Todo me gustó, partiendo por lo que más llama la atención, que es la cercanía y hospitalidad de Mónica y Rodrigo, los dueños, y de todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel. Realmente parece como si estuvieras en tu casa. Para qué hablar de la infraestructura, un hotel, que aunque pequeño (sólo 8 habitaciones), es realmente bonito y acogedor, decorado con un gusto extraordinario. La limpieza, tamaño de las habitaciones, lugares comunes....todo perfecto. Y por último, la comida espectacular, así como la carta de vinos. En resumen, 100% recomendable. De hecho después de ir mi primera vez, volví a ir y lo más probable es que vaya de nuevo.

Nuestra estancia en Estancia Rilán fue verdaderamente maravillosa. La combinación de su ubicación. Una de las mayores joyas de este hotel son sus dueños, Mónica y Rodrigo. Desde el momento en que llegas, te reciben con una calidez y amabilidad que te hacen sentir como en casa. Su trato cercano y profesional se traduce en una atención constante a tus necesidades, asegurando que tu estadía sea memorable y sin contratiempos. Las cenas en Estancia Rilán son algo para recordar. Mónica y Rodrigo comparten la mesa con los huéspedes, creando un ambiente acogedor y amigable perfecto para disfrutar de un rato agradable y conocer a otros viajeros. Además, la comida casera, elaborada con productos locales, es una oportunidad imperdible para saborear los auténticos platos de la región.

El refugio perfecto en Chiloé! Exquisita comida, hermosa decoración e infraestructura ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Totalmente recomendable.

Wifi y TV presentan reiteradas interrupciones (único detalle a mejorar).

El desayuno y la comida son espectaculares. La cordialidad y amabilidad de la dueña y el personal son excepcionales.

Breakfast was excellent , with many options to choose . Location is beautifull but would be great to have indications in advance how to get there . Sometimes gps do not work well in rural areas .

Wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen Rundblick von der Terrasse in sehr ruhiger Lage.

Wenn man etwas bemängeln könnte: Personal ist sehr langsam, beim Bestellen bzw. servieren und es wäre schön, wenn es zumindest eine tina caliente hätte.

Todo, de inicio a fin de nuestra estadía. Un lugar de descanso, lleno de detalles, Nos encanto cordialidad de sus dueños ,quienes nos recibieron dio un plus a nuestra estadía. La Cena exquisita, la belleza del paisaje, cómodas y hermosas instalaciones. Un hotel en el que te sientes como en casa, volveremos sin dudar.

This was exceptional. Every aspect of the design was stunning. We were immediately welcomed and asked to treat this as our home. The staff couldn’t have tried harder to make it a memorable stay and also tried to find our missing luggage from our flight from Madrid. The breakfast and dinner were brilliant as were the wines.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hotel & Cava Estancia Rilán. L’accueil a vraiment été exceptionnel. Toute l’équipe a été chaleureuse et d’une grande gentillesse. Une mention spéciale pour Mónica qui dirige l’équipe et qui nous a accompagnés du début à la fin avec beaucoup d’attention. Grâce à ses conseils, nous avons pu découvrir les plus beaux endroits de Chiloé et profiter pleinement de notre passage sur l’ile. L’hôtel est confortable, calme et élégant, avec un véritable engagement en faveur d’un écotourisme de qualité et authentique qui se ressent dans les détails, dans l’ambiance et dans le service. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce petit coin de Chiloé, chaleureux et paisible, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

La Estancia es un lugar encantador en Chiloé. Moderno, cómodo y rodeado de una naturaleza preciosa, es perfecto para descansar y desconectarse. Mónica y Rodrigo son anfitriones maravillosos, muy acogedores y atentos. Jaqueline, un amor de persona, siempre dispuesta a ayudar. ¡Gracias por todo! Sin duda, volveremos. 🌿

The location is in a beautiful pastoral part of Chiloe Island with views of the water. It was the most peaceful hotel stay we have ever experienced.

Modern and classy structure with a beautiful landscape and gorgeous views right from the rooms’ window and balcony! The owners are very friendly and helpful with finding interesting hikes and places to see around. Excellent hotel with a good staff (we only wish that the staff could communicate better in English).

Monica is an exceptional host. Hotel is beautiful and very pleasant.

Beautifully designed modern hotel in a stunning remote location with distance estuary views.

We were travelling independantly by hire car and were provided with a great deal of useful information regarding how to get to the hotel etc prior to arriving so communucation in that way was good, however one thing we wern't reminded about was the need to choose our dining choices on the day of arrival. We reserved 3 weeks before arrival and was sent at the time an attachment called Hotel Rules, or something like that. In that it indicated the need to book your food choices on the same day as planning to eat. We did not read this attachment (who really does😀) and its was 3 weeks before we arrived and we were busy arranging the rest of our visit to South America. We did not need to have mobile data on our visit to Chile relying on wifi at our hotels however we were sent a message reminding us that we had to choose the dinner options by 4pm for that evening only on the day when we were arriving and when we were traveling so we did not receive it. As a consequence we were informed on arrival after 4 pm that they could not provide dinner. This was very disappointing because we had booked this hotel particularly due to the excellent dinner reviews. This was also a remote hotel which meant there were no other local options. We were offered a tapas plate or details of a partner restaurant 30 mins away by car. Although we had to drive which certainly was not ideal we did infact have an excellent meal at this restaurant so the evening did not work out too badly. We would however prefered to eat at the hotel. If the owners had just reminded us on the days just before arrival, with the extensive location information which was sent, as an example, of the requirement to book on the day you wish to eat, then we would had attempted to find a wifi hotspot to provide this information. We have included this experiance as a warning message to others in our circumstances who are contemplating staying in this hotel, which was beautiful, but would like dinner on arrival!!

The property is fantastic, great layout, amazing views, day and night! Monica and Rodrigo are the best! The staff, Lily and Johnathan, as well. They earned every penny we tipped them and more!

If you’re not on a tour it can be difficult to find without a preprogrammed GPS location or a very accurate phone! We had both so zero problems!

Gorgeous hotel with lovely owners, delicious restaurant and luxury rooms. The bathroom with a view was superb!

Everything about the Estancia Rilan absolutely blew us away. The property is just as beautiful as it is in the pictures. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth and helpful as we arrived to the hotel. The owners, despite speaking very little English (and our Spanish is extremely basic), had already made every effort to easily welcome us, including inviting a local guide with excellent English to have a drink with us and tell us about the beautiful area and things to do, tailored to our likes. The room was clean and the attention to detail is amazing--a guidebook with translations, heated towel rack, etc. Dinner and breakfast were always excellent, prepared by a great local restaurant and served in the cozy, beautiful bar/restaurant/relaxing area. We were there for part of our honeymoon and travel fairly widely, but this may have been our favorite place ever to stay.
