The place is close to Calle Crisologo but the area is decent enough especially at night. The staff are also accommodating.

Need bigger parking space

The hotel has a great location, and the service was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate shower and toilet area. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. It’s also an eco-friendly hotel. Instead of providing bottled water, they provide a whole glass pitcher of drinking water. If you need a hairdryer, you can simply ask the front desk for one. I honestly can’t think of anything negative about our stay. We really loved it here and had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

No consideration for PWD. staircase is hard to navigate if one is dependent on a cane. Bookings did not indicate there is no elevator. 😒

We booked 3 rooms and they were all very clean. Bed linen was new, white and fresh. The room had ample space for luggage. The air conditioning was already turned on when we arrived so the room was nice and cool. One of the rooms we booked had a veranda and although basic (just a table and chairs) was a cozy spot to just sit and enjoy the surroundings-even if the house next door was dilapidated and covered with vegetation-very peaceful. The hotel is in a quiet location but also very central to a lot of the main activities of the town. You can either walk or take a very reasonably priced kalesa (horse and carriage) local ride to take you around and if you want-wait for you. The staff is very helpful providing guests with information (a laminated pamphlet) on where to go, what to see, opening times, etc.

Limited parking for guests. Although the bed linen was nice and clean, the towels in the room were a bit old, frayed and thinning. Breakfast was basic and limited but we were 5 people and the staff still gave us breakfast for 6 people because we booked 3 rooms - which was a nice surprise. There is no elevator to get to the rooms so you will have to climb several flights of stairs. Wasn’t an issue for us but could be a consideration for others. The rooms didn’t have refrigerators but we were able to store our cold food in the hotel refrigerator. The shower was also a bit weak in terms of water pressure. The staff were all very helpful and did their best to keep us all comfortable so, really minor inconveniences. We would come back again.

Perfect place to stay in with great location, great staff, good breakfast, but most of all honest people. I left my watch and rings in the room and they called and mailed them to me. I’m grateful and happy to have stayed there.

Nothing about this hotel I disliked. Rooms are a reasonable size and very clean. Nice breakfast as well. It was also within walking distance from the center of Vigan.

Staff was exceptional and the room was just right! Nicest place I've stayed in the Philippines. So clean and loved the painting detail on the ceiling. Fresh water in your room is a nice touch. Also, the location is convenient to everything and still quiet at night.

Didn't really like being made to wait while my room was inspected before I could leave. I'm a normal guest (no problems, cordial with the staff) so no reason to make me wait before letting me go.

There was a power outage in whole of Vigan. Unfortunately even though they did have a generator, the AC was very weak.

Schönes kleines Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum touristischen Zentrum. Alle Angestelltenl war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sowohl beim Checkin als auch während meines gesamten Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer waren ausreichend gross und das Bett gross und bequem. Beim Frühstück kann man aus verschiedenen Optionen (Filipino, Continental) auswählen. Das kleine kontinentale Frühstück (Toast , Butter, Marmelade, Spiegeleier, Obst) war für mich persönlich ok. Ich blieb drei Nächte und war alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

The staff are friendly and accommodating! The hotel is tidy. It also has a receiving area for guests making it very homey.

Fantastic location right in the city center and to my surprise it was very quiet. The rooms are great as well - big and clean! The staff is wonderful! It really can’t get any better.

No elevator, stairs tor seniors will be a problem but we just stayed on the second floor, there’s a 3rd floor I think. Staff will help carrying your luggage.

Location wasn’t the best but convenient to where we wanted to go.

Location is perfect. walking distance to the all travel sites yet away from the noisiest spots in Vigan; though noise from passing small motorcycle from the main street can be heard every now and then; but it was acceptable cuz it's not that frequent. More frequent during day time, though. Staffs were helpful and nice. rooms were ok, sound proofing is not great. I could hear the alarm clock from the guest who is staying 3 rooms away from mine. breakfast is typical Filipino breakfast, good enough to get you going. Ok clean, but for the location, I believe this is one of the better choice for its price. Besides, it's a spanish era building converted to a cute small hotel.

It’s located in a quiet street but close to everything (stores, Calle Crisologo, Vigan market, Plaza Burgos and Cafe Leona) They even reserved a parking space for us The staff were friendly and very accommodating They were attentive to our requests pre check-in and addressed our concerns immediately

The aircon in our room was noisy so we had to keep it in LOW mode

Breakfast ok, u can have coffee or juice, but not both. If u arrive to check in an hour earlier than 2 pm u get charged extra.

Very friendly staff. They far succeeded my expectations! Will definitely be back when I come back to the Philippines. My country (U.S) needs to take a lesson from LaVie as far as friendliness and cleanliness.

It was truly great, I enjoyed every moment of my stay in this hotel, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even checked in a family member at short notice in a spare room which was a great help, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Vigan, the breakfast is very tasty and I really liked the balcony connected to my room too, everything was so clean and everything like restaurants to tourist attractions were within walking distance. A pleasure to stay here.

Location (provided one can find the hotel, which is a real challenge), attentive and good staff, breakfast, parking.

Location is NOT where it appears on Google map. It took time to locate the place. The correct location is Zushi Me Vigan. When offered to discuss the matter with the management, there was no reply. Communication with the management in general was poor; they either don't reply or do so after days, ignore messages. This unacceptable attitude is in contrast with the staff members, who do their best and deserve every credit.

Its near to everything

There was this neighbors dogs just in-front of the hotel that keeps on barking starting at 3am

Overall, our stay was great. The staffs there were also accommodating. Hotel was really near to all touristy places in Vigan.

The hotel is kinda expensive. It didn't have the basic complimentary stuff like I expected like water bottles and hotel slippers. But overall our stay was still great.

Internet was down our whole stay so my family member trying to work during down time wasn’t able to. One of the rooms we booked (we booked 3) had a broken body wash dispenser and when it was reported we were not given another option (maybe a bottle of body wash or something).

Hotel is small and in nice position. Its near the city a and we were able to walk around and see everything what is nice to se in Vigan. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff was helpfull and nice to us.

Just the breakfast was little disappointment. It was tasty, just usually we are getting two eggs for breakfast, here they gave us just one egg. One egg and some toast bread. It was not enough for my husband and my son. :-) We got also tasty oranges.

The service was great and the location was quiet and near all the great sites. Would definitely come stay here again when we come back to Vigan. The breakfast was also definitely worth it. They set it up at the balcony at the time you choose.

This was a great hotel! Staff was always available. The breakfast service was excellent because they prepared our table out on our room balcony. I felt like royalty. The hotel is also beautiful. The room was very comfortable and clean and a nice size. I really enjoyed our stay. The parking was easy and it is in a great location to experience the heart of Vigan City.
