Mais quelle belle surprise cette endroit ! Tout était magique entre nature et le son du ruisseau. Magnifique. La gérante prend beaucoup de soin de cette endroit et on y voit sa touche partout. Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel et super généraux. Une petite cuisine est à disposition des clients (gros point, car très pratique pour les familles avec enfants comme nous)

La atención es excelente, las instalaciones muy bonitas, el hotel es muy acogedor, es mucho mejor de lo que esperaba... volvería muchas veces más.

Yessie is een erg vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw, we kregen van haar een kamerupgrade, het ontbijt is het beste wat we in Colombia hadden, de ligging is perfect, midden in de natuur en op 5min met de tuk-tuk naar het gezellige Jardin.

Yessie is een geweldige gastvrouw, die steeds voor je klaarstaat en er alles aan doet om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het ontbijt is het beste wat we gehad hebben in Colombia. De ligging is perfect, midden in de natuur waar je heel wat vogels kan zien, en met een tuk-tuk ben je zo in het gezellige Jardin. We hadden er allen gerust langer willen blijven 😊

TODO ES EXCELENTE. El personal es muy amable, servicial y colaborador. Yesenia y su familia son excelentes personas. El hotel está en medio de la naturaleza, escuchar el río y ves aves todo el tiempo. Del pueblo está a tan solo 6 minutos en carro, 30 caminando. Siempre hay café, té y agua para consumir. Juegos de mesa. Te explican los tours y cualquier duda que tengas. Todo excelente.

Los dueños son gente muy formal y amables, las habitaciones muy limpias y el desayuno aparte de delicioso variado y muy bien presentado, volvería seguro.

Mooie rustige plek iets buiten Jardin. Auto is wel handig maar anders kun je gebruik maken van tuk tuk. Hele aardige behulpzame eigenaresse, geeft ook veel tips over de omgeving. Uitstekend ontbijt met veel aandacht klaargemaakt. Verschillende terrasjes buiten waar je lekker kan zitten (zowel in de zon als in de schaduw) Drinkwater en koelkast beschikbaar. Klein hotel maar 4 kamers. Een kamer is zonder ramen, we werden overgeboekt naar een grotere kamer met ramen. De 2 persoonsbedden zijn wel heel klein, meer een twijfelaar maar dat lijkt overal zo te zijn in Colombia.

Struttura bellissima e staff meraviglioso. Per chi cerca un posto fuori dal centro abitato immerso nella natura con gli uccelli che si posano sugli alberi di fronte. La colazione era ottima. La struttura è un'ottima base per i trekking. Anche andare in città è possibile con una passeggiata lunga o volendo ci sono i tuk tuk che vi portano in cinque minuti, i prezzi sono fissi per tutti i tuk tuk. Il letto è comodo come la doccia. Anche gli animali della struttura, cane e gatti, son affettuosi. Super consigliata. La proprietaria vi aiuterà in tutto parla anche un ottimo inglese

El lugar es mágico y las aves lo saben, excelente atención, un desayuno delicioso y dulzura para las mascotas. Todo lo que está bien ✨💙

El lugar es hermoso y demasiado tranquilo, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, la anfitriona es muy amable. El desayuno espectacular 10/10. Y el detalle de tener café y aromática a disposición de los huéspedes muy valioso. Realmente es un lugar súper recomendado, fácil acceso y muy cerquita al pueblo.

Die Unterkunft ist an einer wunderschönen Lage, es ist ruhig und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war mega lecker. In keiner anderen Unterkunft gab es so ein tolles Frühstück🤭 Die Besitzerin ist sehr herzlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann es wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

The setting next to the river is spectacular! Our host Janier was so attentive, accommodating, and helpful. A former fireman, he even jumped in to assist our friend in a medical situation, taking his blood pressure.

Todo súper bien. Teníamos un cumplimentado y nos decoraron la mesa del desayuno, muy querida la sra Yesenia. Todo 10 de 10.

El personal es muy amable. Es un lindo detalle que al realizar la reserva te envíen información sobre restaurantes y pongan a disposición los números y recomendaciones de distintos servicios. Siempre están pendientes de ti antes de tu llegada, así mismo para recibirte cuando llegas. Es posible prepararte un café en la cocina a la hora que desees, guardar algo que lleves en una nevera y tiene unas zonas comunes con una gran vista a la naturaleza. Cuenta con parqueadero privado al interior del hotel y el precio incluye desayuno. Las camas son cómodas y tienen un buen catálogo en la televisión.

La ubicación: El hotel se encuentra ubicado en una vereda a las afueras de Jardín. No es posible ir a pie hasta el pueblo para recorrer sus calles, se debe tomar un mototaxi que te recoja en el hotel y otro de regreso, aclarando que muy entrada la noche los mototaxis que te pueden regresar escasean. Esto puede ser una ventaja para quienes buscan conexión con la naturaleza y descanso total. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas. Se escucha bastante el ruido de otros huéspedes (hablando por teléfono, abriendo la puerta de sus cuartos, etc.)

Es un lugar demasiado agradable, muy bien ubicado y la vía de acceso está en perfecto estado, el personal es súper amable, las habitaciones son amplias y tienen todo lo necesario y más, Yesenia es muy buena anfitriona, la casa es hermosa, tranquila y muy acogedora. El desayuno incluido es delicioso.

das beste Frühstück in Kolumbien, sehr nette Familie. Wir bekamen ein großes Zimmer für den gleichen Preis. Stadtnähe, schnell mit dem Auto oder Tuktuk zu erreichen. Blick auf den Regenwald und Fluß. Etliche Vögel sind dort zu beobachten. Als Abschiedsgeschenk eine schöne Tasse mit Vogelmotiven, nochmals vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

La atención de Doña Yesenia y su recibiemiento fueron excelentes, muy amable y muy comodo el lugar, perfecto para desconectarse y pasar un tiempo agradable. Nos encanto la compañia de Sky, una perrita del hotel demasiado hermosa, sin duda alguna volveriamos.

Todo me gusto, por lo cual, no hay ninguna queja.

Me hospedé con mis padres y mi perro durante 3 días y 2 noches. El Hotel es espectacular, tiene todas las comodidades que esperas para una instancia campestre. El desayuno estuvo 10/10. El alojamiento queda a las afueras del pueblo aprox a 3-4 min en carro. Hay una cocina con nevera compartida para guardar lo que sea necesario. Yesenia siempre estuvo muy atenta en todo momento. Si están buscando un lugar donde alojarse con su mascota y disfrutar de la naturaleza, la Sultana será la mejor opción.

El personal del local se pasa de amable, nos cuidaron como si fuéramos familia, además tenían a disposición 24 horas café ☕ insignia de la región (importante para amantes del café y para jardín y su cultura cafetera). La habitación preciosa y muy limpia, es particularmente delicioso dormir mientras escuchar el sonido del rio que pasa junto al hotel

Difícil decidir que fue lo que nos gusto más !!! Todo impecable, limpio, organizado, comida deliciosa, atención personalizada, buena ubicación y es un lugar super acogedor.

Nous avons tout aimé mais surtout notre hôte a été très professionnelle. Toujours le sourire, elle nous a donné de bon conseils et nous a amené 2 fois en ville. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel où nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Wszystko: W cenie jest wspaniałe śniadanie, korzystanie z infrastruktury obiektu ( jest wnęka kuchenna do korzystania), woda pitna bez ograniczeń. Pokoje tematyczne. Cena jest spora za jedną noc, ale jest tego wart.

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń co do obiektu.

De host stond open voor vragen en kon fijne tips geven. De locatie was top, lekker rustig maar toch dichtbij het centrum met een tuktuk. Het ontbijt was ook erg lekker hier! We hebben zelfs nog gebruik gemaakt van het keukentje om een avond een simpel gerecht te maken. Zeker aanrader om hier te verblijven!

It was a difficult road to walk into town on as no pavement, but I managed. And a taxi is about 2 dollars.

My son and I arrived at La Sultana suffering with a stomach bug and were taken really good care of by Yessi and her family, who even got us medication. Thank you Yessi! The hotel is a very relaxing place to be, with loads of birds including hummingbirds seen from the balcony. The breakfast was lovely and the personal service was amazing.

The hotel is a bit out of town, but as a result is very peaceful and town is only a short and inexpensive tuk-tuk/taxi journey away.

Wonderful friendly hosts, quick answer to questions, free coffee + tea, wonderful friendly dog 🤭and a very excellent breakfast 🥞🥝🫐🥭

The owners are amazing and they were super welcoming. The location is close to Jardín and you can hear the river running and the birds. Very comfortable place to stay at.

Sky is a beautiful dog, she made us feel like home. Yesenia was a great host and the place is a great option in terms of value/cost.

Setting is quiet out of town and comfy community area to sit and relax. Breakfast is great. Rooms differ from small to large; not all rooms have window so be aware if you need fresh air

It takes tuktuk to go to village. Not expensive and easily arranged but makes stay a bit less spontaneous. Overall OK and pleasant but a bit pricey for quality of room.

Silent location with many birds. Clean rooms, big terrace, friendly staff.

La Sultana is located a few meters inside across the main road leading to Jardin. This makes a huge difference as it's a quiet place with an abundance of birds in the morning.

They charge around 10% more than what is stated in the booking. They claim this is a technical issue beyond their control, but I find it unsatisfactory. Additionally, two of the rooms are located on the path leading to the kitchen, which is not ideal in terms of privacy.

The location is fabulous, very quiet with great birdwatching from the hotel. The hosts were top notch…They were super helpful. The breakfast was delicious! The beds were comfortable and the water was hot! I wish we had the time to stay longer.

The place is pretty and clean breakfast was good. He asked us what we wanted to have for breakfast, I choose scrambled eggs with arepa, cheese, bread and chocolate, there was a few other options but not that much. Breakfast was tasty and I was full. you can hear the river which makes it very relaxing, there are chairs to relax while talking or reading something. There's a friendly dog and some cats. WiFi was good, the water in the shower is hot, I didn't find a way to turn it off and forgot to asked for it. You don't need hot water there.

It's a bit far from the city town. You have to take a taxi or walk around 40 mins. We pay 6500 Cop for the mototaxi to the park. Someone told us it's not good to walk in that area at night but I don't know. It looks safe though.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent, peaceful. The rooms and building were charming and filled with good vibes and love.
