Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, man fühlte sich von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Das Zimmer sauber und heimelig, nicht viel Schnickschnack, nur das was man braucht. Ein herziges Dorf. Richtig zum runterfahren. Das Essen sehr fein, und ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir merken uns den Bären, falls wir wieder einmal in dieser Gegend sind. Danke

Das Badezimmer war neu und es gab mehr als genug Handtücher. Auch zum Abendessen im Restaurant war alles sehr zufrieden. Das Essen sehr gut und alles frisch angerichtet.

Chambres très confortables, salon commun spacieux avec café, thés (gratuits) et vin, bière, minérales (payant). Coin de jeu pour enfants. Personnel très accueillant, bon restaurant, excellent buffet de petit déjeuner.

Accès facile, en car postal (sans frais avec la carte d'hôte), aux domaines de ski de Gstaad et des Diablerets (Glacier 3000). Restaurant dans l'hôtel. Personnel sympathique.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026L'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel, la salle de jeux pour les enfants, celle de la télévision qui offre un espace pour jouer aux cartes, se retrouver et se faire des boissons chaudes, le frigo - dans cette même salle - rempli de diverses boissons froides (payantes), l'idée est excellente ! Le restaurant avec la variété des menus et ses mets - délicieux et l'authenticité de la bâtisse, absolument charmante. Le parking spacieux à proximité immédiate.

Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais confortables, complétées par une salle dédiée aux clients avec la télévision, des jeux et de quoi se faire une boisson chaude. Le petit déjeuner, très complet, se prend dans une salle agréable ou sur une terrasse. Le restaurant, animé le soir où nous y étions, propose une carte de mets locaux et un service souriant et efficace. Une très jolie adresse qui a séduit les cousins français avec qui nous voyagions

Reviewed Feb 16, 2025Just what you need for a week-end break, lovely staff who preempt your needs. The only hotel who tells you: if you want other pillows or sheets let us know! Or tells you to sign into the city's card to get discounts in the area and the free bus tickets - which are very practical. The food is also great, we had dinner and lunch with friends who loved it. The rooms all have a desk which was very convenient for my son who had lots of homework. Value for money exceptional in the area. The director is always trying to think of something more to make our stay better, she is exceptional.
Rooms are very small, if we stayed longer it would have been better to have an armchair to read, but we used the common living room where we were alone and could have tea and send some emails as needed. The bell of the church is quite noisy and frequent.

We had a very poor night's sleep due to an electric generator below turning on and off every few minutes between 3am and 6am. Dinner previous night was ok, nothing exceptional.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2024Tiny room for 2 people. Tremendous noise from alpine river roomside. This meant that to sleep it was necessary to keep the windows shut, which meant that the room was stuffy and too warm. Mediocre breakfast and horrible bitter coffee. No full fat hot milk.
