Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. They had milk in the fridge for the coffee!! And there was wine and cookies!!! Such a lovely touch! They brought fresh towels every day! The location was amazing! And the vibe was awesome!
The towels were a little gray and not fluffy. (But it did not take away from the beautiful experience! We would definitely stay again!)

Slight hassle to get to the place - no big deal No breakfast available nearby August is too hot. Plus 'Bein hazmanim' - very crowded in the city

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026המקום ממוקם בלב הסמטאות הקסומות של צפת, ממש בסמוך לסמטת האמנים. הנוף פשוט עוצר נשימה והצוות אדיב, נעים ומסביר פנים. ממליצים בחום על טיפולי המסאז' בספא – זכינו למטפלות מקצועיות ומדהימות שהפכו את החוויה למפנקת במיוחד. גם החמאם מומלץ מאוד ומשלים את החוויה בצורה מושלמת. מקום נהדר להתפנק, להירגע וליהנות מהאווירה המיוחדת של צפת.
לצד כל הדברים הטובים, היו גם כמה נקודות שפגעו בחוויה. במהלך השהות התארחו מעלינו אורחים שהזיזו רהיטים בשעות הלילה, והרעש הקשה מאוד על השינה. בנוסף, כשהגענו למקום רמת הניקיון לא הייתה כפי שציפינו והיה מקום להקפדה רבה יותר בנושא..

The view from the rooftop was breathtaking. His was a major splurge for us and we do not regret it one bit. R

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025The room was spacious, pleasant, and romantic, decorated with a variety of artworks by local artists. When we arrived, a delightful box of cookies and a bottle of wine were waiting for us. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. The rubber seal in the shower had come loose and was slightly moldy. We informed the staff, and they immediately sent someone who replaced it. The lovely Janine came around the tables at breakfast, introduced herself, and asked about our well-being and satisfaction. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2025נהנינו. תודה המיקום היה מצויין. החדרים גדולים. השירות מעולה. המחיר סביר. הארוחת בוקר בשבת הייתה בינונית. הייתי שמח לקצת יותר פירוט לגבי צ'ק אין/האוט בשבת. וגם היה נחמד אם היה לפחות פרי אחד או קינוח בארוחת בוקר המלון בסגנון מלון בוטיק אירופאי, יש חשיבה על פרטים והמקום מעוצב בטעם.

Повсюду мандалы, прописанные пасуками с теилим. В общем, прекрасное место, в сердце старого города, задающее тон путешествию по воздушному Цфату.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2025We booked a large family room and were pleasantly surprised — it turned out to be a separate house with its own rooftop terrace! The terrace has cozy sofas and tables, and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. When we arrived, we realized we were running late for a wine tasting at Recanati. The staff quickly helped us arrange a taxi and even contacted the organizers so they would wait for us. That was very kind and much appreciated! Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to visit the spa with the hammam. The hotel grounds are very clean, and there's a small pond with colorful fish — a lovely touch. Highly recommended! We only stayed one night, and we wish it had been longer.
Check-out is quite early, although of course no one rushed us — the staff was very polite and understanding.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2023A perfect location to explore Tzefat. Rooms were comfortable, charming and a little quirky. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Outdoor space was ideal to relax and chill after walking around the old city.
Towels were a bit tired but if that’s all I can find then clearly not worth worrying about.

The room was not cleaned after the first day, towels were not changed, bed not made etc. We asked for this to be done but were told they would not do it and would prefer to return our payment for the next day, which they did. This is not a hotel. It is a lodging house in a rather awkward location accessed via many steps. There is no breakfast or food. Parking has to be done remotely meaning bags lifted over many steps. The wifi did not work for our stay and other guests complained. The gentleman who the owner left in charge who seemed to be unfamiliar with the concept of customer service.
