Žemas įvertinimas už savininkų nesąžiningumą. Kai sumoki už dvivietį kambarį, o gauni ekonominės klasės kambarį. Tai vertėtų, bent jau atsiprašyti, o ne įrodinėti, kad tai kambarys, už kurį sumokėta. Gėda!

Szobában napközben nagyon meleg volt /kint 32 fok/, nem volt klíma.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Habe Frühstück gebucht, wollte jedoch per Mail ein Frühaufsteher- Frühstück (Glocknerkönig) keine Antwort weder per Telefon noch per Mail erreichbar. Das Ergebnis war natürlich.. kein Frühstück. Im Hotel gegenüber (beinahe Jugendherberge) gab es zumindest ein Lunchpaket

Negativ war leider die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer aber noch mehr die Kommunikation bzw nicht vorhandene Kommunikation. Leider wurden mehrere Nachrichten, sowohl auf Booking wie WhatsApp ignoriert. Es gab leider nur die Option mit Frühstück und als wir wussten das geht sich für uns nicht aus wurde mehrfach um eine Lösung gefragt. Alles ignoriert. Nun für 2x Frühstück bezahlt und nicht konsumiert. Haben gebeten es zb Abends bzw mit Lunchpaket gegen zu rechnen. Keine Antwort auf 3 Nachrichten und Anrufe. Naja schade.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Checking in was easy, the owner Mike was super nice, the room was lovely. Tastefully furnished, equipped with all the necessary comforts; above all, the highlight: the mattress. Ooh what a sleep I had. So comfortable. Finally, breakfast: that was excellent too. So, everything was perfect. Actually, except for one thing.
Dear Mike, you need to get those shower panels fixed! I had a shower, and the village had turned into Kaprun am See!

Reviewed May 11, 2026The owner Mike is super nice, speaking 5 languages, nothing is an issue for him. Absolutely fabulous breakfast. Great location in the center of Kaprun, but in a quiet street. Fancy rooms, comfy beds. I can hiighly recommend this place.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Haus von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Der Gastgeber Michael hat uns mit seiner freundlichen und herzlichen Art empfangen. Man spürt sofort, dass dieses Haus mit echter Gastfreundschaft geführt wird. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Stil, Geschmack und einem besonderen Auge fürs Detail. Im Haus ist alles makellos sauber und bestens gepflegt. Das Frühstück war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Mit viel Liebe angerichtet, hochwertig, abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Der Skibus ist nur etwa 50 Meter entfernt, was den Aufenthalt besonders bequem macht. Alles in allem ein außergewöhnlich empfehlenswertes Haus mit viel Charme, Herzlichkeit und echter Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, limpeza em geral empecável, muito cheiroso todos os ambientes do hotel, todos os produtos de limpeza e higiene são da Rituals. Localização muito boa, perto do ponto de ônibus e de bons restaurantes.

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr schlecht beheizt. Ganz schlecht war, dass im Badezimmer KEINE Heizung ist!!! Somit war das Badezimmer sehr kalt :(

Widoki z pokoju super cicho przytulnie, a przede wszystkim czysto i pachnąco. Wszystko świeżo posprzątane, ręczniki wymienione każdego dnia. Widać dużo serca włożonego przez przemiłych właścicieli. Brawo!

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Wszystko, co potrzeba, fajne miejsce super widoki, niesamowite co właściciele są w stanie wyciągnąć z takiego niepozornego obiektu. Ciepła aura i można się naprawde dobrze poczuć, trochę pracowałem, i fajne jest to że i w pokoju i w barze czy na jadali jest dobre Wi-fi. Miłym zaskoczeniem było też to, że dostałem upgrade na pokój w lepszym standardem mimo to, że zamówiłem economy, takie niespodziewane. W pokoju przywitała mnie na łóżku mała niespodzianka. Właściciele przemili potrzebowałem przedłużacz wystarczyło napisać do właściciela i kłopot rozwiązany. Śniadanie przepyszne do wyboru do koloru, dobre i świeże produkty. A co mnie zaskoczyło najbardziej to, że jest czysto i pachnąco, poduszki dekoracyjne zasłony i pościel pachniały jak co dopiero założone. Naprawdę rzadko spotykane. Trafiłem na fajny pokój z dobrym wi-fi i widokiem na lodowiec czysto schludnie i pachnąco. Polecam!

Pokój był pięknie urządzony, bardzo czysty i zadbany, wszystko dopracowane w najmniejszych detalach. Ogromnym plusem jest bufet śniadaniowy, ogromny wybór, wszystko świeże i naprawdę pyszne, totalny full wypas. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chce się wracać. Polecam z całego serca!

Bathroom ceiling was very low (we were on the top floor with a sloped ceiling), single bed was very narrow, there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, lots of shelves but no wardrobe hanging space, no milk provided for tea.
