Reviewed Aug 3, 2026the location near Aeon Mall. a walking distance. the aircon is working perfectly. cool down the room within minutes. a comfortable mattress. only have local channels for tv. not much eateries around the area. the asam pedas restaurant next to the hotel has been closed. there are ample parking but remember to pay the street parking since you need to pay for the parking from Wednesdays till Sundays from 9am to 5pm. Only free on Mondays and Tuesdays
the shower gel and shampoo provided in refillable containers were empty. not bother to inform the management. they should check all conditions before they let the guest stay in. i just bought a shower gel at aeon when i went for shopping there.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst holiday experience we have ever had. Our first room was Room No. 14. The window could not be closed properly due to a damaged window frame, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room. The TV was not functioning, and the room was very dark as there was only one yellow light working. Since we were travelling with a child, we felt the room was unsuitable and requested a room change. The hotel then moved us to Room No. 22, which was located next to Room No. 14. Although the room was slightly smaller, the window closed properly, the lighting was much brighter, and the TV was working. However, there were no Mandarin channels available, such as 8TV. We decided to accept the room and stay for the night. However, we soon noticed a large number of ants on the floor. Some of the ants even crawled onto my child's toothbrush. Despite this issue, we tried to tolerate the situation and continue our stay. The most disturbing experience happened after we returned from dinner at around 9:00 PM. When we entered the room to shower and rest, we spotted a cockroach on the wall. I killed it and hoped that would be the end of the problem. Unfortunately, more cockroaches started coming out from the bathroom. At that point, we became very concerned about our child's safety and hygiene. We decided to check out immediately and drive back to Kuala Lumpur instead of spending the night there. This was truly the worst holiday experience I have ever had, and I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance standards of this hotel.

I dont know but our room have this filthy smell from the toilet ..it was so obvious like it was not linger for the whole time we stayed. And the aircond also was full of dust. Our bed was slumped a bit compared to the other rooms we stayed before

All the twonshift staff really attentive to my room changing as i was there for my son operation at GH. If u wish for a peace of mind then this is good option..have one rest infront of the hotel and aeon mall just 6 minits crossing only very convenient
