اكبر مشكلة في الحمام 1. الكرسي"الكابنيه" مناسب فقط للاطفال اما الكبار متعب المكان ضيق بشكل لا يوصف. 2.مكان الشور جدا جدا ضيق. 3.لايوجد اطلالة كل الاتجاهات على الفنادق او الشارع. 4.لا يوجد مصعد. 5. الفطور اقل من بسيط و نصه خنزير.

השטיח ממש ישן...היה יום שהחדר לא נוקה, הריהוט גם די ישן, המאוורר שהיה בחדר עבד ממש חלש .

لا يوجد مصعد في الفندق ولا يوجد تكييف ولكن موفرين مروحة عندما تفتح البلكونه تدخل الحشرات لانه يحيط الفندق اشجار

Doors / windows should have screen to prevent insects, spiders etc from creeping into the rooms.

The rooms are not very well equipped, low level of comfort and is missing a redesign / improvement. We had a balcony but it is hard to say with a view 😁 only if neighbours garden is considered a view ☺️. Noisy neighbours at 6-7 am.

Отдельное спасибо персоналу за гостеприимство, отзывчивость и готовность помочь с любыми вопросами. Благодаря вашему отношению мы чувствовали себя как дома. Расположение отеля тоже отличное — удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей региона. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым!

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026מלון משפחתי מקסים, המנוהל על ידי שלושה אחים שמקבלים את האורחים בחום ויוצרים תחושה ביתית כבר מהרגע הראשון. לאורך כל השהות זכינו ליחס אישי, הקשבה לכל בקשה והמלצות מצוינות על אטרקציות ומסעדות באזור. המלון כולל גם את כרטיס הקיץ, שמוסיף ערך רב לחופשה, וארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה . מקום שנעים מאוד להתארח בו, עם שירות מכל הלב.
למלון אין מעלית, כך שמי שמתקשה במדרגות או מגיע עם ציוד כבד כדאי שייקח זאת בחשבון.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026It was an amazing stay, with amazing breakfast and the staff were super friendly. They were the best. I loved the bed, it was comfy. The room was spotless. The bar/board games room was so beautiful.
Even though I booked a Mountain View room, I couldn't see the mountains due tot the building in front. We were in the first floor, maybe if we were higher it would have been a nicer view.

De douche (je kunt alleen zittend in bad douchen) was niet confortabel (en niet van deze tijd). Douchen in bad zie je vaker maar dan kan je staan. Om dit zittend te doen was niet prettig.

Reálne 2 minuty chôdze od skibusu (ideálna forma dopravy medzi 4 lyžiarskymi strediskami), ktory chodí každých 15minut od 7h rano az do 18:30 vecer. Bezplatne parkovanie. Velmi milý a nápomocný personál, ktory vsetko vysvetli co potrebujete pre pobyt aj pre fungovanie v stredisku. Vlastná lyžiareň s vyhrievanim pre lyziarky. Naozaj skvele raňajky. Suana k dispozícii bezplatne od 14h ale na požiadanie Vam ju zapnu aj skôr. Po 20h samoobsluzny bar (zoberiete si co chcete a napíšete si to na ucet), vratane množstva hier a kníh. Velmi pekny dizajn alpskej budovy s modernými prvkami. Izby priestranné, čisté, velka kupelna, uteráky na izbe, televízor, wifi bez problémov. Z mojho pohľadu mozem skvele odporúčať a velmi rad opäť využijem, kedze cena bola naozaj velmi priaznivá v porovnaní s inými zariadeniami v Kaprune (objednavane cez booking a mobilné zariadenie).

There were no free teas and coffe in the rooms, which is common in hotels. If you want a tea you have to order and pay for it.
