Wifi no llegaba bien a la habitacion, nunca logramos que nos dieran una toalla para las manos, El baño estremadamente pequeño y con tanto calor ese ventilador no alcanzaba. Dejamos las valijas y al volver a retirarlas pedimos un baño y nos dijeron que solo habia en las habitaciones. No lo recomiendo

A funcionária apos meu check-out me afrontou dizendo que eu deveria ir embora do hotel sendo que havia 1 sofá para poder esperar um pouco mais ate horario do meu voo. Ela cronometrou minha saida! O sofá na verdade é onde ela fica deitada o dia todo quando nao esta dizendo Bom dia ou Boa Noite, entendi que estava atrapalhando o sossego dela pedi meu táxi e saí correndo de la.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026La posizione in centro a Parigi è fantastica. Ci sono bar, ristoranti e negozi molto vicini per pasti e colazione (non inclusa). Musei e attrazioni facilmente raggiungibili. Fermata Metro comoda.
Colazione non inclusa. Non c'è ascensore, e portare le valigie fino al 5 piano è faticoso e complicato. Non c'è aria condizionata. In estate (specialmente le calde estati degli ultimi anni) può essere difficile resistere. Il ventilatore in dotazione chiaramente non è sufficiente. Le camere sono piccole e con poco spazio: non è possibile lavorare o rimanere in camera se non per le funzioni di base (dormire e doccia).

The towels and linen were not the cleanest, even though the towels were being changed every day. We had to leave the key at the reception every time we went out, which was not for my liking, because anyone could present as me and take the key to my room. It has no elevator, so it was a bit tiring for every time to go to the fourth floor on foot.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026We really liked the location, beautiful balcony giving a great view of the lovely street. Staff were consistently friendly and the room had a fan to help cool it down.
There is no lift, and we were on the fifth floor. Luckily we had no suitcases but if you do or have mobility issues maybe do not book. We also had to return the key every time we went out, which was kind of fair when explained they only had one copy of each, but was a bit odd to think that all our valuables etc were in there.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Posizione fantastica, la stanza era piccolina ma per due notti è andata più che bene! La mia stanza era al sesto piano senza ascensore, come tante strutture a Parigi. La vista però ripagava lo sforzo, dalla mia camera si intravedeva anche Notre Dame.
Aggiungerei un asciugamano piccolo (in stanza è presente solo un asciugamano medio), il cuscino era davvero troppo morbido, un po' scomodo.

Um sexto andar, sem elevador, num prédio antigo. Um cubículo numas águas furtadas. Sem televisão. Sem tomada de corrente na casa de banho minúscula. Não foi possivel usar maquina de barbear. Sem espaço para colocar a mala de viagem. Uma ventoinha de mesa, barulhenta, era o "ar condicionado" no quarto que mais calor recebe durante o dia de verão de Paris. Tive de pedir uma toalha de rosto, pois forneceram apenas uma toalha de banho. O duche era num cubículo onde não faltaram cotoveladas...

A rua tem muitos bares, então a noite é bem barulhenta e como não tem ar condicionado, na dá pra fechar a janela, então no verão isso é um problema. As escadas são sempre um problema em Paris. O hotel não tem elevador.

The room is very plain, no TV and NO AIR CONDITIONER so it’s hot in the summer months. You have to open the windows to get air but then it’s very loud because it’s on a busy street. Also you have to turn your key in every time you leave and pick it up when you return. It wasn’t a problem for us but was weird as I have never experienced that before. These are very basic accommodations but you get what you pay for.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido bastante decepcionante y, sinceramente, no lo recomendaríamos. Antes de nuestra llegada habíamos solicitado, por problemas de salud, una habitación en una planta baja o fácilmente accesible. Sin embargo, nos asignaron una habitación en la quinta planta de un edificio sin ascensor. Desde el primer día comentamos esta situación en recepción y nos dijeron que quizá podrían cambiarnos de habitación, pero que, en caso de ser posible, el cambio sería únicamente para la última noche de nuestra estancia. Finalmente, ni siquiera se realizó ese cambio. Otro de los principales problemas fue el olor constante a humedad y a cerrado de la habitación. Cuando lo comenté en recepción, fue la propia recepcionista quien me explicó que ese olor podía deberse a que las habitaciones se limpiaban con las ventanas cerradas. Nosotros intentábamos solucionarlo abriendo las ventanas y ventilando bien la habitación. Incluso después de dejarla ventilando y marcharnos durante todo el día, cuando regresábamos por la tarde o por la noche volvía a tener exactamente el mismo olor a cerrado. La limpieza y el mantenimiento también dejaron bastante que desear. El suelo no estaba correctamente limpio y algunas de las toallas tenían manchas. Cuando lo comentamos, nos explicaron que no se trataba de suciedad, sino de manchas de óxido. Aun así, consideramos que unas toallas en ese estado no deberían entregarse a los huéspedes. Como punto positivo, queremos destacar que la chica de recepción fue amable y nos proporcionó toallas nuevas sin ningún problema cuando se lo pedimos. También nos preocupó especialmente el estado de la ducha. El suelo estaba hecho de piedras y varias de ellas estaban sueltas, por lo que había que ir con bastante cuidado al ducharse para no pisarlas mal o hacerse daño. Consideramos que es algo que debería repararse, no solo por comodidad, sino también por seguridad.

Patio doors opened onto a balcony shared with other rooms. It was extremely hot in the heatwave but did not feel safe to sleep with the doors open, which were the only windows. It was noisy onto Rue de Rivoli.

So hot but happily the windows opened, we slept with them open and I always get bitten by mosquitos. Not the hotel’s fault it’s a heat wave though, I love this hotel

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026La ubicación es correcta (aunque del metro y de caminar mucho no te quita nadie) y el servicio de habitaciones cumple. En general no está sucio.
Las escaleras son realmente un tema, hasta 6 pisos (nosotros estuvimos en la quinta planta), aunque estés bien de las rodillas, agota tras varios días de patear la ciudad. Tampoco había aire acondicionado... Y aunque abriendo las ventanas se estaba bien, entró bastante ruido y nos entró un mosquito que nos dio la noche uno de los días. El baño era exageradamente pequeño y, tras el check-in, el desagüe de la ducha estaba con pelos (lo limpiaron la mañana siguiente tras pedirlo). No tenían tele tampoco, que es algo que puedes llegar a agradecer alguna noche. A nuestra habitación no llegaba el wifi del hotel.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026De locatie is heel goed. Het zit in de buurt van het Louvre en de Notre- Dame. Wel zit het verder van de Eiffeltoren, maar je kunt daar heen met de metro om de hoek. De kamers zijn schoon, het personeel is vriendelijk. Er waren lakens/ 2 handdoeken en zeep/ shampoo. Wel jammer, dat er geen airco was, wel stond er een waaier. De ramen konden wel open, beter gebruik je een muggen spray om ze te weren.

エレベーターがないので7階までスーツケースを上げなければならない。 部屋に湯沸かしポットがない。ただし2階の台所にポット、冷蔵庫、電子レンジがあり使用可。

The bed was very narrow and uncomfortable for two people, especially during the 35°C heatwave. Our room was on the fifth floor, which was difficult for me because of my injured leg. It would be helpful to make this clear before booking.

Гвинтові сходи, немає ліфту, що треба врахувати людям з багажем або з труднощами пересування. Відсутній кондиціонер. Матрац потребує більш глибокого чищення. В решті все добре.

Yatak rahat değildi. Tv ve klima yok. Klima olmadığını bilerek tuttuk biz ama yazın gideceklerin bilgisi olsun tüm öğleden sonra 21.00’e kadar güneş alıyor. Vantilatör yeterli olmuyor. Ve en önemlisi internet yok gibi kabul edin. Kendi internetinizi kullanmak zorunda kalıuorsunuz. Biz 6 gün kaldık ama 6 gün boyunca temizlik yapılmadı sadece çarşaflar ve havlular düzeltildi. Kışın kalacaklar için yorganın nevresimi yok.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026La ubicación es excelente, ideal para caminar la zona próxima a Notre Dame y cercana a estaciones de Metro (ideal para acceder a diferentes puntos de la ciudad). Llegué en plena ola de calor: no hay aire acondicionado, pero el ventilador ayudó a sobrellevarlo. La habitación era pequeña y en el último piso tipo altillo, con baño reducido con ducha y el lavatorio afuera. Lo mejor: la vista abierta a la calle. La recepción está en el primer piso y en total son seis pisos. La limpieza fue adecuada y el personal muy atento, lo que hizo la estadía más agradable pese a las incomodidades.
El hotel no tiene ascensor; las escaleras son altas y el último tramo en caracol puede complicar si llevás valijas grandes.

Tuvaletlerdeki havalandırmanın üzerindeki kirlerin düzenli temizlenmesi gerekiyor kötü bir görüntü. Ve klima olmadığını bilerek gittim ama fan, çatı katı odaları yazın soğutmak için çok yetersiz. Fiyatı performansa göre yüksek kalıyor.

Podczas mojego pobytu w Paryżu trwała fala upałów. W hotelu nie ma klimatyzacji. W pokoju było bardzo gorąco. Znajdował się tam jedynie wiatrak. Ulica jest bardzo głośna. W pokoju słychać hałasy z okolicy.
