Hele fijne gastheer, die je van tips voorziet, we hebben gegeten bij het restaurant van zijn broer iets verderop. Achter dit hotel loop je zo het strand op om met de schildpadden te zwemmen. Als je geen high end accommodatie zoekt en je interactie met locals waardeert, dan zit je hier goed!

Duży przestronny pokój w standardzie europejskim (nowe wyposażenie-klimatyzacja,armatura,suszarka,lodówka oraz działający telewizor). Czystość,lokalizacja blisko plaży z żółwiami (3minuty pieszo). Dojazd do Unawatuna zajmuje 5 minut co nie stanowi żadnego problemu.

Minusem do którego trzeba przywyknąć na Sri Lance jest hasał pociągów a tu tory znajdują się obok hotelu. Szkoda też, że pokój z balkonem przez który widać ocean zasłania roślinność.

Отличное место расположения , до пляжа с черепашками 2 мин , в номерах чисто , хороший кондиционер, всегда была горячая вода , очень понравилось , что есть летняя кухня на улице во дворе !!! Очень доброжелательные хозяева , у нас было лекарство которое надо хранить в холодильнике , они в номер дали небольшой холодильнике , спасибо !!! Буду рекомендовать очень уютный и бюджетный отель !!! Мы были проездом 5 дней 😍

Отличный небольшой отель неподалеку от черепашьего пляжа. Хорошие просторные номера, в отеле чисто, всё работало исправно. Есть летняя кухня. Рядом есть супермаркет, фруктовый ларёк, несколько мест где поесть. Персонал дружелюбный, уютно. Мы заехали на пару дней и в итоге жили дней 10, отлично провели время.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Turtle Beach. Die Schildkröten kommen bis vorne an den Strand. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade und somit ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Sind sehr bemüht.

Das Frühstück war eher mäßig. Wird von ausserhalb gebracht. Ist aber gut für den Start in den Tag.

Из плюсов данного отеля можно выделить: персонал, ребята правда стараются, чтобы тебе было хорошо; наличие кондиционера, общей кухни для готовки, чтобы самому себе приготовить кушать, и конечно, расположение - собственный выход на черепаший пляж, очень удобный. При этом относительно невысокая цена.

Но есть несколько вещей, которые хочется отметить, надеюсь, отзыв поможет ребятам улучшить свои условия. 1) В номере нет шкафа. Никакого. Есть стол и стулья, это классно, но если вы заехали на 10-14 дней, вещи вы будете хранить в чемоданах. Это очень неудобно при длительном проживании. Для 1-2 ночей, наверное, не проблема. 2) Холодильник на общей кухне. Ему пора на покой. Дверца не прилегает достаточно плотно, в холодильнике портятся продукты. И пахнет соответственно. Мы потеряли какую-то часть продуктов, которые пытались там хранить. 3) Номер на троих выходит на парковку сквозь которую прямо на дорогу. При этом, к сожалению, слышимость такая, что звуки дороги слышны очень хорошо, и могут мешать спать.

Шум — это катастрофа. Абсолютно никакой звукоизоляции. Слышно всё: поезда, автобусы, море. Спать невозможно. Очень скудные завтраки. Место абсолютно не подходит для детей. Ребенок не мог спать из-за шума, просыпался ночью. К тому же, планировка и пространство между номерами травмоопасны для маленьких детей. Только для самых неприхотливых одиночек. Семьям проходить мимо.

Lage mit direktem Meerzugang, zum strand musste man allerdings einige Meter auf steinen klettern.

Viele Ameisen. Keine Frühstücksoption und die in der Nähe sehr teuer

Lage zwischen Meer, Strasse und Bahn ist etwas laut. Frühstück manchmal ausserhalb.

La gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner copieux (au choix sri lankais ou anglais), la plage des tortues à 100m (vous êtes sûr à 100% d'en voir) la taille de la chambre avec clim et grande salle de bain ;)

Attention L'accès à la plage est un peu compliqué (pour enfants ou personnes âgées) car passage sur des pierres. Et On entends beaucoup le trafic de la rue d'en face. Mais ce sont des détails et je recommande tout de même !

We truly enjoyed our stay! We traveled as a family — two adults and our 8-year-old child. Before arrival, we requested an extra bed for our child. Unfortunately, there wasn’t an extra bed available, but the hotel kindly provided a comfortable mattress free of charge, which we really appreciated. It was very important for us, as our child is still young and wouldn’t feel comfortable sleeping alone in a separate room. The hotel is wonderful, with a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts are amazing people — always responsive, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay. We are very happy with our experience, would definitely return again, and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The staff were lovely and the room was beautiful and very modern. The aircon was excellent and the bathroom was huge. The property is kept spotless and the breakfasts were great

The noise level. It is right next to the train line and very busy road. Walking along it was hazardous at times . Also the access to the beach is hard work across stones and bricks. At high tide it was very difficult.

Но собственного пляжа у отеля нет, выход на камни, по которым пройдя 50-100 метров отличный пляж с пологим входом без волн. Здесь не так много людей, как в центре, что очень радует! Хозяин отеля Eranjan jayathilaka молодой парень, очень услужливый, всегда на связи и готов выполнить любую просьбу! Номера чистые, уборка производится по желанию, отличный душ с горячей водой и мощным напором. Кровать удобная, полотенца чистые. Кондиционер работает отлично. Завтрак порционно, его привозят из другого отеля, но всегда вовремя и можно перенести на любое удобное для вас время (даже на вечер, если уезжаете на экскурсию). Рядом с отелем автобусная остановка и два маленьких продуктовых магазина.

Good value for money, good proximity to the sandy beach but direct beach access was difficult at high tide, large room and bed

Poor communication from staff regarding ride enquiries (had to use Pick Me), located right on major road so sound from trucks and buses (and the occasional train) could be an issue for some people but wasn't for us, had to put the kettle on the floor to plug it in

O hotel é pertinho da praia, mas o quarto anunciado como com vista ao mar, na verdade é vista a um bambuzal e por traz está o mar :) Mas o quarto é amplo! Cheiroso e aconchegante.

Ao fazer o pagamento foi cobrado $10 a mais por uma taxa.

Mooi hotel aan de zee. Je kon achterom via het water naar de schildpadden lopen. Dit was erg gaaf om schildpadden zo dichtbij te zien! Ook lagen er leuke strandtentjes op loopafstand.

Its right next to the beach.

There were ants in our bathroom, and the garbage was not taken out when we arrived, neither was the toilet paper changed, making us doubt if the room was even cleaned. The host was ok, but seemed a bit unbothered.

Great hotel. We liked the room on the 2nd floor with panoramic windows. From the balcony we admired the ocean. The common areas are constantly cleaned, the hotel is clean. We used the kitchen, made breakfast. Everything you need is there. Well, the most important thing - amazing beach with hand turtles in 1 minute walk.

Location is very convenient as it is in a walking distance from the famous Turtle Beach. Property has a small walking path which can direct access the beach. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The sheets seemed a little tattered or old, otherwise everything was as described.

Friendly stuff. During our 20 days trip on Sri Lanka, this was first accommodation where they asked us after first night if we needed room cleaning.

Jayaa beach is great value for money, located less than a 1 min walk from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was massive.

It’s not obvious in the photos but the wall facing the road is floor to ceiling glass windows. The curtains for this side of the room are not blackout so the room was still lit up from lights outside the room at night and the got bright early in the morning and also left us wondering if people outside could see in. The road and train tracks can be a little noisy. Whilst the floors and bathroom facilities were clean the walls and ceiling needed a clean there was a lot of marks and cobwebs.

We had a fantastic time at Jayaa Beach. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located right near the beach, which made for beautiful mornings and evenings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable.

There is a little bit of noise from the nearby road, especially during the day, but it’s not too disturbing, and we had no trouble sleeping peacefully at night. The tranquil surroundings, combined with the sound of the ocean, make it an excellent place to unwind.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, from the rooms to the beautifully maintained garden. The rooms were brightly lit, making them very comfortable and welcoming. Initially, I didn't have high expectations, but after checking in, I was pleasantly surprised. It felt like being at home. The hotel offers a small outdoor common kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals and a common fridge, which is very convenient. The owner is incredibly friendly, and although one of the staff members doesn't speak English, he understands well and is extremely helpful. The service is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are huge, featuring rain showers, air conditioning, and a constant supply of hot water. The hotel is situated near the main road, but the noise didn't disturb my sleep. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely come again.

I liked everything about my stay! I stayed in a ground-floor double room, which was huge and very well cleaned. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was also very clean and spacious. The room felt as big and luxurious as a European hotel. The bed linen and pillowcases were clean and comfortable. Additionally, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to answer our questions and solve any problems we had. They also have a small common kitchen where guests can prepare breakfast, which is quite uncommon in this area. For the price, they offer much more than expected.

What a lovely team who ran this place. Just the smiliest most accommodating guys. The room was a good size and it had everything we needed. The shower was so lovely and hot - best so far! The AC fan combo was very effective and we slept well. The beach is at the back of this place - and though it’s small, it was very safe for kids as there is a reef that protects the bay. It’s 30 seconds from door to beach.

A bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness - things like cleaning the ceiling fans or the window ledges on the corridors would be great. I mentioned this to the owner who was appreciative of the feedback. The bedding and towels were clean but a bit tired but they are expensive. It would be a good investment though.

One of the best stays of our trip. Amazing service by Eranjan and his team. Location was right next to Turtle Beach where we could swim with the turtles (please don't touch or crowd them). Rooms were good value for money. It was extremely close to Galle as well for people who want to explore the historic city.

The beach behind the hotel was excellent for lounging and taking a dip. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff made sure that we enjoyed the stay. The kitchen was very well equipped.

The location though it has its own beach, is still a little far from the main Galle City, which makes travel required for anything outside of the basic requirements.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Jayaa Beach in Sri Lanka, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I had booked a room on the ground floor, and it turned out to be an absolute delight. First and foremost, the room was fantastic. The beach is right behind the property. Beach is very safe even for kids. You can see Turtles roaming around and feed them if you wish. Room and the bathroom were very clean. Cable TV , AC and Water Heater also available. So, staying here is worth the price. The young owner is a very nice and polite person. He is helping the guests at any time. He is a very caring person and the place is a good quiet & safe to be relaxed. Overall its a super place for staying.

The turtle beach is right behind the property. And we enjoyed to see the sea-turtle-visit which can be seen in mornings between 9 AM - 11AM. and the Thalpe beach is around 2-3Km distance from the property which took us just 15 minutes of tuk-riding. Room and the bathroom were very clean. TV and AC also available. So, staying here is worth the price. Only thing finding a special meal (...like Halal food) in an outside-place may need travelling of 4-5 Km from the property (Dinemore). Since Uber is available in that area, we could manage it also. There is a shared kitchen for self cooking if you have anything to be cooked by your self and to site for a chat while eating. More than this, the young owner is a very polite person. He speaks very softly, helping the guests and ready to answer calls at any time. We asked lots of questions and clarifications and he was very kind to answer us and guide us. He is very caring person and the place is a good quiet & safe place to be relaxed. He closed the gates at 10PM to ensure the security. Overall its a super place for staying.

Great owner who is very kind and will do everything to make your stay comfortable. Location is top, next to turtle beach (even offseason (august) we saw some turtles) and a couple minutes busride from unawatuna. Bus stops next to the hotel and there ks a small supermarket within 50mtrs. Room is big enough and very clean, shower looks fairly new and is clean and has a good stream. Stayed here for 3 nights and can really recommend it.

The location was perfect - our room had a sea view and the beach was just a few steps away.The owner was super-helpful and didn't stop smiling 😁. The shared kitchen area was convenient for breakfast and for eating snacks we brought back. There is a well-stocked supermarket just over the road for drinks and essentials. Rooms were clean and cool, and bathrooms had good water pressure. There are excellent restaurants within a couple of minutes walk in either direction.
