Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Location is 5 minute walk from the train station, 3-4 minutes to 7/11. Room and tub were bigger than I expected from the photos. Tub filled up with hot spring water super fast, like in 5 minutes. Beds very comfortable. WiFi worked well. Staff helpful. Drinking water provided on each floor. Elevator available. Everything was clean. I will stay here again.
AC unit sometimes started dripping water all night. They don’t do cleaning for multi-day stays but I think you can request it.

Reviewed Aug 23, 20261.位置不錯，離礁溪市區不遠，走路出去就可以買東西吃。 2.櫃檯人員態度客氣親切。
1.安全設施不足 是親子房型，放內除了溜滑梯之外，其餘的設計都沒有那麼適合小孩，房內沒有任何防撞設計，加上空間很小，小孩很容易受傷。2.行李沒有是適合的地方擺放 空間狹窄到連行李箱要放哪裡都沒有位置，最後只好放在廁所門外面。 3.溫泉設計只適合給大人使用 溫泉池高度蠻高的，連大人下去都要很小心。 3.清潔有待加強、有霉味。 4.設備維護需加強 冷氣不涼、冰箱不冷、插座房間內只有3個，1個在床頭，2個在溜滑梯坡道那附近。如果小孩正在玩溜滑梯，等於那兩個插座在使用上要很小心。

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026晚上都會聽到鐵軌火車呼嘯而去的聲音，火車過去早上6點多就把你叫醒了，住的地方離鐵軌太近50公尺，床腳壞掉，要修理，不喜歡一轉身就一直聽到摩擦的聲音，不然是100分的,願下次去住宿時，以改善！

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026晚上接近12點才入住，櫃檯還等我入住後才下班；11點要退房，我也慢了40分鐘，要加收房費的，因為急著離開，離開後才撥電話回去，但老闆很客氣也說沒關係！非常感謝...床、枕頭、棉被都很舒適。有機會一定會再來！👍👍👍

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026雨中騎遊抵達礁溪時，全身早已濕透，只好躲進車站廊道，利用 Trip.com 臨時預訂附近的沐谷親子溫泉會館。 辦理入住後，第一件事就是放滿溫泉池，好好泡上一湯。熱呼呼的溫泉洗去一整天的疲憊與寒意，換上乾爽衣物後，彷彿重新充滿電，整個人如獲新生。 更令人感動的是，熱心的櫃檯人員還主動協助將我的小摺牽進大廳保管，這份貼心，為這趟雨中旅行增添了更多溫暖。
