房間內的椅子很髒，有卡污垢；浴室的水龍頭鬆動了沒有修；電視的遙控器有點不靈敏，電視機台本身上面的控制鍵（音量、選台、設定之類的實體按鍵）也全都壞了。

傍晚入住時的年輕櫃檯小姐服務態度不佳，向她詢問停車場位置問題時，一副愛理不理的，不肯直接說明告訴我走哪條巷子就好，一直反覆跟我強調早上有發簡訊告知，這對外地到礁溪人生地不熟的人來說，是非常不友善的行為。 相對晚上6點以後的櫃檯人員，服務態度就好了很多，提出的困難都很樂意幫忙解決。

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026地點一等一的優，就在知名亦順軒的對面。房間浴缸大注水也快。當天入住櫃檯人員保持著熱忱聲音宏亮，其實不必啦~講話音量對方聽得到就好，但是還是予以肯定。
浴室馬桶沒有乾濕分離且地板超滑，當初設計就不該用平滑地磚。廁所衛生紙超級難抽取。房間裡的保溫瓶很漂亮但沒考慮到走廊飲水機的高度，只能斜放注水然後瓶蓋還一定會碰到飲水機水龍頭，真的很不衛生。

我們一家三口出遊，剛好遇上壞掉的冷氣，按鍵如何操控溫度都是送風，想～等等也許剛進門，但是3個小時還是一樣是送風，而且感覺很熱，這樣要如何休息，最後真的無法忍受。 打電話告知櫃檯，雖然最後有更換房間。 但是過程告知一切事物，讓人覺得是不是，不想處理，很煩～已經很晚了，還解釋一堆。 換房間後電視又沒聲音～唉！ 當然也很感謝值班人員，解決電視無聲的問題與更換房間。 預訂的棉被也很迅速拿到。
