We had a fantastic stay here and truly enjoyed our time. The property is located in a quiet, peaceful area that offers a great escape from the hustle and bustle, while still being convenient to explore the surroundings.

Everything was great, but the only downside is that all the restaurants in the immediate surrounding area are quite expensive, especially by local standards. It would be helpful to have more reasonably priced dining options nearby.

מלון טוב מאוד, קרוב לכל אזורי האטרקציות, חדר גדול ומרווח, בריכה מקסימה, ארוחת בוקר קצת פחות לטעמי אבל זה מה שיש בתאילנד. המיקום מעולה, ובכלל קאו יאי הפתעה נהדרת ויפה, מומלץ מאוד.

ארוחת בוקר שתקלע קצת יותר למדינות אחרות.

8月に2泊朝食付で利用しました。部屋と敷地が広く快適でした。目的はカオヤイ国立公園観光。公園までは数キロ離れているので徒歩では大変ですが、周囲の環境が良いのと設備に期待が持てそうだったので選びました。チェックイン時にホテル内や関連レストランのクーポンがもらえて、食べたところ味は満足でした。プールとジムが無料で利用できました。

De locatie is goed voor het park Khao Yai. De kamer is ruim. Badkamer is prima en schoon. Bedden waren goed hard (voor sommigen zal dat wat onprettig kunnen zijn). Ontbijt is in buffetvorm en er is ontzettend veel keuze. De bar is leuk om wat te drinken. Leuke hapjes/snacks op de kaart. Het zwembad is heel chill en groot genoeg voor het aantal gasten.

Het resraurant vond ik wat aan de dure kant voor de kwaliteit.

Leider waren die Sitze am pool nicht mehr modern. Die Türen müssen mal neu gestrichen werden. Die Duschen sind schon abgenutzt.

Le restaurant Audrey est cher et pas top. On a pris les plat thaï au poulet et beaucoup de gras dans le poulet pas de saveur

หมอนนุ่มเกินไป นอนไม่สบายเลย โทรทัศน์ควรปรับปรุงอย่างมาก เป็นรุ่นที่ค่อนข้างเก่า ดูทีวีก็ไม่มีความชัด แถมยังไม่สามารถใช้ android tv ได้

المكان جميل جدا تحيط به الطبيعه من كل الاتجاه والخدمات ممتازه والموظفين لطيفين والافطار متنوع واعجبني فيهم ذكر لو كان الاكل حلال او لا

The location of Lacol Khao Yai is excellent, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The resort is large and very busy, particularly with Bangkok families escaping the city’s heat and pollution for Khao Yai’s cooler, cleaner mountain air.

The 80 m² Hillside Residence we booked was poorly furnished and felt like a low-budget IKEA showroom, complete with fake hollow books, an inexpensive sofa, and a basic throw rug. The bathroom design was especially poor, with one heavy sliding door that could close off either the toilet or the shower, but not both. The entire arrangement felt absurd. Breakfast was extremely crowded, and the healthy choices were very limited. Processed meats appeared in many dishes, including hot dogs in the fried rice. It was certainly an experience we will not forget, but we are very unlikely to return to this property.

Really nice hotel with high quality facilities. Excellent pool and cafe/bar with good range of drinks and food. Large very clean room.

The hotel whilst on a main road suffers from poor transport links. Travellers would be advised to have their own transport before arriving at the hotel. When we left the hotel we could not get a grab or bolt, the only taxi the hotel could find was one that charged 400 Baht, for a journey of just 2.7kms! Be aware.

We stay mostly at the Marriott “W” line of hotels which has exceptional beds. This Unit was equal to that of the studios we stay at the “W” hotels. Extremely comfortable and a very convenient location. Staff were excellent. Hotel food was excellent. Gym was a weak but for a few night stay, one can get by.

The pool and terrace of the restaurant are beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. We were happy that they had pet friendly rooms.

It's a pity that dogs aren't allowed on the terrace of the restaurants. We chose this hotel specifically because it was pet friendly. However, we ended up having to take our car to eat out at other restaurants that accepted our dog as we couldn't take our dog with us at any of the Lacol restaurants.

Excellent hostelry with great amenities, well priced.

I settled the bill and about thirty minutes into a five hour journey I received a call to say they had found another charge which they had missed. I had to turn around and go back to pay it. Total incompetence on their part.

Bathroom was not clean when we checked in to the room. We had to inforn the reception staff in order to clean the shower door and the surrounding area. They sent a cleaner upon request but the brown stain mark was still visible. I will not recommend for others to stay in this hotel.

​Ich hatte einen absolut gelungenen Aufenthalt im Lacol Khaoyai. Das Hotel ist wirklich super und punktet mit einem sehr freundlichen Personal, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Auch das Frühstück war klasse – eine tolle Auswahl, die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Besonders erfreulich: Zu meiner Reisezeit war sogar der Preis absolut in Ordnung für das, was geboten wird. ​Wer ein ruhiges und stilvolles Highlight in Khao Yai sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Beautiful location. Good, comfortable, clean room, swimming pool. Special efforts from the restaurant staff for providing vegetarian food. Very helpful, cheerful staff.

其實，整體上來說不錯。硬要說不好的地方，就是廁所的淋浴間沒有全玻璃門，只有半片，水會不小心沖到外面。還有，我們放了100元的小費，可是卻沒有傳說中折浴巾服務（傳說中泰國的飯店有這種服務，可能只在曼谷吧？！）

I travelled with 2 kids, the room is perfect for us which 2 queen beds. The staff is great. Buffet for breakfast is okay. The price is reasonable. We loved here.

Very close to Khao Yai National Park entrance and generally the location is very good, clean room, staff were nice, view was beautiful from the room. Breakfast was interesting cause its local food with some international options, but delicious and fresh.

Leider ein TV Empfang und Programm wie vor 30 Jahren. Für so ein Haus ein Armutszeugnis. WiFi genauso schlecht. Man wird dauernd rausgeworfen aus der Verbindung. Arbeiten nur mit eigenem Hotspot möglich.

It’s nice and cozy and good for group, family, friends

our second visit to this clean and very comfotable hotel in a beautiful location. beds very comfortable and rooms were quiet. great pool though can get busy at times with familes at weekends. Restaurant serves great breakfast with asian and western food. Dinner menu not extensive but plenty of choice. We arrived by car after driving from Bangkok airport. There is easy parking available, close to reception. staff very polite and most speak English

possibly wider menu in restaurant but it didnt really bother us. Overall the hotel is superb.

Leider ein TV Empfang und TV Programm das nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Für so ein Hotel leider beschämend.

We got a call from K.Knight the Duty Manager to give us the room upgraded! The room was spacious and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location was great.

Food was so so. The cleanliness can be improved. The bed and pillow were not so great. Parking space is limited.

Gutes Frühstücks Buffet, leider sind die Thaispeisen immer zu süss. Das übrige jedoch sehr reichhaltig.

Die Preise in Hauseigenen Restaurant sind obere Grenze. Und viele Gerichte überzuckert. Ich bestellte immer ohne Zucker. Somit besser als vor 2 Monaten! 350 THB für ein Glas wein war viel zu teuer. im übrigen Thailant bezahlt man max. 220 THB!
