The flat is a good size for a short stay. It is very easily connected to main roads / motorway to get into Dublin. The beds are ok, a bit on the soft side but not uncomfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The flat was clean and the shower was good.

Erica sent a lovely welcoming message on our arrival. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Absolutely recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy an evening before flying home.

This apartment is perfect for concerts at Malahide Castle. We hailed a taxi afterwards, outside the venue, and were in the apartment in no time. Much better than sitting in traffic on a bus into the city for an hour! The apartment is beautifully decorated with paintings and luxurious furniture and all new utilities. Everything very clean. Beds are most comfortable. I was happy to see the balcony faces the sun and that an ashtray was provided there too. Excellent value: We were a party of two but it accommodates four, and yet it was still a competitive price compared to hotels in the city centre. We'll be back!

We were never sent a code to get in the house- we had to wait a long time to finally get a hold of the owner- this was unacceptable. She was very nice but she said this has happened before- also cell service did not exist there so we had a great difficulty getting a hold of anyone

The property is comfortable and clean, and very convenient to Dublin airport. The owner provided quick responses to our messages along with clear instructions.

Location was handy for early flight. Apartment was bright, clean and homely. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed to be able to cook a meal.

Nicely renovated. Comfortable stay for 2 couples. Convenience store just around the corner. Perfect for getting to the airport the next morning .

The property was clean, cosy and the host was amazing. We missed our flight to Dublin and she was so accommodating and let us have a late check out! Would highly recommended:)

The location was very near the airport and also close to shopping and nice pubs

The place was a dump. No pride of ownership. Dirty everywhere except the living room. The kitchen had something spilled on the floor, dried and nasty. Baseboards with spilled goo. Dishes not clean, old dried food and grease. Walls with MANY scratches, paint missing. Shower with mold and dirt. Balcony railing loose and boards loose. Advertised as “ no smoking” but ashtray full of butts on balcony. Linens THROWN into closet, most closets just trashed. Host note said to take out garbage, the garbage area was filled with weeks and weeks of garbage strewn everywhere. Messaged host immediately, never got a response .

The apartment was very clean and comfortable! Great shower😁 It was located in a nice neighborhood near an elementary school so we saw all the little children entering in the morning.

The property was very worn. The cream sofa was dirty and the shower quite mouldy. Not what I was expecting and I would not stay there again.

Der Service war sehr gut, die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert und die Eigentümerin war schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Wir durften auch früher ins Appartement. Die Ausstattung war modern und für uns absolut ausreichend, besonders hervorheben möchte ich vor allem den Gaskamin im Wohnzimmer :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder

Lovely apartment in a quiet location. Clean and well equipped, had everything we needed. Communicative host, very helpful.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, funktional und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Fußläufig sind zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Eine gute Anbindung an Malahide und zum Flughafen. In die Immenstadt kommt man auch gut, dauert aber ca 45 Min. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend! Bei Problemen wird sich sehr Zeitnah gekümmert und sie ist sehr bemüht, dass alles zu Zufriedenheit des Gastes abläuft. Der Kamin ist etwas tricky aber wenn man den Bogen raus hat (Gastgeberin hat uns ein Video geschickt, wie man den Kamin An macht) kann man lange Besichtigungstage gemütlich ausklingen lassen.

Wir hatten leider Probleme mit der Heizung. Das Heizsystem sei wohl neu und die Heizkörper blieben kalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns elektrische Radiatoren zur Verfügung gestellt, die die Kälte schnell vertrieben haben.

Perfect location, parking right outside. Very clean and comfortable. All facilities including fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster.

A little noise from above (luckily they weren't moving around too much). I'd have preferred twin beds in 2nd bedroom as my two kids had to share a double.

Close to the airport.

The beds are extremely comfortable :) the apartment looks very nice, loved the decor! Location is great, everything is reachable by bus (bus stop is a 4-5 minute walk) and goes to both Dublin & Swords. Spar & Tesco can be reached by foot, spar is 2 minutes away and tesco about 10.

the windows need replacement, wind blows right through and it’s very loud, as if the windows are wide open. the neighbours upstairs were making so much noise all night, woke us up multiple times in the night.

A great little apartment close to Dublin airport in a quiet neighbourhood. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. There is a large supermarket nearby. Parking was easy, right outside the apartment. Communication with the host was terrific and they were very helpful. Instructions re: access to the apartment were very clear. We were sorry to only be staying one night; we would stay again.

The location was great. Apartment was a great size. Very clean and lots of amenities & 10 minutes from the airport. Shopping centre nearby with plenty of shops and restaurants.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We chose this property to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. It worked perfectly. It is a very comfortable apartment with two good double beds, a seperate lounge and dining and a small and efficient kitchen. It was immaculately clean and our host was easily accessible.

We had a lot of luggage and the external entrance to the property was at the top of about 20 stairs. I could not have managed on my own but my strong adult children had no problem.

The place was lovely decorated, clean and in a very convenient location.It was easy to locate and we got clear instructions on accessing the property.

The flat is not well sound proof, so you can hear when someone walks in the apartment above. However considering our short stay and being most of the day outdoors this did not bother us much. The bed mattress was a bit too soft for our liking but that's just our preference.

It was very nicely decorated and was comfortable. It was also close to Dublin and to the airport.

We didn't get the information about how to gain entry until only a few hours before we arrive. We had checked out of our previous room in the north of Ireland by 10am and were driving down to Dublin. We had to go to a restaurant to get wifi to find out where our room was and how to get the key. Also, we could hear street noise through the closed windows and people in the rooms above moving about. It was quiet after 11pm, but that is something to keep in mind.

The beds, omg, the beds were perfect. So comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the communication with Erica was 😀. No issues at all. All that was needed was a whisk and a bowl to whip the cream after our distillery tour to make Irish coffee's! However, we managed to figure out a way... Highly recommend this apartment. To find it, look up to the first floor, up a staircase, and from there, it's easy 😉

I didn't realise the apartment was up a flight of stairs, easily negotiated, though. A smidgen difficult for someone disabled, but I booked it - should've read the details. It turned out to be no problem & we thoroughly enjoyed staying.

There is nothing to find fault with, the possibility of late check-in is a huge plus

It suited our needs perfectly, it was clean. with comfortable double beds. Really handy location for the airport and close to Swords where we found a great pub The Old School House for our evening meal.

The only fault was that the dishwasher was full on arrival, however this didn't affect our stay.
