They provide good and tasty breakfast, and staff was good.

They don't have proper main door lock safety from inside, main door doesn't have tower bolt, any of theirs members can easily open the main door from outside. Not good for families, hotel also situated very far from sai temple (they tell only 300 mtr), they should give the correct details, no proper light in the night. Toilet ventilator window glass is also broken, I feel very bad to stay at that property. Room is also very small and don't have clean bedsheets and towels, rate is also expensive as compared to the rooms and their services..

This hotel is one of the worst hotel of Shirdi. No service, worst staff, Rooms were very bad n dirty, bedding was dirty, they dont even change bedding.Bathroom was unhygenic The main thing is they dnt even give complementary water and shows the rude behaviour . Plz dnt book this hotel...and dnt waste ur money Every body knws that the positive reviews may b fake but bad reviews from experienced customer will never b fake For ur kind info....2 water bottle per day will always be complementary with room service. Ur staff did nt even changed beddings from 3 days....the given bedding was already dirty. In total ur hotel was pathatic with bad service and rude staff.

Walking distance from Sai Baba Temple and decently priced hotel. I have couple of grouses- Baby Cockroaches in the room which came out during night and cleanliness is less in toilet (decent, not a deal breaker but still). Breakfast is good and reception staff were helpful but little aloof.

Bit away from crowd but 15 mins walking from ShirdiTemple . Rooms were small but comfortable. Staff Was cooperative. Free Breakfast room service was good.

Breakfast was included in my room rent which was tasty and good however the breakfast timings should be earlier from 7.00a.m. to 10.00a.m. IST instead of 8.00a.m. to 10.00a.m. IST. Also keep facility for early morning tea, we had to order from outside the hotel and pay extra for that. If the hotel Kitchen is open early to cater to guests requests, would be fantastic.

The cleanliness in the room, we had stained pillows and bedcovers, looked like the room hadn't been swept and the window pane was broken in the bathroom in room 107. We had asked for an exchange room but were refused inspite of hotel not being fully occupied. From the Reception to access to lift and rooms on the ground floor there are a few steps 3 to 4, that should have a hand railing to aid senior citizens to hold railing and walk properly.

Rooms are clean , big and spacious. Staff is very supportive also nice hospitality. Smooth check in process.

Very very far from the temple. There are many hotels closer to the temple that are convenient and affordable. Also staff is not accommodating. I checked in at 7 am and check out at 10.30. They serve breakfast (8 am to 10 am) during pooja hour which you will miss. They don't pack or keep it for you in any way. Had a very disappointing stay..

Coffee Cup want to change , it want to serve good Cup and Qty also. My room telephone incoming received . Out going not working . Therefore I was called on my Mobile . Towel not cleaned and stained also so that I was used own my Towel . Rest of all Very Good.

No ac, no wifi provided No call back from the hotel manager as we reached very late at night 11pm On the Google, the mobile number displayed is of the owner who did not pass the message to the manager about our booking But while check out, due to tremendous que for Saibaba darshan, we were late.. That time there were calls, messages and so on... And also took 200/- rupees extra...

They don't have TV facilities, they ask for connecting our own you tube. Food was horrible. They offered only Poha and Idly in CP plan. Rooms have lizard and mouse poo over basin. I would not recommend anyone to book when u have so many options.
