At the time of check in room #109 AC was not working after twice a call then issued was resolved

Will definitely come back for next Shirdi visit.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Staff cooperation was very good and room service including cleaning was top notch and veg food which includes breakfast was very good. Hospitality was at its peak and they voluntarily gave the Discount pass for Sai theme park which saved our penny a little bit.
Faced a problem with lock of room in 106, 1st floor, as my in laws stayed there they faced problem with lock and unlock of room as it was damaged. Requested the staff to change it.

Another great advantage is that the stay is completely value for money. You get good quality service, comfort, and a nice atmosphere without spending too much, which makes it a great choice for anyone visiting. Also, a big plus point for pet lovers — dogs are allowed here! This makes it even more special for people who like to travel with their pets without worrying about restrictions. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend Sai Srushti by Neem Square to others. Looking forward to visiting again!

He helped with all guidance and also didn’t charge extra though we were 2 hours late for check out. Food was good. Huge 2 beds to accommodate 4 adults. Compare to cost the facilities were too good. I will highly recommend this hotel for family stay.
