Breakfast buffet was very complete, except for the coffee selection (there was one pot of black coffee and a jar of milk, anything else had to be paid for separately), the view was breathtaking, the gym was very well equipped, the pool was nice (although short opening hours). The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very kind, albeit not all of them spoke English.

WiFi was a mess, but that shouldn't really be an issue for a holiday

The bar for diners to enjoy beers should be open till late at night (midnight).

Amazing staff and hotel

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Central Plaza My Tho. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and accommodating, especially when it came to meeting the needs of my children. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the swimming pool, which offers a beautiful view and was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families visiting My Tho. We will definitely be coming back again!

Phòng chất lượng tốt, giá hợp lý, tầm nhìn thành phố và toàn cảnh Sông Tiền, hồ bơi rất đẹp vì có thể nhìn bao quát tất cả. Bữa sáng ổn, nhà hàng nhỏ đẹp và sạch sẽ.

Tôi không thích thái độ một số nhân viên nữ lễ tân, họ nói chuyện thiếu nhiệt tình và nghiêm nghị quá mức.

Very nice hotel and I had a beautiful view on the Mekong. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff at reception very helpful. The room looks really nice. I would certainly like to come back one day.

Mooi vrij nieuw hotel. Goed gelegen in het centrum en aan de rivier. Lekker zwembad en redelijk goede gym. Ontbijt is ook prima.

De medewerkers spreken geen of matig Engels, dat is nog wel eens een uitdaging qua communicatie.

The room was breathtaking with the view over the Mekong. Breakfast offered a great choice for western, Asian and Indian cuisines.

The breakfast was great overall but lacked in choice for basic things like juices and coffee. My son did not like watermelon and that was the only thing on offer (he does not drink water coffee or tea). The coffee choice was basic only There were also a number of very strange rules relating to take way food in your room and things you can and cannot do

Wir hatten die Suite mit Flussblick und Balkon und die war wirklich schön groß mit Ausblick auf den Mekong samt Sonnenuntergang 🙂 den Parkettboden fand ich auch sehr schön. Der Pool ist gut groß, so dass man wirklich darin schwimmen kann. Das Frühstücks-Buffett bietet reichhaltige Auswahl und auch einen schönen Blick auf den Fluss.

Weniger gefallen hat uns das Abendessen (Portionen recht klein zu vergleichsweise hohen Preisen) und die Rooftop Bar im 22. Stock bietet zwar einen super Ausblick, aber Achtung: obwohl man informiert wird, dass sie um 22.00 schließt, kann man nur bis ca 21.25 einen Drink bestellen, dann ist Schluss.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was well maintained. The suite we stayed in was spacious. The breakfast buffet had good, flavorful food.

Check in and out was a slow process, but not too slow. Although slow they did catch that there was something left behind in one of our rooms

Une vue fabuleuse sur le Mékong

We liked everything! I booked 2 deluxe double rooms for 2 nights because we wanted rooms with a balcony. My dad's room had the bigger balcony, it was a nice space. We got there early, before noon, and they let us have early check in to both rooms at no extra costs. We've only had good experience with the front desk with this and arranging a Mekong tour (private tour for 3 at under a million dong- much cheaper than our Mekong tour in Ben Tre). Breakfast buffet was a spread! A lot of Asian options and the western options too like egg, salad, bread and cereal areas. Pool was enjoyable as well- we went around 4pm and there was another family. Didn't see people there to take selfies like what some other reviews mentioned. Pool side did not have that many pool beds so I guess when it gets crowded, there might not be enough. Not much to do in the area but the Mekong tour so 2 nights was just right for us. We could pay with card too, no problem.

Wunderschönes Hotel, traumhafter Ausblick auf den Menkong, sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück, einzigartig schöner Pool im 7. Stock, Frühstückraum im 8. Stock mit Glasfront und Blick aufs Delta bzw. auch Möglichkeit im Freien zu frühstücken. Alles sehr neu, gepflegt und sauber. Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wir haben das Zimmer mit Balkon und Flussblick gebucht und haben es sehr genossen in der Früh den Sonnenaufgang mit einer Tasse Tee und Kaffee zu beobachten und das Geschehen am Fluss zu verfolgen. Sonnenuntergang am Abend ebenfalls ein Traum. Pool sehr gepflegt und schöne Liegen und Pooltücher. Ausblick von der Rooftop-Bar unglaublich. Viele streetfood Möglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung zum Hotel - Ort überhaupt nicht touristisch. Ausflüge auf die Insel können direkt im Hotel bzw. am Hafen gebucht werden - das war die einzige Enttäuschung für uns (aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts), denn wir konnten nur die übliche Tour buchen, und das war eher eine Verkaufstour.

Lage, schöner Pool, gutes Restaurant.

This is a new, modern hotel in My Tho. The staff was polite, we loved the balcony and river view, and we would definitely book again. Their Hu Tieu My Tho (Pork & Seafood Noodle Soup) was delicious and should be available daily as a signature dish to promote local cuisine to the passing tour groups.

When the light turned on, airborne dust became visible. There was also white dust web on the bed wall, which was camouflaged by daylight; it was noticeable when the shade was closed and light turned on. I don't mind the kitchen servers chatting, laughing, and having a good time on the job, but they should be mindful of their volume; some of it was unprofessionally loud.
