Les matelas étaient vraiment dures à point qu’on n’a dû changer d’hôtel. Déçu et n’ai pas pris de photos.

Location

Le lieu est exceptionnel, face au Mékong — à condition d’avoir une chambre avec balcon et vue. Sinon, cela perd beaucoup de son intérêt et il vaut peut-être mieux passer votre chemin. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est plutôt réussi : assez varié et de bonne qualité. Les prix restent raisonnables. L’hôtel est classé 3 étoiles, mais il a par moments des airs de 4 étoiles.

Comme chaque fois que nous venons, nous oublions à quel point les matelas sont durs comme du bois. Résultat : les trois quarts du groupe ne dorment pas bien. Les costumes du personnel chargé des bagages devraient aussi être changés : à chaque fois, on a l’impression wit les clients vont se faire arrêter par la police. Quant au personnel à l’accueil… il n’est vraiment pas accueillant. Pourtant, c’est leur travail : sourire, parler avec les clients, poser des questions sympathiques, faire des recommandations de restaurants ou de visites. Ici, impossible d’obtenir un sourire ou un échange. Lorsque je demande à changer de chambre, on me répond d’abord qu’il n’y en a plus, alors qu’il en reste. Finalement, on accepte d’en changer une (je paie même la différence de prix), mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi il faut insister autant pour quelque chose d’aussi simple. Est-ce par paresse ? Si les matelas étaient au moins recouverts d’un surmatelas, cela changerait déjà beaucoup de choses. Sinon, les produits de toilette sont hyper basiques, les serviettes sont usées, devenues grises ou tachées avec le temps. La décoration est aussi un peu vieillotte. L’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne non plus : on entend la rue et les voisins. C’est vraiment dommage, car j’ai envie d’y retourner. Mais, de grâce : changez ces matelas beaucoup trop durs ! 😅

Das Hotel ist gute Mittelklasse. Der Zimmerwechsel war problemlos möglich, wenn auch mit einem Aufpreis versehen.

Zimmer ganz ohne Fenster sind in dieser Preisklasse nicht üblich. Es sollte deutlicher darauf hingewiesen werden.

The room is big, clean with a great view of Cuu Long river and the big, green park at its front. With the window open, fresh and cool wind flowing in the afternoon and night is enjoyable, air-con is not needed. Sitting at the table in the balcony, we can enjoy coffees at any time. Service is great and helpful. Good breakfast. It should be 4-start at least.

Fantastic location by the river, our room had a river view which was stunning. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and there's a great bar on the top floor.

Loved this place. The people were so kind and always worked with me on my stay since my plans kept changing. Just amazing. And the price is wonderful.

The View from the Balcony is perfect. Breakfast is excellent.

Le personnel est très accueillant, le petit déjeuner à volonté exceptionnel et l'emplacement de l'hôtel bien situé.

Had to change rooms as our first room smelled of smoke, luckily the hotel had another room available for a small additional charge as it was facing the gardens and had a window as the first room did not. Our group of 5 enjoyed the choices at the breakfast buffet which included Pho! Clean facilities and lovely door man who helped us find a spot for a late night dinner.

Cannot stand while having shower. Air Conditioner water leaking inside the room, need more attention on the A/C maintenance service.

Nice Hotel directly at the waterfront. Very quiet. Room with window. diverse local breakfast. Super helpful and very friendly staff! Nice lobby and rooftop bar with a nice view over the delta (but note comment below)

Not a problem for us, but for some this information may be important: The hotel front is currently under renovation, which affects rooms with a balcony.

Their employees are polite and providing good service.

I think there are little insects in bed and blanket.

Excellent experience at Cửu Long Hotel. First, the value for money: you are greeted and attended to by a friendly and helpful staff, your rooms are clean and equipped with the required amenities, and breakfast is good with plenty of choices, all for a very affordable price. Then, the location in the city's center has a nice view of the Mekong River. Thanks to all the staff.

Breakfast every morning was amazing for convenience and value for money whilst stay at the hotel. Location is almost perfect and close by to friends/family we were visiting at the time. Staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate to our every needs, especially trying to adhere to my mums requests (which she's elderly and picky!) Unfortunately, we had to change rooms two times when were stayed there due to water leaks from bathrooms above our floor (which I'm sure the hotel staff did not anticipate for the bathroom ceiling to cave in. I did not find this to be a major issue as I'm pretty easy going and happy they rectified our stay with another room within under 5 mins. However, mum found it to be an inconvenience moving to another room, which is also fair from her view. The very next day there were plenty of workers who were called out to fix up the hotel on all the floors due to the major leak! To which is impressive for a 3 star hotel, as I use to work in a 5 star hotel.. and things would be logged to be fixed with engineers/contractors but we wouldn't see anything done for another 3 months - 12 months+! SO from my perspective, Cuu Long Hotel are extremely fast and efficient at fixing something as long as you give them a chance before getting annoyed/upset/disappointed :)

From mums and possibly other guests perspective, the bathroom ceiling leak that caved in. It must've caved between the time the cleaner reset the room and the time we arrived and were shown to our room - as the staff were surprised when we notified them. Perhaps I'd suggest a very last minute check of rooms that are being booked just to ensure it's all good prior to guests arrival.

Had a water that wasn't mentioned on the minibar list, I thought it was free but it wasn't, weird feeling for being treated in a weird way

Bathroom layout has the shower area separate so rest of bathroom floor stays dry. Receptionist was very friendly. Clean room and tables. Bed was fine.

I requested a room with 2 single bed in the options but they didn't have it so we ended up with the double bed room. The table had a little crack in it and the kettle was dented but wasn't a problem.

Lots of stains and marks on the walls of the room,need of paint and repairs .Hairs in the shower,need a more thoroughly cleaning.

The beds were relatively comfy and good view. Breakfast selection not to bad. Staff were very helpful and was able to get the balcony unlocked quickly.

Construction happening in front of the hotel. Stronger air conditioner as we found it to weak. We would have lived a longer breakfast time. Booked 2 rooms and 1x rooms balcony lock was faulty. Our dad got locked out of the balcony due to the faulty lock. Better cleaning needs to done. Like pull the bedside table out and clean under and behind it as we noted small bugs around. Hotel could also do with an update and fresh paint.

Beds and pillows rock hard, really uncomfortable, dirty walls in room, basic old furniture ripped curtains . Breakfast was not very good coffee so strong undrinkable .
