Toscana Valley Hotel La Casetta

I love the location. It was very close to the mountain and I feel very private in this hotel.

The hotel room was big and clean. Very nice layout.

A beautiful and relaxing resort that feels like a small gated town. With its own restaurants, cafés, and charming streets, it’s the perfect place to unwind.

The only downside is transportation. Ride-hailing apps like Bolt and Grab don’t operate here, so the hotel arranges taxis, which are extremely expensive—our 11 km ride cost around ฿1,500. If you don’t have a private car, getting around can be quite inconvenient.

จุดการเลี้ยวรถออกจากโรงแรม มีความเสี่ยงหลายจุด เพราะต้นไม้ หรือ อาคารบัง การเลี้ยว น่าจะมี กระจกมอง ตรงสามแยก อาหารเย็น น่าจะบอกราคารวม หรือแจ้งในรายการตั้งแต่แรก มี vat 7% + service charge 10%

The airconditioner in the rooms making too much noise. Not very convenient for slightly handicapped persons.

The accommodation has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The environment is peaceful and ideal for relaxation.

There were many pigeon/gecko droppings on the balcony. Even after requesting cleaning, they were still present, which prevented us from enjoying the balcony as intended. This area should be maintained and cleaned more thoroughly.

Breakfast was good. Staff were generally helpful but definite room for improvement and a basic understanding of English language would be helpful.

No towels at the swimming pool. Plenty staff but not one who was able or willing to assist in any way. Basic stuff like restocking the fridge did not happen despite repeated request.

We had the top floor rented. 2 bathrooms and a big main area with king size bed. The AC was very quiet and really good. Beautiful architecture around the whole place. You can see how much effort they put into all details. I really love it.

The location is simply stunning! Surrounded by beautiful, Italian-inspired architecture, it's a picturesque setting.

While the exterior of the location is beautiful, the interior of the room left much to be desired. The outdated and poorly maintained facilities, particularly the bathroom, were a major drawback. The dim lighting also posed a safety concern for our children.

I like everything about the property. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Softdrinks are free from the mini bar, toiletries are all organic. So many amenities in the hotel and around toscana valley. Shuttle service around toscana is available anytime. People are nice and service is superb. We will surely comeback!

Beautiful surroundings. Peaceful. Isolated location. Nice breakfast. Nice architecture was like actually being in Tuscany which I have visited myself before so I can compare

A little overpriced. Didn’t seem to do small things well. Ie just 2 sachets in f basic coffee available in room. I requested a double bed when booking. Which was confirmed by the property by message. Yet had 2 single beds in room. That’s all

Weather at Toscana is amazing, better than Bangkok. The hotel had many green landscapes and my family enjoyed walking around.

It is too far from any facility and there is no supermarket nearby nor shops. Restaurants had limited menu and no Halal or nuts allergy food available. And the room service close at 10 pm so you will be forced to not be hungry till morning breakfast.

Breakfast has few choices, is not tasty and not worth the price.

The highlight for this place was definitely the landscape. It really makes us feel as if we're in Italy. There's not many tourists and people here during our stay, we felt really at ease and can wander around the area anytime we want. It was rather cool as well, we woke up and it was 22 deg at around 6+am. The place is really huge, and they provided buggy ride to Club Lago for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here for 1 night. Check-in was smooth as we checked-in in the evening. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were not too thin ans we had a good night sleep. The aircon was cold and amenities in the room was splendid. However do note that there isn't any iron and ironing board so you may need to being your own.

The hot water in the shower area was really hot and while showering, after we adjusted to the right temperature, It suddenly became extra hot and at times, very cold. We had to keep adjusting the temperature several times during shower. If you have children, don't leave them alone while showering as it will get very hot and may scald them. The lights were a bit too dim at night, given that it's yellow light.
