Clean and neat rooms

Breakfast was fantastic. Had dinner at the hotel and it was good, tried only vegetarian food though. Room was spacious and comfortable, maintained clean.

Bathroom is too small and uncomfortable. Should have had hand shower units for side showering. We had no other option except to use the roof mounted shower unit. House keeping needs improvement, missed providing hand towel and mat the second day. As seasoned staff, they should have account of what should be filled in while changing.

Breakfast and Dinner was good.

The centralized air conditioning was not functioning properly, as it was unable to cool the room to at least 24°C.

La ubicación del hotel no estaba mal, ya que la mayoría de las atracciones se encuentran fuera del pueblo de Hospet.

Las instalaciones del hotel, en su mayoría no están en buen estado o les falta mucho mantenimiento. Por ejemplo: no tienen aire acondicionado en el lobby, en el área de juegos, ni en el restaurante. El área de gimnasio se encuentra muy abandonada y el área de la piscina también carece de mantenimiento y atención. El cuarto, también se notaba el abandono. Cerradura dañada, goteo del lavamanos, la ducha necesitaba cambio y el aire no se podía graduar. Lo más rescatable, sin duda es la atención del personal. El desayuno no cuenta con mucha variedad de un día para otro, pero cumple su cometido. Ojalá arreglen y le den mantenimiento a sus instalaciones, ya que se ve que en algún momento, fue un gran hotel.

If you order something from room service, you shouldn’t have to keep following up or wonder whether it will actually arrive. I asked for an extra towel, which never came, and an extra bottle of water, which also never arrived. I also ordered tea, which took nearly an hour to reach me despite multiple follow-ups. What makes this even more disappointing is that room service items are charged at almost double the regular price, so you expect a certain level of promptness and service. Unfortunately, the overall room service experience was quite disappointing and did not justify the premium pricing.

Needed to attend a wedding which was at 10.30. I had requested for an early check in. I was told if I checked in at 11 it was fine. Checking in anytime before that was chargeable. Receptionist Ms Nagarathna however offered to give us a room where we could change, and shower etc to attend wedding . When I reached the hotel, around 10 a.m, the same receptionist directed me to a smelly general wash room without privacy, at the hotel to change and get ready to the wedding. I was very surprised at this and asked to talk to the manager, she responded saying she was the senior most and we needed to talk only to her. We were getting late and the discussion was going nowhere, so we left to the attend the ceremony.

My stay at Royal Orchid Central Kireeti Hampi was truly exceptional. The room was spacious, immaculate, and maintained to perfection. What made the experience even more memorable was the incredible hospitality from every member of the team — from the manager and front desk staff to the room attendants, chefs, waiters, and security personnel. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel valued and special throughout our stay.

One thing we didn’t particularly like was the hotel’s location. Although Royal Orchid Central Kireeti Hampi is beautifully built and offers a comfortable stay, it is around 13 km away from the main Hampi temple area, and the road leading to the hotel can be quite challenging. Another important point for future guests: if you plan to dine at the hotel restaurant, it’s better to clear the payment after every meal instead of adding everything to the room bill. We noticed that during final checkout, additional charges like SGST, CGST, and service charges seemed to be applied again on the accumulated bill. Paying directly at the restaurant after each meal may help avoid confusion or extra charges later. We actually realized this after observing another guest settling their restaurant bill immediately after dining.

Close to the city, beautiful infrastructure,Great staff kind & courteous, great breakfast with half board, value for money and the best suite for my family was provided

The buffets are done in an open kitchen with an atrium above, they need better exhaust systems for the food cooking fumes to not stay within the hotel

The suite we booked was very spacious and clean. The hotel is well kept. The staff is friendly and efficient.

The breakfast buffet spread didn't give much options to choose from. The hotel can arrange a better menu for the money they are charging.

1. Location, Royal Orchid Central Keeriti is 600/700 mt away from the Bus Stand. It is accessible from all the important Tourist spots at Hampi 2. Ample of Parking Space especially for SUVs or large vehicles too.

1. They were absolutely not prepared to manage the Christmas crowd. Food quality and Taste was below average. Hygiene around the dining tables were poorly compromised. I can write 10 stories of poor customer service but it might not help is what i feel. 2. Cost of stay was over the roof for a basic room with basic amenities. 3. Some parts of the hotel looks new and some part looks as historic as Hampi. We felt cheated by booking. com. You cannot exploit your customers for profits like you did in this case. In our 20+ years of travelling, this experience was by far the poorest.

We ordered Mutton biryani for lunch, the meat was not fully cooked. The staff had not charged for that item but still it's a Negative reputation

The location was central to Hospete, 1km radius of the shopping district and 30mins drive to Hampi. The Executive room was huge, with 2 TVs, 1 main bathroom and 1 separate WC. The regular lunch and dinner was good in taste.

Breakfast was fine, nothing extraordinary. The bakery items were too dry to consume. The Christmas eve dinner was charged at 3000 plus taxes and the food was a 3 on 10 - i.e. very bad. The taste was poor, the Veg starters had no taste, all the food was cold. We didn't even attempt to take a second helping. The executive suit was not clean, we spotted cockroach and spiders

Property needs a bit of refurbishment (but the service makes up for it)

1.The TV in room did not work, despite complaint. 2. The bathroom had bath tub, which could not be used, one had to stand inside the tub to take bath. 3 At night The bathroom lights could not be switched off. 4. The water was not warm enough to take bath.

The property is beautiful with welcoming, smiling and helpful staff. The room was very clean and spacious enough for 3 of us. We still enjoyed the pool, even though it wasn't the best weather. Great hotel to stay at when exploring nearby Hampi.

The on-site restaurant had some service issues - we ordered 2 plates of pakoras and 3 x tea, after about 40 minutes wait, the pakoras arrived , then after another 15 minutes, the beverages arrived but they served us coffee and not tea... So had to wait some time again for the tea to be served. And by this time the pakoras were cold. We spoke to the on-site F&B Manager, and he provided a fresh serving of hot Pakoras (within 5 minutes), so we could enjoy with our tea.

Spazioso, tranquillo, profumato, piscina bellissima con acqua tiepida (solitamente nei giorni precedenti le piscine degli altri resorts avevano l'acqua fredda). Personale competente. È stato proprio piacevole. Ambiente pulito sia al ristorante che in camera. Servizio in camera veloce. Cibo buono!

La struttura necessita di qualche miglioria e manutenzione nella parte esterna. I muri andrebbero tinteggiati di nuovo, le ringhiere sistemate.

Nothing and a worst experience.

The owner and staff were playing with me. They had enough booking and they don't value booking.com at all. They said it is just booking portal and they decide how they allot rooms. They had enough and more booking for the day and simply ignored my bookin

Clean and well maintained even though the building is a bit old. Liked the breakfast spread and the pleasant flute music by Sri Keshav ji. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hospitality is top notch.

This property may have seen better days, but it now urgently needs an upgrade, not just in infrastructure, but also in terms of staff training and food quality. Starting with the check-in experience: although the hotel’s reservation desk had confirmed an extra bed at no additional cost, the front desk executive (Javed, if I recall correctly) insisted on charging extra and refused to honour the hotel's own written confirmation. At one point, he even said that unless we paid, the child wouldn’t be allowed - an unacceptable and unprofessional stance. Thankfully, the rest of the front desk staff were more courteous and helpful. The room itself was clean and fairly well-maintained, but the washroom clearly needs renovation. The hotel did accommodate our request for packed breakfast during an early checkout, which was appreciated. However, the breakfast options were limited, replenishment was slow, and overall food quality was mediocre. In summary, while the property is decent, it doesn’t offer value for money — especially when there are several better options available in the same price range.

Liked the location

Needs maintenance and better cleaning. We could see insects in the restaurant hovering over the food and AC was not working or not available in common areas. Room AC also was a challenge and despite repeated complaints they were unable to fix it.

Food was excellent. Linen was impeccable too. Staff was very courteous.

Exterior paint was found faded n lobby, interiors were not upto the mark, as found in other properties of Royal Orchid chain. Plucking of flowers by their own staff should be banned since quite a few staff members were seen plucking lawn flowers before leaving for home. Elec switches in the lobbies n plates outside the Lift Call button were stained n probably no efforts were made earlier to clean them either.

Location was great, well maintained, some of the staff were very good, polite and courteous. We were able to use cloak room. Breakfast was very good. Everything we ate at ala carte was good. The staff was helpful in extending stay for half day as our friend had a kid with them. Staff very helpful with the kid in general.

Early check-in unavailable, chicken in chicken biryani that my wife ordered at room was undercooked and didn’t taste good. Washroom at ground floor was a but smelly. Door bell of room was broken.

Loved that the hotel is in a prime location. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Housekeeping staff is very courteous and attentive. Pool is big and clean.

Food can be improved. The biryani was just above average.
