Carolina is brilliant soo helpful, nothing is to much trouble. I also really enjoyed the nature, such a beautiful place 😍 it was really easy to get a tucktuck (with the help of Carolina!) and the bus into the centre of Jardin

Un hotel tranquilo y perfecto para desconectarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Su ubicación junto al río crea un ambiente muy relajante, ideal para descansar mientras se observan diversas aves y el entorno natural. Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero cómodas y limpias, ofreciendo todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable.

En la región del café, nos dieron café instantáneo, para nada grata la experiencia del café en la mañana.

El lugar es precioso, limpio, pero saben qué es lo mejor... el personal! La mujer que atiende es la persona más atenta y servicial que he conocido. Literalmente su don de servicio está en otro nivel, siempre procurando hacerte sentir cómodo y ayudándote a organizar itinerario, tours, es maravillosa.

A beautiful property on the bank of a river, surrounded by trees, and flowers, and birds. A lovely place to relax and recharge. Carolina and the other wonderful women (I regret I didn't learn their names) were exceptionally kind and sweet. It is clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the property and I appreciated the colourful mural in my room and the other aesthetic details. Whether relaxing in my cozy room with a good selection of cable channels, or sitting out on the balcony or on the swinging bench listening to the sounds of nature, I felt very content throughout my stay.

Las camas no son confortables. La cama que usé fue demasiado suave, tengo dolor de espalda como resultado. Lo más serio, falta de agua potable! La toxina vez buscaré un lugar que provee agua potable. Otra cosa importante, no pude usar mi tarjeta de crédito para hacer la reservación y para cancelar la factura final. Muy frustrante.

Stationnement restreint et pas très pratique avec une pente très abrupte pour accéder à l'hôtel Matelas étroit et pas confortable pour deux personnes. Espace de chambre restreint. Notre chambre de bain privée était située à l'extérieur de la chambre, ce qui n'était pas pratique

El parqueadero es incómodo, es a las afueras del pueblo, no tiene sabanas blancas como muestra la foto. La verdad muy diferente a como se ve en las fotos

El estacionamiento, había muchos autos y bloqueaba la salida de otros. Había una cerradura rota en la habitación.

A bit far from town and deep down in a valley. Not great for walking to/from town and no restaurants or other facilities close by. River can be a little stinky.

La ubicación para las personas que deseen un espacio alejado de ruidos artificiales y más bien tener ruidos relajantes de la naturaleza, es perfecta. Se escucha el río sonar y es muy tranquilo el lugar. Claudia, la persona que nos recibió es muy muy amable y así mismo nos atendieron en el desayuno.

La habitación era muy pequeña para tres personas y la puerta principal tenía problemas con el cierre. La luz del baño se apagaba como si se quedara sin energía o carga, tal vez mejorar un poco los aspectos de las habitaciones sirve.

If you're coming here to party and come back drunk at 3am, and very loud with no respect for others who are sleeping, don't come! I stayed 2 nights thinking I would get proper sleep but that didn't happen! 3am woken by drunks, second morning, 6 am!! It's a bit far from town and the main road is busy and not good for walking .

El lugar tiene una entrada muy estrecha y tuvimos un percance a la hora de entrar ya que llovió y para subir es una falda con una curva muy estrecha, la habitación si estaba aseada pero no era lo que esperabamos

A very quiet location that is out of town. The staff are lovely. The views are beautiful. If you are arriving you can flag down a tuk in town. This costs 8000. You can also use the blue local bus which runs once an hour, from the square. This just costs 2000.

Location was nice and peaceful

Room was very humid, smelly and had mold in it. Lacked privacy as the window opened onto the path where people walk so if you want to be in the room you have to leave the window closed.

The hotel location is less than 10 minutes from Jardin’ principal park. It is perfect if you are looking for a quiet location and close to town. It is located on a mountain/hill with a river in the bottom which makes it so relaxing . The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but definitely could have stayed more. The staff is the best part of this hotel. They go above and beyond for all guests to accommodate your needs. Also internet is high speed.

Great family cottage on the hill with a wondeful truck bed for children. Good service and great surroundings.

Beds are little bit outdated and could get a comfort upgrade, although the overall experience is still great. Like glamping in the hills.

Amazing location! It was a pleasure just sitting and listening to the sound of the river after daily hickinhg. Nice breakfast, kind and helpful staff, peaceful place.

Calm, lazy place, when you can take a rest. Outside the Jardin, but it's a walking distance or mototaxi for 7000. Comfortable bed, hot shower, laundry service and lots of space to dry clothes.

Somewhat inconvenient getting to and from Jardin, had to rely on tuk tuks since there isn’t a sidewalk along the road for walking. Also, there are friendly dogs on the grounds (I love animals), however, they barked throughout the night. Also rooms were warm and could only cool by opening wooden window doors- which did not permit privacy.
