Great hotel, Location, food and Bed. This hotel is ideally located for Dublin Airport and shuttle bus makes transfers very easy.
We took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel which was further from the airport than we expected. In the morning our flight was at 8am so it was convenient to have the shuttle to get back. The room was very plain for the price we paid. Nearly $300 CA a night. Room was modern with a nice bathroom and hot shower. The room was very hot during the night and we couldn’t get the AC to work to cool it. The room was on the first floor and I think we were over the kitchen because we had a mechanical noise off and on all night. Wasn’t a comfort sleep at all. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Good service too. I surprised us we had to make a reservation for dinner and once we arrived there was one other couple there….
Clean rooms, Perfect location, nice atmosphere, Food (Breakfast and Diner) was delicious, Head chef (Camil) sit us to the nice table close to windows. He was very nice and smiling. Good value
The hotel is in an ideal location for the airport and provides a shuttle bus which is very handy. Its located in an area where there is a restaurant next door and some retail stores nearby (but mainly DIY style stores). The rooms are typical Premier Inn rooms, nothing extravagant but perfectly functional. It is a nice modern hotel and good value for money. There is a good selection of food for breakfast and they were able to provide gluten free options. Only criticism is you only get two pillows with a double bed so if sharing, thats only one each!
Very nice hotel with excellent location close to airport. Convenient as we arrived in Dublin in the afternoon from Spain, and caught a flight back to the US the following morning. Reasonably priced. Room was small but updated, with a squeaky clean and modern bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Obviously recently updated, so a nice surprise. Dinner at restaurant was nice – the Chicken Makhani curry and the Battered Fish & Chips were both good, better than expected for a budget hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet was also good, with fresh hot and cold options. Prices were reasonable. Service at both meals was also prompt, friendly and helpful. Hotel Shuttle to and from the airport was excellent – good price at €3 per ride per person, and left exactly on time both times.
Myself my son came here before or flights next day service at reception was lovely so helpful or room was outstanding so clean absolutely pristine clean we came down for dinner the food was magical the whole hotel was so clean everyone was so friendly it’s so handy beside airport and the bus goes from right outside door wil defo come here again when going on or next trip
Staff excellent bed so so comfortable food good room clean , everyone was so friendly and helpful especially the young lads on the reception desk and the other young lad in the restaurant Anolraej was very friendly and helpful to my husband and I he went above and beyond helpful to us
Great service and clean room. We had the dinner and breakfast deal and the food was great for the evening meal. The breakfast was well stocked with plenty of choice as normal with this hotel. We needed more pillows for the children’s beds and we didn’t have to wait long on them coming they were at the door with in a few minutes. Highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay.
We stayed in the Premier inn hotels before and we always had a positive experience so I didn't hesitate to book it. The whole hotel experience was excellent from start to finish. The easy check-in process , extra large bedroom with king-size comfortable beds, fast WiFi, excellent food choice for breakfast and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this hotel group as they never disappoint.
First time staying here and I got a really good rate (101 eur) for a family of four on a Friday night before our two week trip to the USA. I did book this well in advance but the hotel is very nice and clean. The room was so spacious. Staff are lovely. I initially didn't book breakfast but decided to add it when I got there. One free kid per paying adult and I have to say, the breakfast for the cost was really good. Fresh, great selection, not rushed in any way. Will without question be using this for future stays prior to a flight.
Great place to stay, we needed a room before an early flight, and having the hotel have a bus that goes to and from the Airport was great collected and picked up from the door of the Hotel. Would recommend for anyone that has to get to a flight early.
Perfect hotel to stay: very good room; nice, cosy good bed. Extra service is the shuttlebus which goes every half hour en stops at both terminals. Bathroom is clean and big enough.Nice bsr and good food
Very welcoming coach driver at the airport despite the horrendous weather. He set the tone for all of the team, what a fabulous level of engagement and service We had a plus room and were very happy with it Dinner was really enjoyable and Boden very charming and helpful Breakfast was also good A little bit of a faff to find the coach when you land but other than that just perfect
Very good location. Shuttle bus from/to airport every 30 minutes both ways. However it costs 3 euro each way for the paid guests - just a kind reminder. But the free shuttles that are provided by more expensive hotels may be included within their higher prices, I guess. WiFi was slow for me. Good enough for texting and messaging but slow for social media and web browsing.
Arrived late at night and chose this hotel as it had a shuttle and we did not want to take a taxi or uber. Was able to make a reservation which gave me a particularly difficult task as I could not enter the Canadian postal code. Found the shuttle bus and found out it was 3 euros each. Wish they would have put that in their comments as it might have made a difference on whether we stayed there or not!
Premier inn dublin airport. Excellent 2 night stay, bedroom spotless, could sleep forever. Breakfast excellent. Staff well mannered, and so friendly.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and warm. Tea and coffee available in the room.
On arrival I found the lady on reception rude, I was asked my name which I gave but when I offered my booking reference I was rudely cut off by the lady receptionist. The room itself was clean and tidy, the biggest downfall for our stay was that the room was warm and stuffy, when we went to use the heating/Air con system it wasn’t working efficiently, and done nothing to the temperature of the room. When inspecting if we could open a window to let some air into the room we found that there was no way of doing so. We were stuck in a hot box for the evening.
Ticks most boxes. Competitive pricing, clean, comfy, free parking (unless very busy). Secure paid for carpark at rear with bus transport to airport. Great albeit no frills restaurant, friendly bar. Quiet; well sound proofed. Easy access to airport. But no room safe. Walkin shower is great but scary to access & egress due to narrow space and there’s no grab handle. On that note alone if anyone has mobility issues I’d recommend contacting the hotel prior to booking. The free carpark space at front is quite tedious to transit suitcases due to the roughness of the space & slope of the narrow footpath.
Nice
The hotel was very clean, and quiet - even with it's proximity to the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds of the hotel were overgrown and unkempt at the time of my stay; possibly between landscaping connectors? The family room I booked was larger and more comfortable than the similar room at Premiere Inn City Centre and although the 3rd bed is just a cot it was still comfortable. Bathroom was typical and served the purpose with the exception of the toilet roll... There's a special place in hell for places that forgo proper toilet roll for thin, single sheets. It's toilet roll, don't be so cheap.
Everything was excellent including the delicious breakfast!
Great staff. Hotel is a little dated.shuttle to Airport is super convenient.
good stay
Convenient and pleasant wonderful staff p
Good location
Convenient as we were flying out the next morning.
Convenient to be near the airport the night before an early morning flight.
Great hotel with shuttle before leaving Dublin
Conveniently close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport for €3, and express bus to the city for €4.20, cash or bus card. Staff is very friendly. Recommended
Spent last two nights here before flying home after 2 week vaca it was great nice clean quiet perfect way to decompress after crazy vacation and hustle and bustle of Dublin. And Belfast highly recommend
Comfy beds
Clean room and friendly staff who allowed us to check in an hour early. Good breakfast and bar area, convenient shuttle bus to airport
Pretty standard hotel and rooms, but perfectly suited to getting to and from airport. I’d stay here again
Greeted by nice staff member who was dressed immaculately and polite. Key sorted immediately and hassle free
This hotel is a straight cash grab -- super expensive and utterly without frills or decent service. The staff are brusque and offer no accommodations; the room is barely turned over (our bed was like half made; the room is bare bones). It is very clean, however, and quiet, so if you need an airport overnight stop it does offer that. But it should be charging half the price for what it offers.
Not far from the Dublin airport. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Very nice restaurant. I enjoyed the shopping across the street
Yes
Near the Dublin airport and shuttle was available for 3 euros
Airport shuttle was very convenient
Great location, shopping across the street, staff was extremely helpful and friendly, rooms were cozy. Restaurant onsite and airport shuttle frequent.
Not used. Late arrival took taxi
Bit tired looking, be nice to have something to put my case on … housekeeping didn’t speak English, therefore wasn’t easy to ask for anything
Great location for quick overnight to catch a plane.
The shuttle service was a life saver. Nice hotel and friendly staff. The mattress was like a marshmallow. Perfect.
Pleasant stay good location great servuce for anything we needed
They had a great dining room for a late dinner when we arrived. AC in room worked well. Appreciated the large room as well.
The staff could be more considerate. Very rude when speaking about the restaurant. Said there was a menu in the room and there was not.
i had horrible heartburn and needed antacids. there was plenty of shopping with walking distance. the room was clean. the hotel gave us a bucket of ice as i requested. loved the shower!
Fast checkin clean rooms
Did not like having to pay €15 to park on top of hotel fee. Had to park around the back and go up and down stairs with luggage when spaces out front at ground level for just restaurant guests and staff. TV remote did not work. Reception told me to come downstairs- not someone come to room. Receptionist then went hunting for new batteries- took him a good 10 minutes to find them and replace. But TV channels limited to local news and very old US and UK programs- so could not see the ongoing Ryder Cup. Although had requested quiet room when booked months ago, I was in first room by elevators. No face soap or toiletries other than hand wash nailed to the wall, same for body wash in shower. Toilet paper identical to service station sheets. Good news- room was clean and bed comfortable as promoted.
Quick overnight stay before a flight the next day, room was fine for the purpose, quiet and smooth check in and out. Parking is an extra.
We flew in one day and out the next so found this location to be very convenient for the airport. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious. We took the airport shuttle which made getting to the airport easy and quick. I’d highly recommend.
Clean modern room with comfortable bed . Shuttle to airport frequent, food in dining room good, small shopping centre within walking distance
We had to ask someone where the shuttle pickup was located. Follow signs for shuttles/busses from the airport. A long covered walkway brings you to the area of all the Hotel shuttles. The bus to the Premier Inn was a white bus with a purple sign on the driver's side. It was a regular commuter bus size. The fare is 3 Euros per person. The bed was very comfortable. The full breakfast (for extra fee) was OK. The coffee was great, freshly ground beans and brewed fresh each cup. Conveniently located close to the airport. I would stay here again.
Nice hotel / large room
The main advantage of a stay at this hotel is its proximity to the airport. The rooms are a bit lacking in amenities, but they are functional for short stays. There really isn't much around the area for other amenities other than a large big box furniture/hardware multi-store facility and a couple of restaurants and coffee shops. The provision of a shuttle bus to the airport is a a much-appreciated feature.
Location is close to the airport and a couple areas with castles nearby. There are also more restaurants and a couple small towns nearby. That you would need to drive to or take a cab or Uber to. Dublin is also accessible by car, Uber or taxi.
VERY CLOSE TO AIRPORT BUT BUSSES C OME EVERY 30 MIN. IS THE PROPERTY BUS BUT YEAH YOU NEED TO PAY FOR. A TAXI FEW MILES AWAY CHARGED ME 20 EUROS.
Nice and close to the airport. Shuttle was great.
Close to the airport, quick and efficient even at midnight
Comfortable large rooms!
We chose it for close to the airport and shuttle
Fue nuestro hotel la noche antes de regresar, cuenta con shuttle al aeropuerto por un costo bajo (3 euros) por persona. Está limpio, cerca del aeropuerto y moderno
This was the end of our visit to Ireland from the U.S. This hotel was close to the airport and provided a good nights rest before traveling. It was quiet and comfortable.
Close to the airport, very friendly staff
We paid 3 EU for the airport shuttle, but it was timely, clean, and not crowded. Well worth it. It was also nice to have a hot breakfast available before starting a long day of travel.
I ordered a 8oz sirloin in dining room, medium to medium well. After initial bites, it became apparent the meat was rare to raw. Server took away brought back in less than 5 minutes—a token throw on grill. Meat still uncooked. Asked server to take away. She never asked if I would like to order anything else.. asked to see Manager..her response was rude and abrupt..yes she said. we have a problem in the kitchen. Clearly it goes beyond kitchen. . When I arrived home, I got invoice. They charged me twice. Once in June and again after stay. Stay anywhere else.
This is a very A-La-cart Hotel Parking costs an additional 15 Euros Breckfast costs extra just about everything has a charge attached to it. We thought it would be great but was very disappointed by extra charges especially parking
We chose this hotel because it was so close to the airport and has shuttle bus service. The bed was very comfortable and I absolutely loved the oversize tub! It was a great way to end a long trip.
Good, convenient location. Efficient airport shuttle. Breakfast included for us was a plus.
Convenient location close to the airport Friendly and helpful staff
Perfect for our one night stay before heading back to the US. Basic but clean, comfortable, helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, and 3 euro shuttle to the airport that picked us up at the door of the hotel. I would stay here again.
Great place to stay before your flight
Easy access to aiport
Staff was very accomodating with our breakfast included but we had to leave before they opened so they had a breakfaat bagged for us to take.
Clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Shuttle bus to airport needs more space for guests luggage.
Rooms were clean, shower very good, Staff pleasant and helpful
Bus pick up from airport was confusing and having to pay was not appropriate. Having to pay for parking is chinch chinchy.
Convenient and clean
It was a good hotel to fly out of. It was convenient to the airport. We were a little surprised that we were charged for the shuttle to the airport that was not made very clear, but it was OK.
close to airport - very basic
Easy transport to airport
Pretty good for an airport property. We found, not just at this property, but throughout Europe in general, no one really seems to care how clean the floors are. Maybe it’s just a European thing? Lol. Anyways the hotel was great and the staff are very friendly and we would stay there again as an overnight airport hotel for sure. The airport shuttle was good for three euros per person per direction.
Very convenient
Great and comfortable place close to the airport. Appreciated fresh water and snack in the fridge and nice coffe/tea maker. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent.
Good hotel for a quick layover
The reception staff was great and allowed us to check in early, so we were able to catch up on some sleep after travelling overseas. Rest was especially important since we had kids with us.
Not good room facilities
Overall it was average. Had to get reservation for the restaurant and no one was in it. It didn’t have Wash cloths in the bathroom. And I had to get a taxi for the airport because the driver was on a break for 1 hour if you advertise shuttle service to the airport. Other than that it was a solid hotel close to the airport.
The old man of the shuttle is very nice and professional thanks a lot But the other one younger is very bad rude and give us the wrong airport spot. I will not forget that.
Easy access to the Airport.
Close to airport…and our room was clean! We just needed a place to sleep after our flight before heading off on Our travels. Parts of hotel are well used in appearance but staff were friendly and helpful and our room was very nice with a comfortable bed. Close to shopping Center . Dining on site with quite decent food!
Airport hotel. Fee to park, fee to use shuttle to/from airport, fee for simple continental breakfast.
Room was clean and quiet. I was originally put in a room with a bathtub shower but the height igmf the bathtub was way too high for me to get in to and there were no grab rails!!! I asked to change to a room with just a shower and was easily switched with no question at all. Only 1 minor downside to their facilities in the room - you have to hold the hair dryer button down all the time to dry your hair. I have arthritis in my hands and that was very difficult.
Everything was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was how slow the wifi was. It’s either slow or it just doesn’t work.
The charge for the transport to the airport is annoying , it should be included in the hotel room cost . The bus was really old and noisy, we could hear it pull up to the hotel at 6 am
Wish they had fridges even just to borrow/add
Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable, in good location to airport. Had to pay for overnight parking despite paying for overnight stay, which was quite expensive.
