pool.

Only comment would be that the shampoo provided isn’t the best so would recommend you bring your own.

Det var en liten bit att gå till lipah beach men inte längre än max 10 min så egentligen inget problem.

Le complexe se compose de 3 villas individuelles avec piscine privée et 2 appartements en front de mer avec piscine partagée. Sur Booking toutes les photos sont mélangées donc j'ai trouvé difficile de si retrouver. Nous avions l'appart avec 2 chambres en front de mer et la vue était splendide ! La piscine est grande, chaude, des transats à disposition ainsi qu'un billard. Nous avons apprécié le calme et l'espace extérieur.

Le manque d'intimité avec l'appartement d'a côté. Le jaccuzi qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Lovely views and well presented. Great pool. Slightly odd layout with second bedroom upstairs accessed by outdoor steep spiral staircase but the views were worth the climb.

The place is very quiet. Wonderful view and a direct access to the sea. Good spot to snorkel. Bonus you can get massage by the pool for 150k ! Excellent stay. People are very kind we highly recommend.

The big house is shared in two villas so you will have to share the big pool and the terrace.

Fantastic view and great staff. Lovely pool and well equipped kitchen and filtered water (including an ice tray). Breakfast (not included) delivered right to villa which was lovely. Walking distance to several good restaurants and even to Lipah Beach for excellent snorkeling off of sand beach. No sidewalks so need to take care when walking.

Minor things but letting others know before they reserve. Would have liked a location to hang up clothes in the upstairs bedroom (there was a drying rack for wet clothes outside). Also the bathroom for upper room was outside requiring going up and down stairs to access. Not ideal if needing to use in middle of the night.

The team was great. Easy to get along with and very helpful. Kadek sorted us out with anything we needed and was was super helpful with all of the local area.

The staff were so helpful and lovely to deal with 10/10 The view was outstanding the pool table was an added bonus with three teenage boys. Will be back again for sure! recommend this to all families looking for a relaxing place to stay with amazing staff and views

Beautifully clean, wonderful ocean view. Lots of lovely places to sit and relax, even a roof top jacuzzi!

A guest from last week had lost the white ball from the pool table! (Not the hotel’s fault). But, we were here for a short weekend and it is self catering with no hotel restaurant or food provision at all. Beautiful for a longer stay but not ideal for a short weekend when we were mostly out snorkelling and diving!

We had a kind of duplex with the infinity pool type villa , the pool is shared with the other side of the villa / there’s a common wall but it’s private inside . Kind of feels a bit awkward when the guests in the other side are also using the pool as the pool is located more in front of the other side

Die Unterkunft war gepflegt angelegt mit direktem Weg zum Strand. Der eigene Pool hatte die perfekte Temperatur. Das Personal war ebenfalls zuvorkommend. Aktuell wird die komplette Straße in Amed neu gemacht, sodass die Stadt fast eine komplette Baustelle ist. Am Hotel hat man davon jedoch zum Glück nichts mitbekommen.
